Above and beyond! I was in a nasty accident. I have a 3 yr old and two small dogs. Besides working on my car, they brought my dogs inside and have allowed them to stay in the office while I attempted to find a way home. I live four hours from their location and besides being a business with a great reputation, they have compassion, are good human beings and are allowing my dog to stay in their office while it is 110° outside. I hope I never have another car accident again, but if I did, I know where I would go.

And there is still more messages of me reaching out. All the way back to April or May trying to order me a grille.Im not the type to get angry over forgetting to message me back, or that the other company dont have the grille I want. But then to ignore me like come on.Called USAA and they will send me a check and bill back Gerber for what they charged USAA.still will need to go to service King to have my grille installed but my experience started off great but then went really really quiet. 5 months later this is where Im at still no grille and no communication. No excuses Ive waited patiently.

This is our 3rd time with Gerber Collision Avondale. We were very happy with the previously repair with multiple cars. This time no exception again, Matt Smith provided us an excellent services and detailed work with efficiency. The front desk lady is always friendly and professional. We will definitely refer this shop to anyone.

Awesome repair shop. They were very detailed on what I should expect as far as the repair process and time frame. They even beat their estimated repair date by a full day! The gentleman that assisted me was very knowledgeable and made sure I knew exactly was was going to happen. I also appreciated getting emails and personal calls with status updates. The car looks better than before the accident. Great work by the repair team.One thing to consider - They had my car washed/cleaned before handing me the keys. That was a nice gesture however the spray that was used (air freshener?) left a residue on the dashboard. Not a big deal since it was easily cleaned up with water and a washcloth but something to consider asking them to skip if you have your car here.

Janaya hopefully I spelled that right. She is one of your best employees PERIOD. She knows her stuff and me moving from California i would say she gave me one of the best experiences Ive ever had. Her personality and knowledge with parts is by far the best Ive seen in a long time. I would recommend anyone in the west valley to come and see these guys. They kept me update on the progression of my car and if I had an issue they told me they would take care of it no questions ask. Glad I chose this body shop and looking forward to future business.

Our insurance company sent us to Gerber after my wife got rear ended. Thought everything was taken care of, although the cost was $100 over the estimate, only to find out that they never included the bent trunk latch in the estimate. So they only did the cosmetic work on the rear bumper. Weve taken it back over and we cant get an answer on if the part is available to fix the trunk latch or how much more this will cost. Wont ever use these folks again. I want a single estimate for ALL the work that needs to be done and it needs to be done in ONE visit.

I was pleasantly surprised today when I took my car in for an estimate. I recently backed into a large landscaping boulder and scratched my rear bumper. I really just wanted to find out what the cost was going to be to patch the scrape. But instead they applied touch up paint to the area at no cost. That was above and beyond anything I was expecting.They are awesome and I highly recommend them.

I was treated like a stupid woman by the GM. As if I had no idea about how my car was before the accident I had. Needless to say I am having my car removed from that shop and sent to a Chevy dealership.

I reviewed this place a bit earlier but wanted to update. Even though we hit a bit of a snag with my backup camera. John was great to deal with and even sprang for a rental car when dealing with my backup camera became more than just a quick fix. In addition because of the New Year we crossed paths a bit and even though my truck was finished that Friday before the New Year, I picked up my truck on the 2nd. Well even though the rental company wanted me to pick up the tab on the extra days, John stepped up and picked up the extra days. To me that is excellent customer service!

Great customer service but very poor work. Had front bumper replaced and under body work done. First time, the paint job on the bumper did not match the rest of the car. 2 weeks after having the paint job redone, the power steering module went bad. The Mazda dealership said it was most likely caused by the accident and Gerber should have replaced. 3 weeks after that, the plastic guard under my wheel well thats attached to the bumper fell off while I was on the highway. I ran it over and it caused traffic behind my to swerve. Could have turned into a serious accident. I am now waiting for the insurance company to approve for me to take this to another body shop at Gerbers expense. I highly recommend avoiding this body shop if you can.

The best place to take your car or truck to get fixed

My car was hit in a parking lot. I had to initially see an auto shop approved by the insurance company for the initial estimate. Every company I called was a week out before they would see me but not Gerber. I called and talked to Yessenia and what can I say, AMAZING. She took the time to listen to my situation and quickly assessed what she could do for me. They were able see me that day resulting in quicker repairs for my vehicle. That made my day. For that alone, 5 stars!!!! Thanks Yessenia and Gerber.

Hi Gerber repair on Dysart with new manager Justin provide honest and quality service. They have great customer service and stand behind thier work. The color matched perfectly. The only issue with my repair had was not with Gerber but with the insurance getting the rental car is cumbersome. I would definetly go back but hopefully will not have too

Huge joke sent there quote into my insurance company and they even laughed at what they put down. Scam artists have fun in farmers customer care classesThese people will only quote you to the point of your deductible. They do this so that you will give them the work and turn around and charge and continue to charge your insurance. They clam its so that the owner of the car cant do shady things to their insurance. Yet the real reason is so that the shop can do shady billing to the insurance company. Do not go here what so ever. Scandalous business!

They did great work on my truck

Had the unfortunate event of my fiance being hit by a driver that failed to stop at a few light. Her vehicle was only three months old. Thanks to Gerber here though they fixed our escape and it still has that brand new feeling. They put 15k worth of work into it and kept me in the loop with everything. Amazing service would recommend to everyone.

Stay away from this place. I had to go back three times on a single repair because something wasnt fixed correctly. Then they over charged me for shotty work.

Set up a windshield replacement and nobody ever called or came the day it was supposed to be replaced. When I called the shop, nobody could give me an answer as to what happened. Just a lot of stuttering and I dont knows from the receptionist. I will never be referring anyone here again. What horrible customer service!
