Awesome mechanics. They dont play parts toss and hope for the best, they diagnose, repair and dont rob your wallet. My Jag mech. for as long as I own my car. The way I see it, if you dont use them, dont complain cause its still broken.
Honest and fair. They gave me a quick diagnostic, made the repair and I was ecstatic the problem was a minor one.
Ist time going to this place. Which was recommended by my boss. I had a great experience, great communication. I will definitely be going back to them.
They are super nice and explain well to the customers. They are honest and good people. My dad always goes back to this place for the service he needs about 10 years. I am Very happy with them as well and will definitely go back for my next scheduled service.
Great service and excellent prices. Definitely recommend them
I have taken my Mercedes to these guys several times over the years, maybe 3 or 4 times.Pros: They certainly know German cars very well. Super clean facility. I didnt have any problems with pricing. Staff is professional and friendly.Cons: They dont answer the phone very well. They seldom return messages. Its like they are super busy and have no time to respond. Their time frames are not very accurate.Bottom line: They kinda make me feel like I am begging them to work on my car. I stopped going to them because of their QA process (or lack thereof). The last 2 times I have gone there they say that the shop owner needs to test drive my car before I can pick it up. I am glad they do that...but it can burn up a few extra days waiting for him to just test drive my car. No worries, its frustrating but worth the wait...right? So I pick up my car and find some obvious things are not put back properly (like an important fuse missing that they pulled out). They initially blamed the car or me for the new problem and, since they are so busy, make me feel like I am causing them problems. They eventually find and fix the problem for no additional charge BUT its just not a pretty conversation to put it mildly. I could see them steamrolling a person who wasnt confident. They recently quoted me $3K for a new turbo on my GL320 so I had another shop down the street give me a second opinion which they also confirmed I needed a new turbo which they would repair for about the same cost of $3K. Id rather risk using a new shop who wants my business rather than go back to European Performance.I wish European Performance appreciated me as much as I appreciated them. Go ahead and use them...just be mindful of the potential delays and finger pointing on the back end. They will eventually make it right.
As usual the result was just what I wanted may have taken a bit longer then I feel it should have. But the work that was done was done very professionally
Super friendly owner and staff. Saved hundreds over taking to the dealer, with the same (or better) attention to detail. Highly recommend!
So helpful and professional. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy staff nice to have them in town.
Very courteous force
I am very impressed from this shop. I use it for years now and never have been disappointed. Mark is honest and nice person. I would recommend this shop to everybody for European car repair.Mark, thank you so much for your honest work.
Satisfied customer!
Euro Perf Auto is a great shop. I experienced friendly staff, quality work, honesty, and low cost. BMW dealerships Ive visited always push unnecessary work during inspections of the vehicle. Im a car guy and know when Im getting lied to and dont take my car to dealerships except for warranty and recall repairs. These guys are great!
NEVER EVER AGAIN !! so I had 30 ff code on my bmw 335i so basically my car goes in LIMP MODE because of 30ff code and they make me spend 1600$ and still not fix the problem so first they said you need a valve cover after I replace the valve they said you need igniton coils and spark plugs even 2 months ago I had replaced high performance coils and NGK spark plugs they no you need the OEM only so I took my car to the other machanic and he said the INTERCOOLER is leaking so I need the new INTERCOOLER and the 30ff code gone
Mark is a great honest hard working man!! He helped me out so much and its always appreciated. I would refer this shop to anyone who has European vehicle.
Mark is an amazing dude, honest and fair. One time he saw I was struggling with money and barely charged me for the service. Id get a BMW again just because I trust Mark with my vehicles blindly. A+
So far they seem to be very honest and fair pricing. Pleasant to deal with and walked out feeling taken care of. Feel lucky to have found them. Took my car in for motor mounts and thrust arms and have estimated the work other places, by far the best value!
Called Mark again, 2 years later and still the same great prices, value and professionalism.
