You cant go wrong here. Locally owned family RV repair facility. Ed and his staff are really friendly, knowledgable and eager to help. They specialize in repairs, but also have a small store stocked with common RV repair items and a few other things too. Prices are reasonable and service is great.

Called from porterville on our way to Tennessee in February with no heat. They took us in and the rig was ready within two hours. We now have heat. Ed you are the man. Can I take you with me to Tennessee?

Only guy on service was showing a motor home and didnt have time for my problem just said leave it and he wanted $70 just to test board girl at counter told me to go to another parts place if i wanted service today we were traveling through so we couldnt leave it so we found pensingers trailer across town they took 2 min. to check board it was ok so he helped me through repair and sold me the part to repair and i bought some more stuff from them very good service and great ppl

Great service from a family ran service.

This occurred about one year ago. I took the fifth wheel in for a slide out adjustment. after about 8 months, I was putting the slide out when I noticed the carpet was torn from the slide. I removed the carpet and observed there was linoleum under the carpet that looked better. the next time I put the slide in and pushed it out, the linoleum had a rip in it. I ended up selling the rv but I will never go back.

Hes a ripp off sold me a used part it was supposed to be new .I found out it is Burnt out used compacitor.. I hired a a/c tech he told me this compacitor is burnt out .he would ripp u off.. Hes not.truthful watch out

Clean, quite and a nice rec-room. The pool is clean but still a little cool. Granddaughters enjoyed it anyway. Will be back for another stay.

They made a memorable Thanksgiving even better. I rented an travel trailer for a trip to Death Valley. Im an amateur when it comes to towing. Marie answered all of my questions and helped find a trailer that I felt comfortable towing with my truck. Dan couldnt have been more friendly when showing me the trailer, proper hitching technique and how to hook it up to utilities. Trailer was in great shape. I had a minor technical question and Ed answered his phone on Thanksgiving day. Return was a snap. The deposit was put back on my credit card in 3 days. Couldnt have been more pleased with the service and product I received. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them or use them again in the future.

Very unprofessional. Shoddy work. We dropped our toy hauler off for water damage repair in October. We finally picked it up at the middle of April!! We immediately returned it because there were several areas that had not been repaired. After having it for 3 weeks we picked it up with wet caulk all over the front! It looks like bird poop! It was spread out super thick and not smoothed down. It looks terrible. The inside of the trailer where they cut a hole to make repairs was jammed full of caulk as well. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!!

Small place but still manages to stock a lot of parts you need in a hurry. Very knowledgeable and helpful with troubleshooting also. I wont shop anywhere else in Bakersfield.

We were traveling from WA state when our converter failed in our Class C RV. Rosedale RV was open the day after Christmas, got us in to troubleshoot the problem and had a replacement converter on hand to complete the repairs in just over an hour. Thanks to Ed and his staff for the relatively painless impact to our holiday travels.

Ed and Howard both were very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Ed explained to us exactly what to do to figure out our problem and a quick in the meantime fix. And Howard spent a long time this morning search and research parts to replace a part on our travel trailer that was no longer being made. Howard came up with a sution and found a part for us that would work. Thank you Rosedale rv for your time help!!

I have taken two units to Ed at Rosedale RV and have always found them to be fair and honest with my repairs. They do good work and dont try and sell something you dont need.

Rented a toyhauler from here. Made us have insurance on it and put a deposit of $500. Brought it back and was told the roof was damaged. Has been 3 months and still cannot get a picture or record of repair. Instead of going through our insurance they made us have, they said they would be keeping our deposit and not go through insurance. Will never buy or rent from them again!
