Marc the rest of the team do a fantastic job. I am never more confident in my vehicle than after hes looked it over. Prices are competitive with other similar shops in the area. He checks everything and always answers all of my questions. I dont know a lot about cars so its important that my mechanic be someone I can trust. If trust matters to you this is where you should take your car.
I brought my 2009 Bentley Speed GT into the shop Friday morning, Brahman quoted me 10,000.00 to fix my air suspension issue, Bob and Walter got me a quote of 6000.00 for the same job - theyre got me in and out in one day - had my car even detailed!!!! Thank god I didnt just go to the dealer they wanted 4k more and my car for three days!!Thank-you guys - turns out they have three shops also. Awesome got a 18 month warranty 6 months more and 6 thousand more miles than the dealer and a HUGE savings!!!
My radiator hose blew in the plaza this shop resides in, fortunately. These guys helped getting my hose replaced and had me in and out in no time. Solid dudes and a real family atmosphere. If you need a reliable shop in North Miami these guys are the ones to go to.

My brother has been coming to this shop for years so when it was time for some new brakes she recommended this place. I shopped around a little before and was able to get an idea of what it would cost me for some new brake pads. Marc was very accommodating and was able to beat all the other quotes I received. The car was ready in no time and I was very happy with the job.
Visited on several occasion within the last month. You couldnt find a more pleasant and super supportive group of guys to look after your wheels. Nothing like the feeling when you find an honest, thorough, mechanic who is not only fair, but so accommodating to my schedule. I am so excited to have found this repair shop near my work. I went in explaining some vague issues I wanted to have them look at. Marc sent me a detailed text with pictures within a few hours to literally have me see what was going on. From the moment I brought my car in, until the moment I took it home, I was completely in the loop. I cant say enough about it. My car is purring, it feels brand new. Absolutely fantastic service on my Mercedes Benz. My vehicle broke down on my way to work and I remembered the service center in the Promenade Shopping Center, I called them and they towed my vehicle within 20 minutes, when I got to the shop I was pleasantly surprised on how clean the repair shop was. The service advisor told me they will check the electrical system and find out what the problem is and there will be no charge for the diagnostics, I was like great. After about 15 minutes went by the gentleman came into the waiting room and told me the vehicle was finished, and explained to me that the terminal end rusted out and was not making contact with the battery. The best part was it only cost me $15.00. Very honest repair facility and very professional. I highly recommend European Foreign Domestic Auto to anybody that needs exceptional an professional service on there car.

Worse experience I ever had from Auto repair / mechanic business.Brought a vehicle in for a maintenance in early AM, was told will be done in 2 hrs. After waiting 8 hrs, car was not done, I was over charged 3x more for parts, additional labor was added on and I had to argue my way trough just to get my vehicle back before they closed. Local repair shops charge 1/3 of the cost from what those guys do. I should have trusted rest of the bad reviews.If you want to get ripped off, waste all day waiting for your car and get nothing but poor excuses as explanation, then THIS place is perfect for it. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this business.PS. Last Good review was not posted before I questioned their reputation in person. Shortly after, this review was posted. My educated guess is they posted it to offset the bad reviews. Just FYI
This is my second experience with European. Once again the have out done themselves with their prompt attention and quick resolution to my foreign cars problem. I am so happy to have found an auto shoppe that I can trust and believe in! I would not take my car anywhere else including the dealership. I never write reviews,but had to on this one. European Auto in Aventura saved me over $300. I was quoted on repairs that i felt were very high at the dealership and decided to go to European Auto after receiving there Get Acquainted card. They were very professional and the Technicians were great. The noise that i was having is gone and the oil leak has been fixed for a fraction of the price that the dealership was going to charge me. I strongly recommend this repair facility for anybody that wants great service and great prices. Thank You Jeff and the staff.

I brought my 2010 1 Series BMW in for an estimate and found Bobby and Walter to be extremely professional and helpful. They managed to fit me in on my lunch hour to determine what the issue was, explained everything to me in great detail and spelled out my options clearly. They gave me a ride to work and were prompt in letting me know the status. Also, as someone who grew up in the auto retail/repair business, I can say pricing was very fair as well. It was a much better experience than the big repair shops.

