I just picked up my 2017 black Hyundai Sonata for Bodywork, paint, trim work and Window Repair. They did an awesome job. Had insurance work done at this facility. Cant say enough about Jason, he kept me in the loop and updated me throughout the entire process. Even came back with questions for a (unrelated to insurance work) problem I was having and Jason came out to take a look same day.

I had my mother-in-law‘s car repaired there due to an accident when I was borrowing it the girls in the office are pretty awesome they helped a stressful situation be stressless which I super appreciated it only took about four or five days for them to finish the bodywork on the car it looks amazing and I’m pretty sure they vacuum out the car because it was spotless when I picked it up Thank you for the great communication and the hard work I will definitely be using you again in the future hopefully I won’t have to but at least I know a good company to take my car to thank you so much

Easily the best shop Ive ever had work done at. Theyve repaired 3 of my cars and theyve always come out looking brand new. The staff is professional, courteous and always kept me well informed of schedules and progress. If youre looking for the cheapest place to repair your car after an accident, this isnt it. This was my first experience with Estrella Collision Center and I could not give them higher praise. I started out my day being told by my car dealership that they could not fix an issue I was having with the back hatch of my Highlander suddenly not opening. I went to my regular shop that does my car oil changes and they referred my to Estrella Collision Center and I can not thank them enough. I went to Estrella Collision expecting to just get an estimate. Not only did Jason immediately come out and work on my cars problem for an hour but fixed it and would not let me pay him a cent. Very honest to the point. I went to different collision place and they gave the whole I yeah we can fix it no problem here Jason told me yeah it COULD be fixed but it would break more than it fixed. Very grateful for their honesty. Highly recommend these guys.

The customer service at this shop was FANTASTIC! They kept me informed the entire time about what they were working on and when I could expect my vehicle back! We dropped our car off on Tuesday, and they had the repairs done before lunch on Friday, earlier than expected! My car looks better than when I bought it!

Had some damage to my car and I needed it repaired. I Googled the best body shops in the Avondale area. Estrella Collision Avondale popped up. I am glad it did. Jason was a big help during this process. The took my car and made it better. Great experience!

Repair took longer than what they said, it took way more money than what was quoted. After paying so much money you should be happy with the quality, but I’m not happy. I drove through the car wash and a significant amount of water leaked in through the door they “fixed”. That’s just one issue. If I could go back in time I would go somewhere else. I wish I would have got what the thousands should have paid for.

I had hit my bumper the night before I came into Estrella and I honestly thought I wouldn’t find anyone willing to take me in right away and did body parts for cars. Estrella told me I could come in at anytime ! Plus when I got there they actually remembered who I was and I didn’t have to repeat my story. The wait was less than 20 mins maybe and my car was back to normal ! They were very nice and respectful, careful and considerate with my car and even went a extra mile to check the bottom of my car for damage. I would recommend them to anyone.

Estrella worked with my insurance directly, and made the whole accident repair process so much easier, I cannot thank them enough, as well as my insurance company! They did a great job, and were so kind and considerate. They kept me informed during the process of status, and I did my research beforehand in choosing a repair shop with great recent reviews. I highly recommend them for any body work you need done. It was very busy, and the people I did see with other repairs were very happy with their outcomes as well. I cannot thank them enough for making a difficult situation a lot easier, and the work is awesome.

Front counter person is very standoff ish and will not wear a mask during the pandemic. The back garage is nice.

I went here to inquire about my bumper and the clips that were broken. The staff was friendly and offered to do a quick fix to buy me time on actually replacing the whole bumper at no cost. No other auto body shop i had visited offered that, so I am happy I stopped by! Appreciate it! I definetely recommend coming here to anyone looking to get auto body work done.

I wish I could offer more than ... well, reasonable recompense for how well the folks here helped me. Jason was exceptionally kind, professional, and smart with regards to how he and his colleagues tackled my cars issues. They quoted me a price more than 15% below the next shop, had the car ready two days earlier than anticipated, and had it look leagues better than they thought it would look after the repairs.These folks are a cut above the rest. My car was damaged at a local car wash. They recommended Estrella Collision for repairs. I was a bit reserved at first. However, the experience was fast, easy, and great. I spoke with Jason and Serena and they both were fantastic. My vehicle came out great, and was done when they said it was going to be! Super attentive, they answer questions, not shady, has to be my easiest experience with collision repair. If the need arises, I would definitely be going back.

