Worse experience ever, I will never purchase another product from Apple Aventura or Apple period for that matter. Bought an iPhone 12 March 14, 2021 and returned it March 21, 2021. For some reason the Sales Associate processed the return incorrectly and today I’m still paying for a phone I don’t own. Multiple contacts to Apple support and in store are met with me-blaming and defensiveness and absolutely no help. Don’t do business with a company that can’t and won’t fix its own mistakes. Disgusted!!!!
Pedro, one of the technicians at Apple store in Aventura was amazing. He took care of us by fixing our Airpod Pro, giving very valuable advice, and patiently answering all our questions. Very knowledgeable and kind. Thank you Pedro for all your help.
Second busiest apple store in US, its 3 levels and has a 1 story tall monitor system with stadium seating. Picked up a new MBA and got a student discount - great experience.
I came in for a phone repair. I made my appointment a fee days earlier as this is the policy, I went in a few minutes early as to avoid long lines and check in with enough time, I was impresses that there were no long lines and the transaction was seamless. The wait time was only the time I allotted. I am very thankful to the lady that assisted me. I could not have asked for better. Thank you Apple for hiring high caliber personnel. Very happy. Happy😊
Where is the negative star, I went in crying because my phone was not working the lady didn’t even look at my phone and she says I have to buy a new one. When I asked her if I could purchase a new phone she said I needed a book an appointment, I was already there and I politely asked to speak to the manager, whom gave me the exact response as she did which was very unprofessional and rude.WHY WOULD I NEED AN APPOINTMENT to buy something it made absolutely no sense so I set an appointment up for the next day and I ended up passing by a cellphone repair shop which fixed my phone completely so I did not need to buy a new phone or waste my time with apple I will be ordering online from apple since their customer service skills were horrible. It was a horrific experience.
They moved from Nordstrom to Aventura building, and I payed one hour for looking them. New parking building (across Pablix), second floor, go to entrance to mall (pass Tesla parking spots), inside mall little straight and Express Pickup are right side.So, I’m late my pickup window and waiting at line... but service at window are very fast and friendly! I’m excited:)
They really need to work on customer service. They take forever to help in buying new items and in genius bar and some of them a really rude. 2 years ago they had much better customer service. And they really use to help you when buying apple products.

All of the negative reviews are true, unfortunately. When you purchase $1300 phone, $1500 tablet - you kinda expect to be treated at least nicely. Came in to Genius Bar (they wait was crazy obviously), they did not help and talked down on me when I said that if I restore my phone and set up as a new one I’ll loose my info 😂 he screamed at me “NOT TRUE!”, ridiculous. And many many other concerns, rude staff, lies and so on. Horrible place

Customer service has gotten a thousand times worse from 2 years ago. The speed and efficiency isn’t there. I waited for two hours for a simple purchase. It’s a shame. I am excited for when my iPhone breaks so I can buy a different company phone. Their standards have really dropped! It’s a shame they have lost a loyal customer!

Its my first time at this location. I was quickly greeted and felt taken care of as soon as I approached the entrance! Jose Medina helped me get the iPad perfect for me. He was super informative, patient, and so friendly! We had great conversation while we waited for my old iPad to backup. Really happy with the service and with my purchase!!!

Annoying.. had to pick up a power adaptor under warranty. I had a bar code piece of paper with no writing on it for the part. I was picking the part up for someone. They made it difficult to pick up the part. I was ordinary told I CANT pick up the part. I had the correct location and the old part, yet they required me to call the person it was for and have him send an email letting me puck up the part. They did not care if the person was driving or busy. They claim it is Apple policy. How sad they operate like that for a simple part. I would understand if it was a computer.The employees need better training.
Went to see Jessica (long blonde hair) at genius squad this morning. She was fantastic!!! We chatted her eat off about our travels. She told us a little about her Yellowstone adventures & fixed our iPad quickly. Wonderful experience.
Waiting line for about fifteen minutes. This store is always crowded. You must be patient. After waiting, everything was fine, associate was friendly and answered all my questions and let me know which best apple product will be fitting my needs. Besides the waiting was a great experience.

