Used to own a Nissan Maxima which I bought from them. I do not have it anymore. Brought the car in for a power steering issue. Brought it in on 12-21-2016 because it was leaking and it was making noise as I turned the wheel. Claimed there wasnt any noise, but claimed to have fixed the leak and that other than it leaking, nothing was wrong with it. Still heard noise as I turned the wheel after I got my car back, but I took their word and trusted them that it was fine. Totaled car as I was driving home a few months later because the power steering locked up on me to the point I could barely turn the steering wheel. This incident happened in April 2017 and I have complained (four months after they repaired it. They should remember this since I called to complain. Fox claimed right after that it was not their fault. I was called not to long after by insurance company within a three-way call because Gary would not give them info on the vehicles history because I was needed to give Gary permission in order to get the records for the totaled vehicle that my car insurance State Farm who covered the car. Till this day, Fox still refuses to accept that made a mistake even to this day.

Absolutely wonderful Excellent customer service, I was explained everything step by step of what was wrong with my car by Nick & Steve. It was a very clean friendly waiting area. Current and up to date magazine selection while I waited. I was asked if I wanted to have something to drink (water, coffee, or tea) while I waited. The bathroom was super clean and smelled good. Love love love that the employees wore protective gloves in my car. The price and the quote I was given was very reasonable. Definitely would recommend this shop to everyone I know.

I went in this morning for the brake light switch. The mechanic looked at it immediately, found the problem, and took the car into the shop. He fixed it in 10 minutes. The cost was very reasonable and I was on my way. Gary was very polite and made it an enjoyable experience. Thats my new place to go for repairs. Professional and prompt!! I have used Fox for several jobs now. Steve and Gary are extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. They are very reasonably priced. A little bit more expensive than my last garage, but you get what you pay for and I find the few extra dollars well worth it and more cost effective in the long run as you wont have to have their work fixed by someone else. I wish I had found these guys a long time ago!

Took to Fox Automotive my recently purchased 1986 Camaro which, being a 31 year old car, had a number of issues that needed tending to in order to make it road worthy again. They worked diligently to resolve all the issues and communicated pricing and timetable efficiently. These guys know cars. Im a happy customer and will return!

Good place to have your old and new cars serviced. Well established business. They fixed my 1977 Ford and did a service on my 2016 Range Rover. Owner is on site and accessible if needed.

Sorry but this place is complete theft. I took my car because the break light was lit in my car dashboard. After almost four hours, I called to see the status and he said that the problem was a sensor and that only a dealer could fix it therefore I should go pick up the car and pay $111.00 for the diagnostic.The diagnostic was just to take the car to a dealer. I think this charge is excessive, specially when the shop can not even fix the problem and would not recommend this shop to anyone unless they are willing to pay for service they can not perform.

Dont take your car here for repairs unless you want to be cheated. Do not believe those deceptive AAA+ and BBB ratings which they wrongfully give out to any lousy repair shop. I threw my money out for a fake diagnostic test. The owners never attached a diagnostic machine to my car to see what was wrong with my car a/c. They just had one of their repairmen pour some liquid (water or freon) into my a/c unit and claimed it poured out and I needed a new expensive compressor. The owners never provided me with a printout, as this was a scam. While waiting for my car, I noticed other people coming in who were also being taken advantage of, especially unsuspecting women. The prices one of the owners quoted was more then the dealers charge. Anyways, I ended up taking my car to the largest dealership down here. Not only was I charged less then Fox Automotive but I only needed a condensor, not a compressor which Fox stated I needed. The dealership also provided me with a proper diagnostic printout and offered to give me a lender car if I needed to go somewhere instead of waiting for the car. My advice again is to stay away from Fox Automotive. You will often pay less at the dealership and will get a proper diagnosis with an actual diagnostic machine. By the way, I filed a complaint with the BBB. Fox Automotive promised to refund my diagnostic fee if I provided paperwork from the dealership showing that Foxs diagnosis was incorrect. I did exactly what they requested. However, Fox failed to respond to the calls and e-mails from the BBB and the BBB closed the case unresolved.P.S. Im sure the owners will respond to the above comments, as they dont want to lose business. However, I couldnt care less what lies they put out to the public. It shows you how dishonest and cheap the owners were by not keeping their promise to the Better Business Bureau by refunding my diagnostic fee.

This is the only place Ill take both cars in my household, one of which is a 40th Anniversary Edition 2010 Nissan 370Z. Ive also recommended 2 other people to visit Fox, both of which have taken their cars there, and are pleased with the service. You get what you pay for. I get quality, speed, dependability, and knowledge. Sure, there are cheaper places out there, of course, but those same places will also sell you their Wedding DJ Services and offer to cut your grass, and paint your spare bed room. These guys, they are serious about their work.

Air Bag light on for my 1997 Deville. Other shops would not fix it or wanted nearly a thousand dollars. Foxs fixed it for $340. It took a lot of work and they had to search for the part out of state. Great mechanics and fair prices. I will use Foxs in the future.

Listen up¡ Smart Car broken belt. Took car to Fox recommended by AAA. Fox calls says belts have been changed; took car for test drive but car overrheats! Will charge $99.99 to diagnose. I ask did you chech radiator coolant after changed belt? Mechanic: No, why should I? ??? Horror strikes me...ok say I, does belt drive water pump.? Mechanic: No...let me check..3 minutes later....no! I say, why dont you check again and while at it check the coolant...you just replaced a belt that drives the pump and you are overheating my car because it probably has no water. Mechanic: call you back. Doesnt. I call back. What happened say I? Mechanic: there was too little water in the container...now is fixed! These people have no clue! Worrid I ask to speak to owner Steve...tell the story...answer: 1. Smart Cars are different because engines are in the back 2. We dont check the water after changing a belt unless we have a previous instruction from client or car history for overheating. You make your own conclusions!

Ive had both my 65 Mustang, and 08 Altima in with them. Its hard to find any shop that is knowlegable and capable for all makes. they gave me a general idea on what was needed, and with a estimated cost up front. Always went away with the work done right the first time, and without any additional costs added to the bill.It is very difficult to find any shop like this, and its worth the effort to bring my car down there from West Palm.

I have a Saturn Vue (hybrid) that needed service. First he found altenator for $1200. Probably did cost that much at the one place he called. He also was going to charge me $60 to take out battery from its cage. $30 out $30 in. The battery is partially covered by a piece of metal held dwn by 3 regular bolts. The repairs were out of my reach so I asked him to just put pieces back. The BECM (battery engine control module) started failing because they left it disconnected from an energy source. All in all theres more to this situation but this place was recommended by AAA. I would not recommend it nor ever return there.

Two years ago I had Austin Martin DB-9.The car had some noises coming from the back axle.Many mechanics thought the transmission or axle or both have to be changed.Steave recommended to change the transmission fuel few times.And it worked!!!Very knowledgeable and honest guys.Now I bring my Panoz roadster to the shop.Highly recommend.

A recent engine swap on my Shelby Cobra replica could have become a nightmare, but Fox Auto fixed the problem. After installing the motor, Steve was not happy with the performance of the engine. He sent it back to the manufacturer, installed a new one, all at no additional cost for me. Yes, it took a little longer than expected, but the job was done right! Highly recommended!

Good owners delt with them several times, they are honest and fix what they say they are going to honesty is hard to come across expecially in auto repair, but they are str8 shooters, I would never take my truck anywhere ells wile Im in fl, prices are about what you would expect from a shop, but well worth the money to have work done rite the first time