I called them and when i asked if they did something the lady at the front just hung up on my twice. Good luck getting ahold of someone here!

My car was clean when I picked it up, a plus! I dropped my car off Monday and it was ready to be picked up by Wednesday, a whole day earlier than expected. They called the rental car company to come pick me up to go get my rental and also returned my car rental for me. The work done on my car was excellent, you cant even tell that I was ever in a car accident. Thanks a million for your Superior service!!!

The best body shop ever!! So nice and fast service I have ever received. Had to have front bumper replaced and only had my vehicle for 2 days. Did a fantastic job even detailed my car after repairs. Thank you so much to the team at estrella collision.

Business did not complete repairs that were paid. In April 2012 after filing a claim with Progressive I was offered this shop as a shop in my area and I took my vehicle there to have the vehicle repaired as I was advised this shop does good work. Repairs were done by the shop with the exception of a clear BRA which would be placed on the vehicle 30 days after the paint had cured on the front bumper. hood, etc. After 30 days I did not receive a call, I called and was advised that the vendor or shop which specialized in this type of repair was no longer in business and they were trying to locate another shop which would work. This same process of me calling every 30 days for 7 months was duplicated and I was advised that they still havent found anyone to complete the repairs. Finally after 8 months I received a voicemail message and was advised I could bring the car in, I called back and my calls were not returned for another 3 months. Finally I called again last week and spoke with Brandon who advised me I needed to bring the vehicle in for an inspection as it had been so long that if any rock on the front bumper hood, etc. He would not advise repairs be done and they will reimburse. I did that on Wednesday this past week (w/o 6/16/2013) and was told they would cut a check and mail or have me pick up and he would call me at the end of the day. I did not receive a call and I called back today (Friday, 21st 2103) and advised the shop was under new ownership and I needed to go after the old owners to get reimbursed. I called progressive who had paid the Body Shop and was advised that the business was sold and was operating under the same name and the only change was owners, which would mean any warranties for repairs, etc would be honored. I am asking that Estrella Body Shop reimburse me for the repairs that were not completed per Progressive was paid in the amount of $400.00. As this business is operating as the same entity with the only difference being change of ownership, they should honor warranties and liability for the time stated on warranties.

Everyone I dealt with was incredibly nice and helpful. It only took them a couple weeks to fix my car which I didn’t think was too bad given the amount of damage that was done to my vehicle.

I remember going here 3 years ago and it was a very good experience, I recently had came in to get a quote and was told it is under new management. The person first lied when I asked about the young man who helped me years ago and said hes on vacation, then said something about a towing company and blah blah. Long story short, original management was perfect, since then it seems like this place has had 3 owners since and it shows.Took my car across the street and was very happy.

I live on the east side and was in an accident that caused a very substantial amount of damage to my car. I went to them on a recommendation from a shop that couldnt handle the amount of work the car needed. They took a while but used all OE parts and did such a good job I will never hesitate to do business with them again. And Im a car guy and am super scrupulous so I think this means even more that they passed with flying colors in my eyes.

Great place & honest folk. Very reasonable. You smash it they fix it... within reason & safety... sometimes there is only one place, Car Heaven. Worth seeking out this Gem, there is some open land right in front of this place. Just South of Riley, on the West side of the road.*BTW C.F. commented Serena could use an attitude adjustment...so on my visit I was lucky to have Serena take care of me & my take on her attitude is she is a busy young lady working the office aspect of getting everything to run smoothly. During my brief wait for the car to come around, I witnessed her as a determined and successful multitasker who definately knows what she is doing, hands down!