Drive a lot, Spend a lot... These were my options when my wifes BMW needed service. The team at European Auto made themselves readily available and saved me over 50% comparable to dealer rates without having to drive an hour in Miami traffic to the nearest BMW dealer.During our last visit for an emergency repair for window that would not go up,, I inadvertently locked my keys in our second car and then our 2nd would not start; the team called a rental car for us and stayed more than 30 minutes past closing until the rental car arrived.The service and attention to the repairs are greatly appreciated as are the great savings on dealer prices.
Twice I tried bringing my car in for small issues. Twice these issues were resolved by the mechanics without any charge whatsoever! Instead, they said to remember them when my car REALLY NEEDED service. When that day came, European beat the dealer’s repair price by charging only 65% of the dealer’s estimate, and they did a very good job, finishing the job exactly when promised. I will use them again, and will refer them to my friends and neighbors.

I had such a bad experience with this company that I want to share it with others so that they can hopefully avoid having the same thing happen to them.I had an engine leak in my car and a wheel that was cracked. I asked them to look at the engine leak and one of the wheels to see if they can fix it. They said they have to send it out and it might cost around $400. I said lets send it and see what the price would be and then I will make my decision as to whether or not I will authorize them to proceed with the repair. They gave me a form to fill out, but the form did not list the prices for checking the engine or fixing the wheel.According to various internet sites and my discussions with multiple auto body repair shops, a reputable auto body shop is supposed to provide a prospective customer with a detailed appraisal of the cost of diagnostic/repair as well as a separate written diagnostic/repair order that spells out exactly what the customer and the shop have agreed to. This practice was not followed by the auto body repair shop in my transaction. The repair order should state whether the cost of the repair is guaranteed not to exceed the amount stated in it or whether the shop may be able to charge more if they discover hidden damage in the course of repair. In my case, they failed to do this.Th next day the shop called me and said that the engine leak might cost between $700 and $1000 and the wheel crack can be fixed for between $500 and $700. I informed the shop not to proceed with repairing my car(I had already received much lower estimates from 2 other places). I asked them to return my wheel to their shop so that I could pick the wheel along with my car.The next morning I came back to their shop to pick up my car. Although I never authorized them to perform any work on my vehicle, they attempted to charged me a diagnostic fee. They never mentioned the diagnostic fee to me at any point prior to billing me, nor did I ever authorized them to diagnose my car for a fee. In addition, they charged me $300 for a wheel crack repair even though I never authorized them to perform the repair. As I had already received multiple quotes of approximately $150 to repair a wheel, I obviously would not authorize this body shop to perform the work for twice the price.Nevertheless, this auto body shop refused to give me back my car until I paid them $548.11 even though I never authorized any diagnostic fees and never authorized them to perform any work whatsoever on my car.I am not sure whether or not this practice is permitted or not, but when I told them about my intention to write a review online about my experience they informed me that I would now have to pay them cash rather than pay by credit card. Since I didnt have $548.11 in my wallet, they agreed to take all of the cash I had($270) and place the remainder on the credit card.When I made payment and they finally released my car, I went to another wheel repair shop. That repair shop informed me that the previous shop had done a really bad job fixing the wheel and that I needed to buy a new wheel.Given everything I have described about my experience, I would strongly advise prospective customers to think twice before using this repair shop. If for some reason you choose to use this repair shop, make sure you put in writing that they are not authorized to perform any work on your vehicle without your written consent and that under no circumstances whatsoever are they authorized to charge you any money to evaluate what is wrong with your vehicle. In addition, have them put in writing that they recognize that your car is your personal property and under no circumstances are they permitted to retain your vehicle in the event of a dispute. If something similar happen to you or should happen to you in the future, you may want to contact your credit card company and see if you are liable for the charges you did not authorized, they maybe able to reverse the charge.
Good morning, I took my Mercedes in for a scheduled service on Saturday and thanks to the guys at the front counter for showing me that i had a bad oil leak. they took me out into the shop and showed me exactly were the oil leak was coming from. A lot of shops will not take the time to physically show you whats wrong with your car but these guys did and that shows me good business practice. I would for sure recommend European foreign and domestic to all of my family and friends. Thank you Jeff and your staff for a wonderful experience!!!!!!!

