I have been there twice now and both times I have had great experiences. Not only is all of the staff so friendly, but they are very knowledgeable. It was a beautiful Friday afternoon, I decided to take my bike up to Azusa canyon and when I came back down for a break I noticed a red light and SD error code on it. I pulled over to turn it off and it wouldnt start again. 😭 Luckily the brake shop right next door to the shell I pulled over at had an awesome guy there named Ron who was kind enough to let me borrow a couple tools to open her up. To no avail, I then asked Ron if he could help me test and or jump the battery. Taking time out of his day and work he kindly helped me out and put it on a charger. Now my girl is on the way and hopefully I can ride it back safely and get out of his hair. Cool guy, cool shop with great service. I really appreciate you helping me out today. 🙏🏽