They did an okay job fixing my car. I was advised through my insurance company to go here or to another place and I really wished I had chosen the other location. I dropped off my car and it then took them over a week just for the ESTIMATE. I had to call three times to finally get an estimate from them and they finally started their work. This whole time I was paying for my rental car and it took them a MONTH to fix my car. That ended up costing a lot more money towards the rental. When I finally got my car back, I looked very closely at it to make sure they didnt miss anything. Oh, and what do you know, under the door there is still a huge gash from my accident. Uhm...did I not pay you to fix this? They also said they went out and took my car for an alignment. They should have just left it alone because now my car doesnt drive straight, and when youre driving down the freeway you literally have to keep the steering wheel a bit sideways in order for the vehicle to drive straight. I am very unhappy with how everything turned out. The people are nice, but really need to do a better job. What they DID fix looks awesome...I WILL give them that much credit. But God forbid I get in another accident, I will not be returning to Estrella Collision.

Aill i can say is there is a big difference in the atmosphere there since the change in owners. This place was amazing!!Because of this body shop and their extremely helpful and friendly staff, they made a stressful situation run smoothly. They handled everything for me from the time I dropped my vehicle off to be repaired. From there all I had to do was pick my vehicle up when it was done and drive it home. My car looked horrible and when I picked it up you couldnt tell at all it had even been in an accident.I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO EVERYONE!!

Unprofessional took my car wasn’t notified that my front bumper wasn’t in and wouldn’t be in till 3 weeks later. Never receive a call or voicemail about my bumper, had to call myself and receive a rude hospitality when I was there. Wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone

Wow. The level of customer service is amazing. They really care about quality. We had a fender bender repaired here. They went beyond what was expected.

These guys were very professional and completed the work quickly. When we went to pick up the vehicle there was a problem with the car but the team at Estrella quickly fixed the issue and had us on the back on the road.

Its so refreshing to find a great collision repair shop. When I brought my beloved 2010 Ram 1500 in for some minor body repair, I was doubtful that anyone would be able to fix the damage and match the orange factory color on the truck. Joe was patient with me, answered all my questions, and reassured me that he would get it right. One week later my truck looks literally brand new. The blending job that he and his staff did on my truck is astounding. I had been told by another mechanic that theres no way to match that color exactly but Joe figured out a way to do it. Estrella Collision has a customer for life.

Terrible experience. Avoid this shop at all cost. We agreed on a price for my trucks front end repairs and the sales rep said he would send me a written quote. Instead he called and told me the numbers over the phone. My mistake, I believed him. But when I got the bill it was way more than I expected. I tried to negotiate the cost, the sales rep became angry and told me that I had to pay their price or they would file a lien and keep the truck. I went ahead and paid it but when I picked up the truck I noticed they failed to install a tie rod end boot. The sales rep said that was my problem. I then drove away in the truck which now dog tracks, has terrible alignment and is dangerous to drive. I emailed twice and called once and got no response. Ironically, their merchant account called me a few days later and asked if the work was performed to my satisfaction. I said no, that there were still problems and that I was trying to get a hold of the sales rep to get it taken care of. I then got a call back to my voice mail from their sales rep who swore at me for contacting their merchant account and threatened to fight me. Unbelievable.I just about came unglued. I called their shop, demanded to talk to the sales rep and told him about the problem with the alignment, he brashly said thats my problem too and that Ill have to deal directly with the alignment shop they subcontracted on my own. Unreal. I have never been treated so poorly. One of the most dishonest shops Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

Dealt with them for years the last time he had the front frame apart and sent it back to me without saying that he did not align it because the insurance company would not pay ??? Spent 450 dollars for new tires again because of his incompletenessRUN AWAY paid him alot of money overall the years and now he is a flake and crook

I have used their services in the past & refer others to this great place. I read thru the reviews & was shocked on the negativities because we only have praise for this place. I am taking the time out to write this review because some of my referrals are not so computer savy, dont find it important to write a review unless it is a negative one or are old school. I volunteer at a church near (I-17 & Greenway) and most of the congregation is from the old country who would either fix it themselves or drive the distance to this place because they are well taken care of. Our interactions were mainly with the owner and if he is so reliable, I believe the others here are as well. During our last visit here we opted to wait at the shop... the customers going thru all seemed happy & satisfied with their service as well. I am only sad with one point... Our friend who was in an accident had her car salvaged because of the damaged frame by the insurance company but she insisted on buying back the car to get it fixed anyway... I called this place and in not so many words the lady said it would be a liability issue. We are very grateful for this honesty. We will now call the insurance company to cancel the buy-back of her car & try to find a safer car for her to drive.BTW... u