I OWN A BMW 535I I WAS TIRED OF THE DEALER TAKING ADVANTAGE OF ME, SO I SEARCHED AND FOUND THESE GUYS.... WHAT A GREAT FIND. THE DEALER TOLD ME THAT I HAD NUMEROUS OIL LEAKS ON MY BMW, BUT THESE GUYS WERE THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE, THEY DIAGNOSED MY CAR AND FOUND THE MY OIL FILTER HOUSING WAS THE CAUSE OF MY OIL LEAK AND WOW DID THAT SAVE ME A TON OF MONEY !!!!! Have brought my car here a number of times over the years, for basic mechanic work. I had no issues - very friendly service. One day, after returning to pick up my car for routine service - I am handed a bill for nearly $1,000!Car was a year old, running smoothly. They had taken upon themselves to do a bunch of additional necessary work without first asking me and providing the cost. I have since learned that this is illegal - but what could I do. They had my car and wouldnt give it back until I paid.I will, of course, never go back.
First off I want to thank Mark and Ivan for their help. Being a female I usually am either treated like Im a idiot or attempted to be taken advantage of when servicing my car. It was the total opposite. My car started over heating close to European Foreign. I pulled up to one of the Bays. Mark made me feel relaxed and made my Mercedes a priority . I was advised that it need a thermostat and coolant exchange. Mark then showed me on the car why both were required . I was given a fair price 2 hours later I was on the road. I checked with Mercedes what the same job would cost and I paid 40% percent less than the dealer, My f=daughter is bringing her Chrysler in next week I am expecting the same courtesy I was treated with . I interacted with two employees both of which were friendly and explained the price I would pay before and after the service. I am giving them 4 stars because people say 5 star reviews are fake.
Being a female its hard to find honest mechanics. I brought my vehicle here and not only did Bob and Walt take the time to explain what was wrong with my vehicle to me and show me what needed to be done, my vehicle was done when they said it would be, detailed and I was charged MUCH less than what the dealer would have charged me. Im recommending this place to all my friends and family. Theyre honest and actually care. Dealerships are a ripoff and full scam artists!
We were on Vacation . We decided to Drive from Texas to Hollywood Florida . we were in Town for 3 days . and the good old Check Engine light cam on and our car started running rough..The nearest shop happened to Be European Auto service Center. We brought our 2015 Jaguar in tosee what was going on with the Rough Running and the Warning Light. First the Shop is spotless the Entrance and lobby as well. The guys at the front counter were very friendly and even had us laughing a bit. We waited as they check out our car. Within a hour the diagnosed it provided us with a estimate. We only needed a sensor .. We were out the door total of 3 hours bill was under $400.00. Wish they were in our neck of the woods .

HORRIBLE do not go hereI woke up one Saturday morning with a flat tire and i had no idea what to do. I looked up “flat tire repair” and this place was the first hit. I took it in and Mike at the front desk knew i knew nothing about cars and took advantage of me. He informed me ‘the tire could not be plugged and needed to be replaced” he said, “it would cost $45” i said fine i left my car and went to run some errands. When i returned to pick up the car he handed me a bill for 173 dollars with all these hidden fees that i was never informed off. For example delivery fee, service fee, mechanic fee. I told Mike i was not paying the bill and in a sarcastic nasty tone said, well i guess youre not getting your car back then being bullied i paid the bill. On Monday i took the flat tire to another shop and they plugged and remounted the tire for $15. So i called mike and told him this and he said there is nothing he can do and he would not be refunding my money. I also left the owner Jeff Kranitz multiple messages and never heard back.I highly suggest avoiding this place they will take advantage, over charge, and treat you with the up must disrespect.
THE WORST! Took $10,000 from me! Ive always met nice people in life, so I tend to trust everyone and everything. This is big price I paid for trusting people in this shop!! Cant take back hard-earned money, only thing I can do is to warn future customers.... Do Not be like me! Unless you have too much money to give away for free!

This was my second time here. Dropped off my car with the following concerns. Warning light for washer fluid malfunctioning, warning light for right low beam alerting, tire pressure alerting and oil change needed.You can imagine my surprise when I was called and told that the warnings had been reset, the low beam was just a bulb disconnected and really only oil change would be charges incurred. WOWhonest forthright car repair place. Got my business for life
Very strange. All reviews are either 1 star or 5 stars. Real reviews are all 1 star, e.g. worst experience. Suspect that the 5 star reviews are self posted by the store and not real. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. They are dishonest, increase their quotes by unjustified amounts and insult customers in the most demeaning and atrocious way. They are a RIP OFF! Just happened to me and my wife. We got a quote for inspection of $139. When we came back, the inspection cost had gone up to $500 and an outrageous repair cost was quoted. When my wife contested the cost, they got aggressive and insulted her in the worst chauvinist way! STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!

