Been coming here for a while and trusted them with my Honda. When I got my bmw I still trusted them with the oil changes . They are quick and the mechanic who greets me is always friendly . Never upset with their work it’s a great deal, car wash and oil change . Mine was about $90 but that a great value most oil changes will cost $60 and a decent car wash is around $35. Will keep coming and telling every one . Thanks for the good service!!

Overcharged me $53 for oil changeI clearly requested the medium-priced oil and wax added to the complimentary car wash for additional $20. As I double-checked with the car wash attended the wax service was not on my order and the order needed to be rewritten. The cashier run my CC for $185 before I received the itemized invoice. I told her that it seems more than what I usually pay. She told me that I should have said that before she run the card. She sent me back the the lube guy. It turned out that he charged me for the top quality oil, not the medium oil, I usually get. The lube guy claimed that he is trying to help me, but he is going to walk away because I am not letting him speak. But curiously, I was not interrupting him in any way! Then he said that I have to wait for my refund until they finish with the other people. At the end I was refunded $53. I spent 1.5 to 2 hours there. I had a demeaning experience. I do not believe it was an innocents error. Whats worse was their condescending attitude when I discovered the overcharge. From the start the lube guy treated me like I am a demented old woman when it was him who made numerus errors.

This time I had several issues with them. I took my car for oil change and they left the bottom pan loose and missing a screw so i kept lisening to a flapping nojse under my car until I saw what was happening. I took it back so they could fix it. Also my glove compartment was left loose i stead of leave it the way they found it. I guess they were checking the AC filter wich is behind the glove compartment. Very disapointed!! Hope they did not forget to put the plug in for the oil.🤪

I’ve been customer around 3-4 years, every single time I was paying 59$ plus tax 64$ total for oil change, today I was trying to get promo card with is 149$ for 3 times oil change and u can save a little, but after all (taxes and some “extras”), they was trying to charge me 205$ for this card, this promo doesn’t make any sense. What I can say.. bye

I have been coming to this place for at least 15 years. Used to be easy, fast worry free. Now you have to be in the car for oil change, drive to the wash and then wait to finish it. Takes about an hour from start to finish. Used to be tops 30 min. If you can bring back what it was would be great again.
