I just returned from Helen doing my usual hair highlights and style cut and as always she did a fantastic job. I have very thick and curly hair (some call it big hair) and trust nobody when it comes to my hair because it is very difficult to cut it so that it is easy for me to style later, but thankfully I discovered Helen and I have been happy every since. I cant see anyone ever being unhappy with her service unless they themselves picked the wrong color. So trust me you wont be disappointed with her services.My mother has started going to Helen also and her hair has NEVER looked better and it is so quick to style now. She is thrilled.

I got hair cut, no idea what kind of hair cut she did. My hair looked better before. She had no idea what she was doing. I could tell the way she was holding my hair that she I am at a wrong place. Paid extra for a fix from other place.

I set an appointment with Helen to have my hair cut and colored. My hair turned out orange! She then made me a dark mousy brown. She used two different color extractors to start with a clean pallet she said. We chose lighter colors than the dark brown turned out, the top of my hair is orange and the bottom is fried and bleached! It breaks off when you touch it. She over process my hair and now I’m afraid I’ll have to shave my head or cut it to one inch. She told me she done hair for over 30 years so I thought she knew what she was doing. The cut is horrible too, uneven and disconnects from the end. She had no words for me other than she was sorry and she handed me the corporate telephone number. How is that going to help my damaged and embarrassing hair? Do not go to the salon! Especially don’t see Helen. 🍊😡😢😭

I always prefer smart style for my hair cut and it always depends on the specialist whom we get.so far I have done my hair cut with 2 different specialist in which one specialist X is so patient and does a satisfactory work. Last time I was assigned to the other specialist Y and my little one 3 yes old was assigned to X... For me the hair cut was done in 10 mins and she just chopped my hair off for my son it took 30 mins to trim his hair

Paid $20 basically for her to completely cut everything uneven even after I had her fix it twice. Went home and had to fix it myself.

Always have a great color, style, haircut! Been coming for almost two years never had a bad experience. Everyone is like family.

Omg i absolutely love this place. All the girls are nice and sweet never have a problem.

The girls there are so much fun! Do not go here if you do not have a sense of humor because all the girls there are just super funny and truthful. They will tell u whats best for your hair ...color wise and taking care of it. They are not expensive and they do an amazing job.. and its really cool how they keep a file on what they did for you so next time if you do not remember what cut or color you got they got you.

If I could give this place a zero star I would. I took my mom here for a haircut. The older lady here told my mom she could add layers without a problem. She took 5 minutes then said shes done. My moms hair still looked the same. It looks like this lady just took pieces of hair and cut some off and said it was layers. When my mom told her there wasnt layers the lady got upset and told my mom she needs to use a round brush to see the layers. The lady got a round brush and rolled it until it got stuck in my moms hair!! She had to pick out the hair slowly because it was pulling my moms hair out. This lady had the nerve to ask my mom if she wanted her to add more layers. My mom asked for a supervisor but the lady said she was alone. As she kept talking she said she was freshly new so didnt know much yet! My mom refused to pay but to avoid the argument she paid and lost out on her money and no offer to get her hair fixed even by someone more experienced. Horrible experience! I hope people stay away from this place or make sure the person is actually experienced.

I went in because my daughter needed to have her nails done, so I thought ok I need a haircut and went in. I was greeted promptly and all seemed great until I was sat down by this young woman and as she was getting ready to begin cutting,I noticed she was looking really deep into my hair my roots, so curious I asked what was up,she said oh she thought she saw something, and jokingly I said lice,well guess what she was!! Apparently a few days ago some Indian lady and her kids went in and asked for hair cuts and had lice,ok Im clean and I guess its a good idea to check, but I cant stop thinking that if I were a white lady if she would have even check, since everyone there were all white!!

Called to get a cut and wash. Specifically asked to see if they had an available slot to come in TODAY. Told me to come in before 7:30. So I come in a little before 7 and she says they can’t do it because people came in. WHICH IS WHY I ASKED IF YOU HAD AVAILABLE SLOTS FOR TODAY SO I COULD BOOK IT! 🙄🤦🏻‍♀️ AND on top of that she had an attitude. I walked away before I lost it. She didn’t have to be so damn rude. I’m never coming here again.

Worker there cut my hair her scissors kept getting stuck she cut my hair very uneven in it look like a Big mess zero out of 10

Came in for highlights didn’t even get them, the lady who did my hair dyed the entire bottom half of my hair blond and it looks orange in parts. Looked nothing like my reference picture, highly upset for having been there for 3 hours to get the same results as box dye.

I would highly recommend Helen for getting your hair done here. She is not only a great person but explains along the way what she is doing and why. I went here for awhile and was not happy with the way some of the gals had done my hair. I accidentally found another beautician who did an amazing job. That gal need up moving out of town so I again went back here. I specifically asked for Helen because she had done my hair before. At that time she gave me some excellent tips on drying my hair. What she told me to do really and truly worked and to this day when i do my hair at home I continue to dry my hair according to the tip she recommended and it still works. A few weeks ago after the other gal moved I went back and again asked specifically for Helen. I showed her a picture of how the other gal had been doing my hair. Helen told me that it was no problem, that she would do it according to the picture I showed her. And she did. My hair looked AMAZING and I absolutely loved it. The price I pay here is over half the price lower than the beautician I had switched to. I dearly love Helen and now have a weekly standing appointment with her to get my hair done. She really listens to you and ends up doing exactly what you ask of her. I have really become particular about my hair and have tried so many other beauticians. None of them have even come anywhere close to doing my hair the way I like so from here on I am sticking with Helen.

I have always had good service at this location. Stylists are friendly and professional. I can always walk in and if I wait its never more than 15 minutes.

Wouldnt give ANY stars if it was an option. Butchered my grand sons hair! Patchy, gapped with razor and gelled it down so it wasnt obvious. Short tempered with 4 year old, very rude to customers . Will never go back here and will be sure to tell everyone I know about how unprofessional this salon is!

I love Helen she made me so happy with my new color and style I will go back to her again.

I would have given 0 stars bit I didnt have the option. My hair was down to my bra line and the lady that cut my hair didnt know the difference between 1/2 of an inch and over 3 inches. I have now had to get a bob haircut because it was so bad. I asked for a half of an inch off of my hair and layers. She left 1 long thin layer. It looked like a grown out mullet. Done with this salon. Never again.

Ive been here before to get my hair dyed and cut, so I thought it would be ok to come back..1. I showed a picture of the blonde-ombre I wanted as an example, and I specified that I wanted it redone and slightly lighter. The girl dyed my entire head blonde and WAY lighter than I asked for. BEFORE dying it, a sample of what I expected was shown, but did not match what the end results looked like.. Im like 99.9% sure she dyed the base the wrong color.2. Considering my hair is shoulder length, it should NOT have taken three hours to do my hair..3. While adding the bleach and dye, it was dripping all over my face. The dye was in my eyes, my eyebrows, and my forehead. I had to rub it out of my eye because it bothered me so much, so it also ended up on my hands.4. When shampooing my hair, my ENTIRE back was soaked by the end of the washing. From previous experiences of getting my hair washed, Im pretty sure the only thing thats supposed to be wet is my hair..5. Even though I specifically told the girls working there I did not like the results of my hair, I did not get any apologizes. They tried to convince me that it looked fine, but personally, their opinion does not matter when it comes to the end results of something I am paying for. If I do not like it, why would the person who did my hair telling me they like it reassure or comfort me?Before starting on my hair, she asked for a picture as a reference. She got one, so why does my hair look nothing similar to the reference??Not coming back. No apologizes were given, and Im offended.
