They use the best wax and their estheticians have the upmost hospitality and skill. It’s the least amount of pain I’ve ever felt (& I’m extremely sensitive) and they move so fast. I literally can never go anywhere else.

I likely wont return. I decided to try a different place than the one I normally go to. The lady who did my waxing was very sweet. Unfortunately, she did spend the time trying to sell me a product that I didnt need or would benefit from. Working retail, I totally get it. But it did make it a little uncomfortable. What made the whole situation worse, was the fact that when I went to pay, a lady that I believe was the manager, started heavily pushing the product on me. Like, over and over and harder and harder. I truly did not want to buy. Then she asked me a rather ignorant question, about the country Im from, asking if we wax there and what the ritual is for us and if we do anything differently. Its a first world country, the waxing is no different. Then she pushed the prepaid membership harder and harder on me. It got more difficult to say no each time without losing my cool. Then she reminded me again about the product and how I could buy things separately. Then she stressed that the offer for the membership was a today only offer but that shed notate my account and offer it again if I came back. It was just so overwhelming that I just dont ever want to come back. Everyone meant well, they really did. But the constant pushing of the product and membership was very overbearing.

I went to hope ! This was my second time and I really love going to her she’s the best. I promise you it won’t take long and she’ll make you feel so comfortable 🥰

I was very disappointed with my experience. I scheduled an early appointment at 8am to ensure I didn’t miss my flight but the store didn’t open until 8:15am. Then the technicians were late so they didn’t start my services until about 8:30am. Hopefully this was my bad fortune and not a common thing at this location.

I had the pleasure of being greeted by a very knowledgeable front desk employee and then serviced by Karla for my wax needs. She was sweet, professional, and walked me through the entire process. The ambiance of the location was inviting, relaxing and CLEANNNN. Definitely will be coming back to this location. They have gained a client for life.

It was so quick and the front desk person was so nice and attentive. Also the lady who actually waxed my face was so kind and tried to make my experience so much better since it was my first time doing a full face wax, she even gave me an ice pack for the pain. Honestly, 10/10 place.

Its a shame for a company to leave a client without the full service booked for, saying theres no more wax and leaving me undone. I booked a service that was supposed to last 35 (that is what the booking email said ) and Ive been there less than 25. This is ZERO understanding of customer policy. Never coming back. By the way, Jesica is an excellent waxer. Hope she leaves this place and find a job somewhere else.

I havent had my brows cleaned since Covid-19 began so about a year ago. I must say I walked in and was welcomed right away. I was seen by Jessica, she was polite, friendly and very sterile. I will definitely be back more often, and look forward to establishing a repoire since buying a home nearby and wanting to establish a go to place n supporting local businesses.

For many years I have used unikwax but today I had a bad experience with a new girl who wanted to give me a 45 service in 20 minutes and I had to ask her to come back many times to finish her job well I just hope they see my disagreement and at least give me reward for next time as I am a loyal customer

Paula was incredible, literally after two years and the half of consistently waxing, this was the first time it didn’t hurt as bad and was the most comfortable I was ! I am literally coming to her every time even though I have a spot closer to me! Service was perfect!

This is the worst customer service ever. My appointment was at 11:30, I arrived at 11:27 and the receptionist (Katt from Aventura) informed me that they could not attend me because the system said that the appointment it was at 11:15 am. When I showed her the proof of the photo that included the appointment at 11:30 am in a very bad way she said that in her system it appeared at 11:15 am and my appointment was already taken for someone else, she can not help me. When i asked for someone else she said: Go to complain to customer service......IF YOU DONT LIKE TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE, PLEASE DO NOT WORK AS A RECEPTIONIST.

I showed up 30 minutes early and I waited in the lobby approximately 2 minutes. Paula was amazing. She made me feel comfortable because it was my first time. I chose this place after reading flying reviews. They are 100% correct.Karla knows her craft and is very professional and accessible. I had been getting waxed for about 30 years and it was always painful. I dont know what is in their wax that there is absolutely no pain. My hair took a long time to grow back which means she did an excellent job. I got a 2nd session today with Karla just to make sure before writing this review. It was amazing and painless too.They wore masks and gloves (writing this during covid time). The place looks clean.