Very expensive and not a place you can trust. They try to make me pay $100 plus taxes to change a supposed tire pressure sensor but thank God I said that Ill do it later cause the sensor was working perfectly and it is still working by now. Theyre just trying to make me pay more money without needing. Ill never come back!
Too bad there is not a ZERO. This place OVERCHARGES and quotes you for work that is NOT required. They tried it once on me 18 years ago, now 2 friends have been GROSSLY overcharged for work that was either never done or so badly had to be redone at a LEGITIMATE dealer. One friend just discovered work was never done and charged a fortune. Stay away.. They are very nice and friendly when you are being written up, that is because they know how your will be BLATANTLY OVERCHARGED and do work TOTALLY UNNECESSARY and pad the hours required to finish a job you never needed!2 friends were grossly overcharged in the last week and 3 months ago.

Please steer clear! These people are liars and thieves! I only wish I had seen these reviews prior to going there. I have a 750BMW and was in a minor accident. I was too lazy to drive the the BMW store and stopped by to ask what they thought...oh no problem lets call insurance, we will get you a rental etc. to make a long story short, they were paid the full price of a new bumper (lied to me and told me Allstate would not pay for a new one) ruined my parking assistant, stole my charger, gave me my car back empty tank when it was full, and dirty... They said they fixed the bumper I was so agrevated I just wanted my car back. One week later, I bumped into another car, barely touched it and the whole bumper fell off..... Allstate said I needed to go back to them, at which point they claimed I had another accident and that I needed to give them another 1500.00 to fix the bumper they never properly fixed... I told them over my dead body... They then made me pay to have the car flat bedded to the BMW store where it should have been in the first place....A night mare...STAY AWAY...
The mevhanics are good. The managers or service writers will work you over if they have a chance. Not recommended.
Staff was told what the problem was when i got there by me. Tried to charge me for diagnosing the problem. Problem was a plastic valve on top of the engine. Was then told it would be 516.00 dollars to repair. Part cost is 135.00 as per the dealer parts department. Was then told after i was on the hook for over 100 for diagnosis of problem that my front axle needed to be replaced as well as two tires. And that my oil was black. I changed the oil under 500 miles ago. They are scam artists. First and last visit.
WONDERFUL TRUSTWORTHY SERVICE!!! Had a dangerous flat and Marc was was extremely understanding, helpful and even helped me get a new tire from the correct vendor in less than 2 hours and had it installed for the best price in town!

My service B light came on my dash .I stopped by My local Mercedes Dealership. I Was shocked to get a price quote of $800.00 . This is not my first B service on a Mercedes. I called European Foreign and Domestic. Received a quote $469.00 .They delivered as promised the performed the B Service performing all the requirements as Per Mercedes Benz. I will be bring my Corvette I next for a power steering leak.

I brought my BMW here after they came highly recommended by friends. European Foreign Domestic Auto Center in Aventura,Fl. is close to my home and saved me a trip to downtown to BMW and accepted our extended warranty. A warning light came on in the car we did not recognize. Marc took care of the car and made a lot of phone calls to the warranty company and held on for long amounts of time which is not easy when you are at work and have other cars to work on. He would not give up. Finally he got the ok. from the warranty company. Checked out our car head to toe. He knows our son is the main driver and we needed him to be safe. He gave car clean bill of health. Explained the car to us and how it feels when driving since this is new to us. I cant believe how nice they were, never meeting us before and not making any money from us because nothing was wrong. Not charging for check up which is not covered under warranty when no work needs to be done. I received such personable service, that from now on I will bring my car there for oil changes, service work, anything the car needs. What a great find this place was. Now it is my turn to recommend Marc and this business to others. Thank you Marc for great customer service.
This shop was courteous and accurate. The price and timeline they quoted me were reasonable and quick. I went for gave for an oil change, catalytic converters replacement, and new brakes and rotors on a 2000 VW PassatAlso, Marc was a great communicator and kept me in the loop throughout the process.My VWis cranking away again and I would recommend this business.

Ive just had my Porsche worked on over at this shop in Aventura. So glad I did. Im not going to name the dealer but they charged me 4000 over three trips to there store and it didnt fix my problem. Big big biggest Fraud FRAUD this auto center last 11year uses BMW x5 m first I was been European auto service, my break light was not, I was asked for cote he said 90$, when been there my he said to me 160$, after front desk guys told it will take 2hrs, after I am going back to my office 3 hrs was been European auto service center again, server advisory told me, u need the keep 1day in the service center will check, then he called me astemetes #$1250$ break light headlight, BMW service center in berman only only 65/-, dont replace lights and gave me bills $459/-, after I was called berman BMW center berman BMW advisor gave appointment fixed all my new lights 350/-. biggest dishonest corrected series centr European auto service center, The most joking part The European auto Reviews all fake Trust me dont go with Google reviews fake Fake.
This is the worst place to deal with in Aventura. They are professional thieves, are very good at lying to your face then they increase the bills and try to lien your vehicle.The day i was there 3 customers had same exact issue with estimates quadrupling or more. After calling the police sergeant, he explained this happens there every month multiple times, they were trying to get involved to shut the shop down.RUN DONT WALK AWAY!