This is a very professional shop. We have owned a few BMW vehicles. Before I met Mark the owner, I had a few quotes from other European shops and was disappointed in quotes and service. Mark is honest and very fair in his prices. I strongly recommend. Mark goes above and beyond. 2 thumbs up👍👍
Great garage and fantastic service, ask for Mark the owner he will look after you and your vehicle like they are his own. He does engine swaps and repair on most German vehicles. He swapped out my C32 AMG engine and resolved any issues without charging me anymore than the installation fee.
After many years of having my Mercedes serviced at a previous Independent shop, for European vehicles, and having gotten ripped off on a pre-purchase inspection, I found European Performance Automotive. Ive had the pleasure of working with them a half dozen times now. First, in my opinion, this is the cleanest independent shop in town. It almost looks like being at the Mercedes dealer. The labor rate is far less than any other Independent Ive yet to find in Bakersfield. The owner is not only a very kind man but will not repair things that do not need repairing, as other shops in town do to make more money. I only wish I would have found them years ago. Im highly impressed with the prices, service and highly competent and experienced employees in repairing my Mercedes. I highly recommend this shop.
I brought my 2005 BMW 330Ci a number of times. The guy Mark is an awesome guy. Talks to you with the upmost respect. Got my car back on the road in little to no time at all. This is the only EPA I love. I will be a coming back for further services.
Good service patient staff
Straight, upfront and honest. I wouldnt take my AMG anywhere else.
I have been taking my 2011 BMW 135i to European Performance Automotive for service since purchasing the car earlier this year and have been very pleased with all of their work.I periodically use the car for Track Day Events (which can often result in unexpected mechanical issues…to put it mildly!!). In early March I had “one of those days” with the car that ultimately required a complete engine replacement!! While I was dealing with my shock Mark and his outstanding team of professionals took over and did everything required to bring my car back to life in a reasonable amount of time.Nothing “cheap” about replacing an engine in a BMW folks...however, looking “beyond” the cost factor I am truly grateful for the care, knowledge, integrity, communication, fair pricing and just plain “hand holding” with a heap of patience that made a bad set of circumstances a lot easier to deal with.My profound THANK YOU to Mark and everyone at EPA for doing such a great job on my car!! If you want the BEST service for your BMW or Mercedes-Benz bring it to European Performance Automotive and rest assured you will be pleased!!Now back to the track....
Great service! Great prices! Super clean family owned shop
Mark is incredibly well informed and helpful with any BMW issue. His prices are reasonable and I have felt very well taken care of working with him.
Maybe the service is good, i couldnt even find a parking spot so i just left. They have cars parked everywhere, do they turn work away? Complete work in a timely manner? Id wager to say no to both based on the number of cars i saw. Maybe its just time to expand or find a facility with a vehicle storage area. Was hoping to have a trustworthy place thats closer to work to handle the maintenance on my beloved 2007 E63 since the auto mall is such a hassle, looks like im still making the journey though.
I have been to EPA 3 times and each time Mark did not charge a thing for his services.. the first time was when I purchased my 2011 BMW 5 series, I took it or him to look it over and he did a thorough look over and advised me to get the dealership to replace my emergency release key which was missing and rear brakes and charged me nothing for his time. Next time I went to him for power window buttons that were stuck and I was afraid the motor was broken. Mark worked on it and came back to report that a small piece of plastic was lodged underneath the buttons and everything was ok and again no charge. The third time, all my power outlets were not working and once again he worked on it and told me it was just a fuse that needed replacing which he replaced for free. Other mechanics would have used all three opportunities for a payday at my expense but not Mark. He is a rarity; an honest Mechanic. If you own a BMW or Mercedes, do yourself a favor and take it to Mark at EPA.
He is cheaper than bmw same service like bmw .. better than bmw ..
They let my car sit over a month and barely touched it. They are the worst. Took it to another shop and they had it fixed the same day. Dont go here they dont know what they are doing.
Pretty good price
Honest!!!
