Absolutely amazing! Very happy with lips and brows

I purchased a Groupon before reading the sketchy Yelp and Google reviews. After hearing that she didnt draw the makeup design on your face before doing the tattoo, I emailed her SPECIFICALLY ASKING if she would draw the design on me BEFORE she began to use the tattoo pen. She assured me via email that OF COURSE, SHE ALWAYS does. I also asked for pictures of sample prior clients on eye brows, and she told me that for privacy purposes she could not send me any photos, but many are available in her office at the consultation. I went to the consultation, and there were only a few pictures of the eye brows that were my choices for how I wanted my eye brows to look - not ONE looked like one that would work for my face shape, and several looked VERY FAKE, super obvious that they had been tattooed on! I was not satisfied with the choices I had and I told her that I wanted her to draw on me first. She told me OH NO, we are using an air brush technique, and you cannot draw it on first. It will not look like what we draw on. I told her that regardless, I wanted to see her plan for my eye brow before she did it! She took out a SURGICAL PEN and told me to draw on my face what I wanted. I was appalled - I hadnt even decided that she was skilled enough to do the tattoo, and I would prefer to use my own eye brow pencil, that I had in my purse - I told her that, and she picked up my things and walked me to the door, stating we cannot work on you. She was SUPER rude and VERY unprofessional! DO NOT GO HERE!!! She told me she would refund my money through Groupon, but four days AFTER the appointment she marked my Groupon as REDEEMED and did not contact Groupon. When I texted her about it afterwards, she said that she had marked my Groupon unredemed in front of me and that I needed to contact Groupon. I had to do so with Customer Service and I am still waiting for my refund.

I had the worst experience with this business. My eyeliner permanent make up only lasted two days. I called them immediately and was asked to call back in a week to get an appointment for re-touch. I called next week and was given an appointment for six weeks later. In the meantime, I am walking around with make up in one eye, almost nothing in the other. Not a nice picture.I went to my appoinment six weeks later and the lady told me to come back another day because she was late. I said to her: youve already made me wait almost two monts. She said you can wait or come back and you need to pay for a re-touch. PAID???? AGAIN???I decided it was not worth my time to pay again for something that was not done right in the first palce. Paying again for something that may not work?I have decided to write this review to help someone else who could fall in the same trap.CHECK REVIEWS AT YELP. THEY HAD SIMILAR EXPERIENCES.
