First I called the Rosedale store to see if they were open and to confirm why the store on Buena Vista was not open and she said that they didn’t have enough stylists to open that store. I proceeded to ask the lady behind the counter who answered the phone if I can put my sons name down and she said it was better if you do it online so I went back and did it and there was a 276 minute waiting time which equals out to four hours. Put his name down online showed up at the store at Rosedale and they said his name was not on the list. Poor customer service, in my opinion she should have just put his name down when she had me on the phone

This place is a mans dream! Its like a pedicure for your head. The girls know what they are doing and are super friendly. The game is on? Dont worry, More than likely they will be showing it on one of the many TV screens they have. Trust me, pay the extra 5-7 bucks for the MVP experience. It is WELL WORTH IT!

This isnt so much of a review on the local shop but for the Corp office. I have had a good experience with the local shop. But currently you can only get in by appt. I dont always recall the password I set for my account which is my fault but trying to get the password reset through there Corp office is non existent. I have tried to email the support and they keep telling me that you have to do it through the link on their site. Which is fine but I dont get the emails on the password reset. I do however get all of the marketing emails they like to send out. I did manage to get one of the corp tech support guys to reset the password once. But this last guy refuses to help and just sends me canned responses. Cant book an appt so I guess they have lost a customer here. Its a shame too considering I have been a customer for probably 7-8 years.

Have to check in online and wait outside but theyre not beholden to the time they told you youd be seen. 10 minutes past the appointment and other customers have left, yet still Im outside. Going somewhere else and wont be back.

This place offers haircuts with a luxury experience for a high price. Chances are you can get equal haircuts cheaper elsewhere but the stylists here are extremely friendly and you’re paying for the extra services and styles they do.

I came here instead of my regular barber because theyre closed on Sundays. Big mistake. Got the MVP but was not at all impressed. Im going to have to go to my barber to get everything touched up because even after asking to have my hard part fixed because it was lumpy, it still didnt get fixed and it wasnt worth permanently messing everything up. I wont be back unfortunately.

Great service, never waited longer than 15 minutes for a haircut. The price is a little more than other places but the hot towel and shampoo make up for it.

I had a good haircut here a month ago. Just went in, described the same thing as last time and received the worst haircut I have ever had. For reference: for two years in college I cut my hair myself without a mirror and this was still worse. Do not go here.

Not open as advertised. Employees dont care whether you are taken care of or not. Ive been there twice and the first time, got tired of watching employees sit and chat while I waited. Second time place wasnt open. Their sign stated they should have been open but no one there. Wont waste my time going back. Bad investment of time.

DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR CUT BY HEATHER!!!!!!!! She did such a horrible job. My son has NEVER had such a hideous hair cut and when I asked her to fix it she simply said she didn’t want to. What’s even worse is the manager did nothing about it. Hate this place.