WORST experience ever!! This business is extremely dishonest and total liars! I took a car in to see if they could patch a tire. I was told it would be about 1.5 hours so I walked home. I called after 2 hours and it hadnt even been looked at. When I arrived later in the day I was told they could not repair the tire because it had too big of a patch when it was previously repaired. I was also told there was another patch on the tire and a plug. He proceeded to quote me $600. for a new tire. We left the car overnight which gave us time to research prices. The next day we asked them to put the tire back on. As I was about to leave I noticed from the cars gauge that there was no air in the tire. I asked the guy to fill it up. I went directly to Family Tire on Pembroke Road. Not only were they extremely professional, the tire only needed a plug repair because of a nail. Totally disgusted by my whole experience at this service center.

Avoid Avoid Avoid (Read this and all other comments and avoid a very bad experience) DO NOT TRUST 5 STARS RATINGS.This garage is run by people with doubtful business practices and some very rude employees. (Ivan).Reading all the comments, it is obvious that many customers expressed that they have been overcharged for services not really performed or required.Here is our experience: we had a flat tire due to the fact the car hit a pothole at GulfStream. The car was towed to this garage and we were told that we will need to change the tire, the wheel, the tire sensor and the bearing. Total 4500 USD. My wife was dealing with them as I was travelling. We asked them to return the broken bearing, sensor and the wheel that have been changed and they got very angry and aggressive with my wife. They did not want to provide the replaced parts.Once my wife got home, she realized that the wheel was exactly the same old one, for which they charged us nearly 2000 USD. She took the car back to point this out and they continued to be verbally abusive and argumentative, until my wife told them she had pictures of the tire before the replacement and the scratches on it were the same that the “New wheel” they allegedly replaced for 2000 USD. After some heated arguments they admitted they “made a mistake” and did not replace the wheel and gave us the credit back for the wheel only. No wonder why they did not want to give us all the old parts they replaced (Sensor tire, bearing, etc).They were very upset why we were so defensive of the cost if this will be paid “anyway“ by Gulfstream.In summary, during the entire incident they ended up charging us for a lot more parts than needed, they charged us 2000 USD for a new wheel that was never replaced and they have been extremely rude and verbally abusive to my wife. They at least admitted (they had no choice) the wheel was not changed after long discussions. They never apologized for ”their mistake” and the way they treated my wife.Read all the comments in Google, because many customers expressed similar experiences in terms of feeling overcharged and being treated in a very rude and abusive manner. This garage does not deserve your business. Stay away from them AVOID AVOID AVOID !PS: Some of the positive reviews are not very reliablea.They say they have been under new managment, but they keep geting same bad customers comments. Note they have either 1 or 5 as ratings, not much in between.. I wil not trust much the 5 ratings.

I brought my brand new 2015 Mercedes-Benz to this shop to get it debadged. Such a simple and easy task that most people actually do it themselves. Why I didnt do it myself is another subject. Anyway, they scratched the paint on the car and then tried to blame it on Mercedes-Benz saying that Mercedes-Benz sometimes marks where the badging should go. Yeah, right. They def did not do a good job and deserve to be poorly reviewed.
These people took my money and my car still wasnt fixed and they refused to return my money or fix the car. They told me they knew the car wasnt fixed but didnt tell me when I picked it up because I wouldnt have paid my bill......dishonest, rude charlatans. Steer clear!

