Had a tire blowout on my way home from work. Went to Flynns Tire in Austintown the next day. They quickly replaced 2 tires at a great price. What I couldnt believe was the technician who replaced my tires put the spare donut tire I had on the car away in the trunk. That was a first for me. I am now a loyal customer.

Fast and courteous! We were in and out with four new tires, balanced, in a little less than an hour. The ride is now smoother and quieter than it used to be with the OEM tires. While you dont really drive through the door, as the commercial shows, the experience is pretty quick compared to other tire places.

I was able to order and pay for the tires that I wanted from the Flynns website and when I arrived at the shop, they installed the tires, put my spare tire back under the bed of my pickup truck so it would properly stored again. No additional fees were charged and my truck is riding very comfortable and handling as it should again. Staff was curteous and the waiting area is comfortable.

I dropped my car off at 11am and it was ready at 1:15pm with a new starter, oil change, tire rotation, brake and belt check. Very pleased with the fast and curteous service from Tony and the guys.

We got a flat on a trip on the turnpike. Called got Tony and Tony helped us in house. Worked us in fast and got us on our way. Both guys in the office were polite and service was less than 30 minutes. We are very pleased

My daughter’s Toyota Avalon was desperately in need of tires, I picked out tires online and made the appointment. The online information was helpful and easy to navigate. I arrived for my appointment on time and was greeted immediately by friendly staff, they got her car right in and I was back in the road in half and hour. Easy peasy. Working under a snowy wet car, carrying heavy tires, with salty water dripping down has to be awful- they still got the job done quick, professionally and with a pleasant attitude. Great service all around!

I purchased $750 in four tires 3 weeks ago. I had to spend an additional 1.5 hours waiting for the tires to be rebalanced and valvestem caps to be added because they were missing after the initial install. I was charged an additional $20 fee to repair a screw found in a tire. Its amazing that my tires found a screw after 1 week of being on the road. I do not trust this business and will never patronize Flynns ever again. Incompetant, Dishonest, and Greedy.

The people that work there are nice and friendly people. I go there for all my tires and wheel needs ( tire,brakes, rotors and any suspension needs). If theres any problem with anything else they will definitely bring the issues to the customers attention before proceeding with any other work.

I am beyond disappointed in my experience with this company. I went last May to get my suspension replaced. Within a few months the front driver side strut was shot and needed replaced. Things happen it was covered under warranty couple hours wasted whatever. Here we are now the back driver side shock mount is completely busted, and now it will cost me 206$ because the mounts put on my car when I was trying to repair and fix everything were in fact the previous mounts. Had I been told that is what they were going to do I would have inquired about the new mounts at the time. To me that is like replacing the oil but putting in the old filter. Also, the front strut that theyve already replaced twice now is popping again. Not to mention there are personal things going on with the techs and they currently have none. So now I have to drive even further. If you like wasting time and money this is definitely the company for you!

This place was just great. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. We had a problem with our daughters car, everybody else was charging 85-100 dollars to fix, flynns fixed it in a few minutes for $23. Love this place. Would definitely recommend.

I took one vehicle in to have to tires put on and an alignment. With in 3 weeks I need another alignment and mywherls balanced. Within that 3 weeks I dropped a truck off there to be looked at and get a quote for repairs. The quoted me at nearly $2000 so I told them I would have to wait but I would come pick up my truck. When I got there, it was busy so I had to wait but when I got to my truck the front tire was a little low but not flat. Someone placed a bottle of brake fluid that I had on the floor, on top of the dash which caused it to leak all over.....this ate away at my dash. Then the truck was completely dead! Wouldnt turn over or anything. Went back to the front and waited a little longer to inform the man it was dead, he told a tech to go jump it. 20 minutes later, 20 or so attempts, and 3 techs later the truck started. This is a truck with brand new tires, battery, and no issues ever starting. On my way home I stopped to put air in the front tires, as they seemed low. I parked the truck, left again and when I came home the tire was flat. I put air in the tire again...next day it was flat. I never got an apology, no reason as to why my truck was dead... nothing.1. Expect to wait a while for your car to have anything done. I tried to make an appointment and he just told me to come down2. Never leave your vehicle there3. Be sure to point out any issues you notice when you pick the vehicle up4. Get a second opinion on any quotesI was really dissapointed with this place since multiple people recommended it. Initially I thought they were fair and good but I was proven wrong.

