Aaron was such a great help... An unfortunate incident left my little utility trailer sitting somewhere for a couple days and they ended up towing it back in August. I had just gotten enough money together to get it out and, thinking it was a long shot that they would even still have it, I called anyways and he told me he still had it and I could come pick it up!!! Aaron is the man! Called him during an awful storm at 7:00 on a Sunday night. He had us pulled out of the mud 20 minutes later. Amazing!

If they were not connected to pep boys they would be excellent the gentleman was very polite he was very prompt and they were definitely on time but theyre connected to pep boys which tried to rip me off its a shame that companies have to be connected

Called on Saturday for a tow the guy was busy and never called back. Called again on Sunday and they dispatched a third party wrecker service. I wont depend on them anymore.

Highly recommended. Had to deal with them in what was a very upsetting circumstance. Employee Mark Smith was extremely compassionate and helped me work through the logistics of getting the situation resolved. His boss, Debra, assisted in helping me find the correct online forms. When we went to retrieve the vehicle, Mark went above and beyond by pointing out that the rear tire was really low and I was likely to end up stranded on the road (an hour from home) and aired it up before sending me on my way. Such kindness in my time of crisis was appreciated more than he probably knew.I understand the fees they charge are much less than those of competing services, too.This is truly a business that deserves your business.

I had some trouble with my f250. I called Wells wrecker service and they sent Cornbread aka Aaron out. He was very respectful and one of the nicest guys I have ever met.

Excellent experience with WWS. Got a 30,000 lb truck stuck in mud and needed a tow. They were there within 20 minutes and the truck was out and running again in another 10.The price was appropriate and less than expected. They definitely wont gouge you when you need them.The driver was professional and helpful and the truck looks like it can handle anything from a regular car to a tractor trailer.I highly recommend their service and will use them again. (I hope I dont have to though!)

Had a guest lock keys in their car on a Sunday evening. Called two other places who were unable to help. Wells answered promptly, arrived within 10 minutes and opened the door 2 minutes later. Price was unbelievable. Nice to have such a good neighborhood business in the Azle area. They will get my first call in the future.

I needed a tow from Rockwall back to Azle. The driver arrived in a timely manner. He was a complete professional and handled my car with great care. I rode in the tow truck back to my home in Azle. Traffic was terrible the whole way, but Joseph was a very safe driver. I was very impressed. I will be sure to call Wells Wrecker the next time I need a tow.