Was recommended by a friend because no one could find out what was wrong with my 2013 BMW 5 series because every morning when started the ignition smoke would come out of tail pipe and these guys found the problem in minutes and gave me a favorable good price and fixed it the same day and wash my car for free..excellent service at this place...
I used them for my Bmw and they fixed my problem and had my car wash and waxed there on the property by this fabulous company called Showroom Car Detail Inc and the gentleman name was willie who detailed my Bmw was very pleasant and respectful, I would always go here for any vehicle problem and to also get my Car cleaned...they are super stars.
They are Not honest with service or price. Theyll tell you what they need to do, and will increase increments to about double. I am sooo FRUSTRATED, even more than from going here that I want nothing toi do with my LAND ROVER, I would rather them keep it after having me wait a Week for a simple check up that has me a headache and full of regret from bringing it there. BRING YOUR CAR HERE IF YOU DONT WANT IT.
What a NIGHTMARE! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Be careful with this store, its manager and employee in the front desk are very violent! I am a woman who brought my car to have it checked.They told me that the inspection cost was $139.and it is written on the front wall as well.When I came back after the inspection they charged me $500 for the inspection,saying that they had to work 2 more hours in that inspection.When I refused to pay it,they started to insult me.If you dont pay the ridiculos extra charge, they get very agressive!They told me obscene and very demeaning words and threatened to kick me out without giving my car! I felt humilliated as a customer and as a woman.These people are RIPPING OFF customers and on top insult them in the worst possible way. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE! The only thing I regret is that I did not call the police.
Ready to read a long, interesting and alarming story about this place, grab a cup of Coffee and stay away from European Foreign domestic Repair Center and I am told they have 3 locations- now I know why so stay away and find a place that does not try to screw you right in your face:Chapter I- Over a year ago my neighbor recommended this place after being quoted an exorbitant amount of money from his dealership and this place gave him a better price. Brought my first car and spent several thousands of dollars buying rotors and brakes. Got to chat with a couple of nice guys working the front who were very friendly, Walter and Mike. Refer to them a client for a BMW Rotor replacement job.Chapter II- Brought my second car for a quoted $2,000 repair... after several weeks kept checking by phone and stopping by and every time Walter promised next week will be ready. After 4-5 months of hearing this, I decided to come one evening and take the car from the parking lot where they had left my car unlocked. Guess how long it took them to call me to tell them that my car was missing? - 2 weeks... after I told them that I was frustrated by their procrastination on my car I came by to pay and they wanted to charge me $2800 on a job that was not only not finished but poor workmanship of the roof liner. Finally after threats by them to call police, etc. they accepted my $2000 payment. All this time dealing with Mike (Walter and Mike are no longer there-Walter walked out of this EMPLOYER without notice after 16 years there, I learned)Chapter III- I lost my friends 2000 Lexus LX 470 master key... since Lexus dealership wanted to charge me $1800 because supposedly they have to replace the board of the computer because the car is too old to reprogram, I decided to give this shop another chance. After all there must have been an issue the owners had with Walter and Mike (now both are no longer there), so I show up and deal with a Mark who promised me to call me within an hour and let me know if he can get me a new key reprogrammed. He never called so I called him back next day. He said he was sick so I gave him another chance and spoke to him about it again. Every time giving him information about the car because he could not find the notes. Finally he quoted me $330. I give him the OK and in order to be fair told him about what Lexus dealership tried to do with me so he can make sure his guy knows the challenges. He said he would check. I stopped by Monday and saw him he told me again that he would take care of my issue but now the price is $400 plus sales tax. I told him to schedule it. He called me yesterday and told me the guy that will bring the key and reprogram it will be here today at the shop at 12:30 but that he would not be there as he is in the Boca Raton shop.I show up today at 12:30 and the guy is not there. Spoke to a new Mike (most unprofessional guy I have ever encountered and not that I have high expectations of this industry) who basically told me “he is not in Sales”, he had to have a personal call with his wife for 12 minutes before he would tell me after I asked him what’s going on that he would begin the paperwork. Paperwork was prepared and I see a $680 estimate... I questioned it as I was quoted $400 which was an increase over original quote. He stepped to an office and came back and said, if you pay me cash, I will do it for $500. I told him that Mark quoted me $400 plus tax to please call him... he said he does not want to do it... “Mark does not count”. Basically take it or leave it attitude so ... I LEFT... and after searching the Internet I found a locksmith that did the work for me for $400…Suggest that if your value your money and your intelligence, stay far away from this place and its 2 sister locations!!! If you read other reviews, you see a pattern. God Bless America and its auto repair shops!
Went in to inquire about repairing a run flat tire. I was told by there service advisor you cant repair a run flat !! Unfortunately their service advisor doesnt know what hes talking about, And rather than argue with him. Went across the street to another auto repair place and got it fixed immediately. This place is for suckers that dont know about cars.

I was there for a flat tire repair, it took them 4 hrs to repair it, and the only thing I received for such as a bad service were excuses; yet, I paid $47.00 for a flat tire, are you kidding me? I was not even explained what I was paying. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!