The store closes at 9pm Est my phone is non functional. The initial representative told me we do not take walk in. After asking so what date Apple stop taking Walk-in she did not reply. When asked again she states oh we stopped at 4. Why lie? I then asked for a manager where Brandon said We dont have any technicianswhich I could clearly see several. I asked to wait Bfrandon said no. A phone is an integral part of life and imperative in emergencies. Brandon (Black or Indian descent)lacked empathy and just did not care.

This Location of Apple store, Aventura mall, is atrocious. I have over 25 Apple products, but them wasting my time makes me not want to use Apple as a company anymore. I came in for a replacement cable, which is under warranty (1 year from purchase date) and I got it in October 2020. It’s been 7.5 months. Now I went in on first day and they told me that I need an appointment with Genius Bar, to do a warranty claim! Okay, no big deal.. but I had to wait 45-55 minutes on day 1 and the employee said “purchase a cable today just return it tomorrow when you come for your appointment” so I did. Still fine, I’ll deal with it whatever. Came in next day and this is where the issue occurred. They told me I was trying to return a cable which wasn’t the one from day prior that I purchased, claiming the wear and tear wouldn’t happen this quickly. Now to the other cable not in that box, they said they wouldn’t do a warranty claim on that because that wear and tear was also too damaged. So basically the issue is, if you weren’t gonna do the claim you should’ve taken a look the first day when I had the cable in my hand. Not have me spend money and false promise me, then claim I’m trying to be the deceitful one. So now I’m stuck with the old cable and had to buy a new one. * the point is * I had to waste my time because they didn’t want to be straight forward on day one and rather than be compassionate they flipped and blamed me for it. They wasted my time(worth more than $19), gas(atleast $10), and more money by having me purchase a cable with hopes they’d resolve the issues. No issues were resolved through this location. I highly recommend avoiding this location. Lorin the manager and I spoke but I did not feel like being rude so I just said have a good day and left.

I went to pick up the phone around 5pm today and had the best experience at this Apple. I didn’t ask the specialist’s name but from our conversation, I know she’s Colombian and was standing to the most left. She was the best, super friendly and considerate since she asked me if I needed an adapter for this new phone, and I did forget to buy an adapter. Really enjoyed talking to her!!!
The attention in this store is AWFUL. We waited half and hour in the line. When our turn came, the receptionist told us we can not enter because the store had reach the capacity limit, so we insisted asking to wait until someone left the store. She moved to ask this to the manager and we had to wait another 5 minutes to talk with him. He informed us we cannot enter or wait. While we were talking, the person behind us in the line entered the store without problem .We showed that and he said he is just buying a keyboard, it´s more faster than buying an iPhone (he was lying in front of us because he never asked us what we were looking to buy or what was the another person buying). I DON´T WANT TO THINK HE WAS DISCRIMINATING US FOR BEEING TOURISTS. WE HAVE SEEN THE SAME SITUATION WITH ANOTHER LATIN FAMILY SAME DAYS BEFORE. This is not the customer service we are all used to receive from APPLE. Really annoying. Also we were told to purchase online and pick it up but they was not delivering at the moment, we have to wait for the next business day for two iPhones? Really?

Juve and Santiago were very helpful with situating us and our problem. I wasnt happy going in after having to deal with a problem earlier, but they changed that and treated us like family. They restored my faith into Apple. A special thank you to Manager Juve and Technician Santiago; they made a great team.

Slowest express pick up. They keep discussing with all the people on what they want to buy. Express is buy online, pay for it, and simple sign and pick up your package. Not take 20 minutes per customer. It’s ridiculous.

Apple devices may be easy to use but buying from them is not.After standing in line before the store opened, I was informed that it was by appointment only. Whether you need to buy a phone or go to the genius bar, you need an appointment.Fine. So I make an appointment while standing in line. It took 15 minutes to provide all my personal information and the details about my phone. Finally, I ask about an appointment. The woman on the phone says they have no appointments. Not today. Not any day. Nor at a nearby store.Really Apple? You sell a small plastic and metal device at inflated prices and make it really difficult to buy.

