Truck broke down in 110 degree heat with my 5 year old child in the car and they say 20-40 minutes which I didnt have a choice so I accepted only to wait over an hour without them answering a text or call back! SHAME ON YOU!!

They too made me wait 20 min on top of the 45 i had already waited while i was stuck with 10 bags of mechindise as the store closed. They knew this too n still did me dirty like that guess i had to know spanish for them to trrat me like im part of there good service club.

Never answer the phone an when they do answer it’s a 2 hour wait no matter what automatically there drivers like to smoke crack when there at red lights

I mostly enjoy this taxi company the most because sometimes want to just relax quietly but other times you crave a good chat, if your driver is a good conversationalist they deserve this everyone loves extra perks your driver may have earned this for offering them bottled water snacks or more and personally the taxi drivers for this company are the best workers ive ever met......

Had a great experience with this taxi service. Dispatch told 20 minutes driver pull up to my house with in 15 minutes I was very impressed. Driver was very friendly even help me put my bags in the trunk. Thank u Silver taxi for your friendly and fast service will be calling them back ones I get back in to town .

Super Foul. Called and they said it would be a 2 hr wait. They never came. Called back they said it would be another 30 minute wait. After 30 min called back and a woman picked up said I didnt call her and she would let it ring through to the next person. That person or whomever hung up on me SEVEN TIMES. What in the customer service. If you cant make it, speak up. I was calling from the hospital for an elder patient. He has been sleeping on the floor for the past 4 hrs waiting for a cab. This company or these two individuals one man and one woman need to get themselves all the way together. Just Trifling

Wait times are minimal (depending on the demand of course ) would recommend this taxi service especially to those from outside of Kern County as drivers are very knowledgeable as to location hot spots and hotel service. Driver can be bilingual which is a nice touch.

Worst experience I’ve had. Driver was super rude, ride wasn’t for me but tried helping out a person that needed a ride. They didn’t know the exact address so because of the the driver had an attitude. Never again!

$15 for a 4 minute ride from chevron gas station literally a cross the street to the Airport. I asked them about the meter and they said it was “flat Rate”

Reliable, consistent, honest, and locally operated company. I’ve never felt unsafe using Silvercab, I can’t say the same for Uber/Lyft. A few dollars more then the apps- but overall, as a woman, Silvercab is worth the feeling of security. Good job guys!

Fast and affordable taxi service in Bakersfield. They take credit cards and do long tips to LAX, Fresno, Delano, Lebec .... practically anywhere.

This company is unreliable, to put it mildly. Called for a ride from Kernville to the Bakersfield airport. Told the guy the name of the restaurant, but he insisted on an address. OK, let me look that up for you. Texted him the address. An hour later I call asking for an ETA, and they had no idea who I was. “Kernville? We have to call you back.” No one calls. After my stress meter hits the roof, and after calling and getting no answer at all for 5 minutes I finally get ahold of the guy, who apparently went to the wrong town. How is this possible? They don’t have smart phones? Totally unacceptable. No idea if I’ll make my flight. Really cannot believe this company actually is in business.
