Very rude. I’m deciding not to go to them at all now after getting rude responses and in CAPS too which is basically yelling response from Valerie. How do they deal with legal matters if no ethics on responses. They were referred to me by our school psychologist and I’ll make sure she knows about my correspondence so she won’t refer another parent there too.

The women are rude. Had some papers done a couple of years ago. Go back and they said they destroyed everything. So I guess I payed for nothing. She just says sorry and acts like she looks. Hopefully they dont stink up this office. What a joke.

Worst experience of my life made more complicated because they cant ever get my paperwork right. Would have been better off doing it myself. 9 months and counting for a simple noncontested divorce.

Extremely rude staff! Not professional at all. Cant answer questions regarding legal document preparation even though their website claims their friendly and experienced staff can help with preparing paperwork in the fields of divorce matters, living trusts, LLCs, incorporations, and much more at court standards. Wish I could give it zero stars.

They were all wonderful ! So sorry they are gone! Moved to 24 th Street! Corner of 24 th and D!

If I could give the. A negative star I would. Its taken over 6 months for our documents to be done only to be returned by the courts 4 times. The lawyer never returns the calls.