Ive had two appointments scheduled for my phone issues. When I facetime or have phone calls, the person on the other end hears every fifth word that I say. This has been going on since the day I received my new phone. I came in to this Apple store to fix it and they spent 3 hours refurbishing a phone. I came back the next week because it was still messed up. They told me to restore my phone from scratch, and not from an iCloud backup. So now I have a phone that has none of my apps or saved settings, and IT STILL DOESNT WORK RIGHT. What is the point of paying for Apple Care each month if this is the treatment I get? I am going to my third appt. tonight. If I dont get a brand new phone, I will be leaving this service.
Purchase online and pick up at the window with a set appointment in the second floor. The same if you are getting any equipment serviced. It is at the express window in the first floor. All the COVID protocols are being followed such as social distancing, cleaning of the window and counter where you pick up. Very clean and orderly lines. Miss dearly going inside the store. But we need to abide by the new regulations of the times. Excellent customer service as always.

Worst Apple store ever! I took my iPhone in because of a know issue for my model. The genius who assisted me let his tittle go to his head. He talked down to me as though I knew nothing. I explained the symptoms of the issue and was shut down immediately. I was told my battery was degraded and I needed a new one. I insisted that there were more issues with the iPhone. I told the “genius” to stop talking down to me and figure out what was going on. About 5min later I turns out it was the know issue, a component need to be replaced in the iPhone and it need to be set out. This was all on June 14th, and I was told it would take 7-10 business days for me to get it back. I went back after 10 day and was told I need to wait until the 10th business day. So I did, I went back and my iPhone was still not back. The employees at the store blamed it on Fedex. Even though I had received an email that the iPhone was being sent back 6 days after I had dropped it off. I was only given a loaner iPhone after waiting the 10 business day with no phone. The following day the aventure Apple store closed. I have called Apple many times trying to get my iPhone back and have been told I have to wait for the aventure store to open back up. I am still waiting, and it has been 74 days and no one has any idea when I will get my iPhone back. I am seriously considering never purchasing anything from Apple ever again.

Went here to try to get my old iPad appraised for a trade in. Well I’m just going to keep it and apple just lost a purchase. They didn’t allow me in the store because I needed an appointment. Meanwhile, no line and like 5 employees just twirling their thumbs inside the store. 😳 I guess this location just wants to throw their money to the wind.
So i went to Apple store last night and my tech name was Tia, i can not describe how AMAZING she was!!! i have an iPhone XR and it was broken since Wednesday last week. Literally 6 days without phone! the apple logo was not going anywhere..at that point i felt like i was going to have to buy a new on, but Tia was beyond friendly and helpful, she fixed my phone in 44 minutes and she even suggested things to do to store photos in other places, she also suggested things for my phone to work properly and more effectively because she knows i work with my phone.. she was just great! she is my go to from now on, i would not want to see anyone else but her. I ve had apple since the iPhone 3G came out and i never had anyone so detailed and helpful like Tia is. So... THANK YOU TIA from Apple!!!
Horrible service, they kept my phone for hour and didn’t asked me about setting up before replacing for a new phone, I lost almost everything on my phone, it’s impossible to recover, they hand me the new phone and said set it up at home

My scheduled appointment was 11:30 AM and they were over one our late!!! I just wanted to pick, pay and Go!!! But they rather made so many people wait!!! Bad experience....

The Apple Support Team at this location are very helpful and courteous! They will do their best to go above and beyond for you no matter your needs. I love the design of this store both inside and out. Very modern, very simple. The atmosphere makes you feel like youre stepping into the future.
So this new Apple store is pretty amazing. What really wowed me was when I walked, I got message that welcomed me to the store. I mean it was kind of creepy and pretty dope at the same time.Since we entered on the second floor, I initially thought that that was the extent of the store. I didnt realize that there was more until the customer representative walked us downstairs to view another product. And surprisingly enough it was not super packed as I remembered the last store to be. Granted it was a good amount of people there but I think because of the space, it didnt seem as much.I love that they have an outside patio area for customers to go out and sit and have lunch. Throughout the week, they also have classes about various devices they have to teach people how to use them. And with the ton of staff they seem to have on hand, no one should never have to wait more than 30 seconds. Even though the other customers service representatives saw that we were being attended to, they still spoke to us as we spoke by.The location of this store is also a plus! Whenever I hear Aventura mall, I instantly cringe but because of the new garage and the location of this store is easily accessible. You do not even need to go into the mall. I am definitely sure that I will be back.
