This is a great location. Customer service was excellent, delivered by Connie. I decided to write a review because I was impressed by her level of service. My Experience Was Absolutely Amazing and The Young Lady At The Front Desk was very outstanding and helpful. She got me the perfect size unit and when I was having a breakdown and feeling like everything was going wrong she insured she will help me and did just that. She was patient and understanding and without her gratitude I probably would’ve lost my marbles lol. The young lady name is Shakwna The Very Best Employee EVERRRRR !!! Thank You Sweetheart Again !

Places OK when the elevators aren’t down. My only major concern is that they haven’t changed the AC filters in over a year. I’m sure that’s not good for whatever you are keeping in storage.

In a nice neighborhood; priced higher than the other two major storage businesses in the area. The construction in front of the place for October and now November really make it disgusting to be able to drive into the property.

Sunday morning at 8am I made the decision, to rent space for my inventory at Public Storage. At 11am same day I was instructed, all paperwork done, had my own keys and codes in my hand. The location and the price is perfect for my needs. Shanice was personable professional and knowledgeable. I was given a tour and an opportunity to make a different storage selection. Youll definitely want to use this location if its convenient.

My experience was transitional in management. So far, everything is good. Public Storage keeps their facility clean and up running. The people in the office are very helpful and friendly. The access gate hours could be extended to 10 or 11 PM, to let tenants be more flexible in access the facility. In general is good!
