Having never done a laser treatment before, I was super anxious about what to expect. Bianca was incredibly professional and was able to explain the entire process to me. I had my laser facial done by the NP Jazmin! She was absolutely amazing, she was super friendly and explained everything I should expect during the procedure. She made me feel super relaxed and took her time with me. She was very detailed and listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. :) Would definitely recommend to my friends and will have her do all my treatments for now on!

I’m really unhappy with how this company does business. The more areas you do with them apparently is a bad idea. I decided to do many areas of laser and they do not agree doing the services at different times. I can’t for example do my legs on one day and my bikini on another. I have to do it all in one sitting. So fair warning if you miss your appointment they’re able to charge you more because the time block will be bigger the more you get, my late fee was $650. On top of my $550 monthly payment for the services. It’s painful I don’t care what lies they’ll tell you it hurts! Not everyone wants to do it all in one day but they don’t care. Also the contract is 30 months long but they have very few appointments available. You have to get all your sessions in within that 30 months otherwise it’s money wasted. The longer your session the harder it is to get an appointment. Don’t spend your money here you’ll regret it.

I am very sad after being a body details customer for years. Ive been treated like trash by Virginia Dias. She doesnt have any work ethics. I called because I received a text that my appoiment was going to be canceled and worried. Virgina Dias answered, I asked her to tell me the cancellation policies because appointment is on Friday and today is Wednesday. She was very sarcastic when I ask why my appointment was canceled, when still have three days: you are going to receive a text today and tomorrow with a bad attitude. I told her I dont understand canceled, it’s not even 40 hours. I got angry and she said dont yell at me and I hung up. I called several times and he did not answer the phone, she transferred me calls to sales department. I do not understand how a director can hang a customer who has paid more than 4000 dollars. Simple way to explain she blocked my calls. so, I decided to drive to ask for her name. When I arrive normal temper and ask, I can talk to the manager and she said its me. I told her that I was the one who called, she said yes, why did you yell at me and everything is being recorded, she said Im going to call the police and you need to live the property because youre aggressive. It seems that Virginia Dias does not know how to deal with a customer and does not know the meaning of aggression. I replied, I am moving my hands and knocking on the door, I am putting your life in danger and her answer is that we are women alone here and we work in a very bad area. They have already come with guns to us before. I have no words to explain how I feel humiliated, discriminated, because of my sexual orientation. Call the police to a customer who has not even been aggressive, just because of her, she does not know how to deal with customers. Please Body Details don’t let people like Virginia Dias how has lack of integrity humiliated customers.

Totally disappointing. I received the 18 sessions mainly at the Fort Lauderdale location and the tatoo is still here... Brighter but still apparent. Its like they want you pay additional sessions or products not necessary legit. I’ve only had 2 tx so far. There is not a huge difference. But over the years, besides the original Tattoo I had three redos over it so the ink is thick. My tattoo is about 3 inches long and 1 1/2 inches wide. The entire process takes less than five minutes. Maybe even less than three minutes. I was having a conversation with Tamara, the nurse who was performing the laser treatment and before I knew it, it was over. And only the slightest of discomfort. Nothing worth mentioning, honestly. Tamara is very, very nice and made me feel very comfortable! They say it could take 5 to 10 treatments to completely erase the tattoo. For me it will probably be closer to 10 because of the extra ink. Because the procedure is relatively pain-free and they make me feel so comfortable at Body Details, I have no problem with that.

Must go for a consultation at body details. Director is competent and empathizes with you, eager to help with any situation you may come across. The whole staff is inviting and professional.

Different technique but very involved with the guest, asking about discomfort level the entire time. She’s mainly in the Fort Lauderdale location.
