This is by far the best towing service in town! Vic did an amazing job and very nice. We will definitely be using Tim’s towing and requesting Vic for our next towing service when needed.

I blew a heater core hose on my truck and needed it towed home. Tims towing took the call from AAA and then called me saying I had to pay for the tow since I have aftermarket rims and tires, it wasnt covered by AAA. I pay monthly for premier RV towing, from AAA. They told me Tims towing is in violation and got me another tow company after I say there for FIVE AND A HALF HOURS. (5.5). thanks Tim, Millers hooked me up and did it with a smile on his face. If you need a tow, call Millers towing, its 10 times better.Now before I post this I almost guarantee this unprofessional business man trying to act like Trump will call me a liar. Well lets see what BBB says because they have been contacted.Photo listed is my truck on Millers rig. Universal aftermarket rims arent that expensive and that still shouldnt matter.

We went to buy back a car my friend had lost y months ago and they were very friendly and helpful, even knocking enough off the price that we were able to get it back. Repost: My review had disappeared after the owner responded.I needed a tow and waited one hour and a half in the middle of traffic, when I finally connected the gentleman was very curt and said that he followed up and did not have anyone available and that’s why I had not received service.There was no follow up or message. This was after one hour and a half of waiting, in an unsafe location in the middle of the highway.I wanted to add that when I asked the owner for his location he lied and said it was elsewhere but guess I got the right one with his response ;)

Completely unprofessional, in violation of 5 (if not more) Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations laws, Amanda is rude and inconsiderate. She had a criminal trespass warning issued to 3 of us and all we were trying to do was pick up property. (Thats funny that the reply is from the owner but yet says since they began.. shouldnt you have said since we began? Since I am such a liar, I guess the department of Licensing and Regulations will just have to investigate this matter along with the BBB!! Funny how the Lt. With the local police department seems to be on my side cause they know yall are crooked)

My husband‘s truck broke down on a Sunday evening with all his tools in it. We needed a prompt towel in Tim’s Towing was Johnny on the spot! Very professional service! I highly recommend!

Tim did a great job! Sunday, I was sitting on the ramp at I35W and CR 1171 waiting for Ford Roadside Service. They were a no show, after 3 hours, when I saw Tims Wrecker and waved to him. He turned around and stopped to ask if I needed help.No problem, he backup to my company truck, F150. Picked it right up and took me to Ford deal in Denton. He new the best route to take. Dropped it right at the service bay door, 1st in line! He took me right to my apartment in Denton.Tim is the best.Truck was fixed next day, back at work!You have my business.Thanks Tim!

Had a great experience with Tims Towing when I needed assistance towing my vehicle. The driver who assisted us was courteous, and careful in loading and unloading my vehicle. I feel he went the extra mile in making sure my family and I got the help we needed. The pricing was fair, and the company has been easy to deal with after the fact in getting all documentation emailed to me for insurance purposes. Overall would not hesitate to use them again.

I was stranded on the side of the road out in the middle of nowhere with a flat tire, my spare was flat, and I felt so alone. Greg came to my rescue....he loaded my car onto his truck, was very patient with me, and I had hurt myself recently so had a very hard time getting in and out of his truck, but he helped me, reassured me the whole way and was infinitely kind and gracious. He took me and my car all the way to Decatur to the Walmart tire department, helped me get checked in and was absolutely the best ever. Thank you so much, Greg and I am sorry it took me so long to express my gratitude. I deeply appreciated everything you did that day. You turned a rough day into an inspiration.

This company is just amazingly ridiculous. If you need a tow or good help I highly recommend you use another company. It is apparent that this company will pick and choose who they pick up and who they want based on money not work, they do not care for anyone or for the community, if the job is easy they will take it if its hard or your older with any type of differences you may as well forget it or get your pocket book emptied. This company is extremely crooked and selfish if your black, gay, Indian or of any Hispanic origin be prepared to have services refused or extra money added to your bills. I will no longer use this company for any services or recommend them to anyone. It is family owned an operated, this whole company an workers are very very crooked. Great service, prompt, polite and great pricing. They had my baby on the truck before I got there (I met them from work) and Tim was very courteous. Hopefully I wont need a wrecker again soon, but if I do, theyve definitely earned my business!

Absurdly overpriced! Paid $250 for a 1 mile tow!!!! And not only are they over priced when I called them today a woman answered the phone starts calling me names then calls me pack from her own personal number threatening me! I will be filing a police report!

Extremely disappointed in service!!! The driver refused to go to location of our vehicle. He said he would call his son to come with a smaller tow truck. We waited 45 minutes with no communication. Called towing sevice for eta. The son had not been contacted. Had to start over with aaa. Silver star towing arrived with same size large truck. Had our vehicle loaded in 5 minutes. Filed a complaint with aaa against tims towing.

Dont ever use this place they dont know what they are doing and dont have the right equipment or place of business there is alot of shady things that go on at that company

Would not give me total on phone said I would have to come down to get total.tryed calling them back to pick up truck they would not answer phone for three days so had tdlr call them .they gave tdlr the total .they got to charge me more because they would not answer phone. I wonder why they think that is right ?

Horrible customer service, The receptionist it’s so rude, plus since we walk at the office she got really bad actitud, because she confused me with someone else,, plus that place calling office it’s so duty!

Tim’s towing was suppose to arrive in an hr, I called the roadside assistance company at an hr and a half wait time. Apparently, Tim’s towing couldn’t take the tow but had accepted it, and did not cancel it. 2 hours later I still have no tow truck here and it looks like it may be another hour or later. Horrible service and no consideration for others.

The owners younger son crashed a Tims towing tow truck into the back of my wifes car a year and a half ago, and he said he didnt have an insurance card, but to contact the office to get it. We called every day for a few weeks, left messages, talked to people in the office, and they would not give it to us, and even Allstate hasnt been able to get their insurance info. Its 1.5 years later, and were still out our $500 deductible.