I have always been very happy with not only the service that I received but also with the honesty of the business and the price for services. I shop around but they always give me the best price. I appreciate that they have never inflated my bill by trying to scare me with repairs that are not required as many car repair services do when they see a woman walk through the door.

Needed a tire fixed, they took me right in and quickly fixed my tire, they do a good job, I would highly recommend them .

Had to get an outer and inner tie rod replaced. They were very prompt and reasonably priced. In and out in less than 2 hours to make our trip home to North Carolina.

First off they broke my center cap.They did give me a discount after a battle over the center cap. There approach was to blow me off. So I get home looking at my wheels and here they never removed my old weights on one of my wheels just put two new ones on. So I have four huge size weights on one outside wheel. How can you not see that you didnt remove the old ones. They are slammers in a rush. So I go back and meet the same Jack ass at the front desk. I tell him what your guys did he say we will take a look at it but there is seven people a head of you! That is so unprofessional I paid a week ago and already waited 2 hours then. The correct answer is lets get this right because we cant have that type of workmanship leave our shop have a seat sir and I will slip you in and get it right and have you out of here soon asap. You know who you are and should be fired nothing less! Your rude and unprofessional! I have nothing good to say about this place and will never go back or tell anyone else to. They are slammers and dont check there work! Worst tire shop Ive ever been too! Check your wheels

I always come here to have tires rotated and serviced . Randy and Joe are great sales people. My vehicle recently was in the shop and it was in a minor accident both Randy and Joe told me that the damage would be taken care of quickly. 2 step up to the plate as they did making sure and my vehicle would be taken care of means so much. Do not take your car here !!!! There will be one issue with your car and they will tell you multiple issues wrong. They told me I needed a new upper and lower ball joint, my make and model car does not have an upper ball joint, I looked up and asked parts dealer so I dont know whats up and what they are trying to pull. They quoted me 1000 $ total for both issues, I took somewhere else had done for 450 $. Dont go to these guys they are con job.

Honest and reliable folks! I came in while driving long distance to an interview and they saved me from being late when I had car trouble. Definitely would recommend them to anyone in the area or passing through.

Guys are always pleasant and helpful when working with you. Im not car savvy, but I can do minor things so I could be off when I say their repair costs are high. I can say though that they do an excellent job and I have had xmzero problems with their work. Also it is a corporation so I understand that prices tend to be higher than a local shop.

We got an oil change here on April 20th and right after it was done the car started acting up. We took our car back to them to find out whats wrong with it and they couldnt find any problems. There was a bubbling and grinding sound coming from the motor. Well the second week of July I went out to start the car and it wouldnt turn over. Its our only vehicle. We had it towed to Flynns and the engine seized. As far as we know the car is useless. But it wasnt our fault. We always keep that car up to check. Why would someone purposely overfill the oil tank? My mother is 60 years old and my sister has severe Autism. Weve been stranded at home for a month now. If you care about your car dont get an oil change here. 😭

Employees not very knowledgeable, destroyed two center caps and dented lower valance with floor Jack Handel. Had appointment was last one out, was told they were not equipped to handel the vehicle. Which is a pickup truck.

I think whoever the technician was who put the new tires on my car could have mentioned that there was axle grease covering my back brakes. Just sayin...

Rotated my tires,,put lugs on so tight after a flat I could not remove even standing on a 4 way lug wrench...called a tow truck to help and he could not get loose,,,he then called for a backup truck with a compressor...he was able to get them off...it was expensive to do a job ive done multiple times..I have changed many tires in my day

A honest place to get your car worked on..

Had a flat tire with a puncture in the sidewall. Called ahead and A-Town had one in stock and wrote up a work order. When I arrived they got right on the project. Replaced the tire,an did my scheduled rotation all before I finished my coffee!!!! Thank you!!!!!

I love Flynns not only will they do work on your vehicle, they actually check your vehicle thoroughly and whatever they see that might not be right, theyll tell you. The only negative thing is, is the wait time, but when you do excellent work you have to take your time and and do it right.

Lying crooks. Told me I needed 4 new tires since one had an unfixable leak. They said since it was AWD they cant legally fix one tire because it would compromise my whole suspension. They also said I had a bad tie rod. Spoke to two other certified mechanics who said it was a lie. Also checked my tie rod and it was fine.
