I had a vandalism repair done here, and initially I wasn’t happy with the paint. Bill and his team took the vehicle back in and incredibly exceeded my expectations in quality. This Silverado looks like black glass, now I’ll be afraid to drive it onto a job site. I couldn’t be happier with their professionalism, I’d recommend Greenwood to anybody.

Went to the Outer Banks for a week vacay,in route stopped in Fairfax,VA overnight. While there someone hit our 15 Buick Encore. Fast forward once we got back to Youngstown I had several places to have the repair work done and I chose Greenwood Collision Center, based off other reviews and being close to home. And let me tell you, Im glad I did, and youll see why. First off the estimator, Carrisa was great!! She surveyed the damage and took pictures of the damage like the pro she is. So she gives me the quote and I agree to have the work done(the other driver admitted fault, so this was all covered,including the rental and deductible). Before I turned the car over to her I voiced a small concern. The car before we bought it had been hit on the drivers side quarter panel,and whatever shop did the work tried matching the paint I guess, they got close, but you could tell the slight color difference and she was already able to tell that from surveying the damage. That was Wednesday May 19th. They called me the following Thursday May 27th to say the car was finished, but it was 10 minutes til they closed. So we got up Friday to go get Brody(Yeah...we name our cars...LMAO). Me just telling you that I was more than impressed with the work itself isnt justice at all..and my biggest hope was relieved,they were able to match the paint PERFECTLY!! Overall a great experience and dont take this wrong...I hope I never have to use their service again,but if I do...will be returning. Attaching before and after photos for reference and visuals. The picture of the hood/top of the quarter panel is for showing the color and how it now completely matches the cars original color. I wish I had taken a picture of that before but, live and learn. Ive never left a shop worse off than I was before I went. After being rear-ended and informing them of all of the damage received, including an exhaust impact, they only took care of the cosmetic issues. I wouldve rather kept a cracked bumper than end up with a genuinely unsafe situation instead. My muffler was attached when I dropped my car off, and then dangling after I picked it up.

I have had my cars repaired by them many times and I am always pleased with their work and overal customer service!

Car got hit by a drunk driver back in Jan/19. Greenwood did a good job at replacing the bumper and one of the fenders. I did notice my insurance was charged for two fenders and only was was replaced but that didn’t really effect me. When i picked up my car there was a new dent in the rear fender. The shop foreman (or service manager not sure) came out and called me a liar and said the fender had a crease in it before. Luckily i took pictures and videos in their parking lot of my car before handing over the keys. After being shown the before pics the shop obliged and fixed the dent they caused. Here a year later I need to replace my front bumper again. I visited greenwood once and called twice to see about getting it painted and can’t get any response. Take your vehicle to a shop that wants your business and doesn’t call you a liar when they damage their vehicle and over charge your insurance. I know the one fender wasn’t replaced bc it had the same rock chip as prior.

While Im not a fan of the sales or service departments, the collision center knows their stuff. Erica was very nice, helpful and answered all my questions. They gave me a guaranteed date the job would be finished and actually had my van ready four days earlier than promised. They also give you a warranty, in writing!

Terrible experience . Brought my vehicle here for an estimate for my insurance claim. Insurance accepted and was supposed to get the work done here. They were supposed to call me back to set up an appointment and never did and anytime I would call they would just transfer me to an answering machine. They wouldnt even respond to my insurance company. I dont know what the deal was if they decided they didnt want to do the work anymore they could have just acted like adults and said so. Then I find out they lied about damage that didnt exist and the insurance company wanted to total it. Had to go through a whole process with another body shop to straighten everything and my vehicle is now fixed. I definitely wouldnt recommend this company
