I had a pretty horrible experience. Initially started working with a man who came out to the house to measure and created a bid. He told us they could not source the flooring we wanted which turned out to not be true, and then abruptly retired so I was switched over to work with Zac. He needed to come re-measure our house as he couldn’t interpret the notes from the previous person. He no showed on me and then it took numerous additional attempts over several days to get him to respond. We were delayed weeks and when he came to measure the exact same job, labor increased by 50% without explanation. I reached out for clarification and again he just never responded. I’m pretty easy to please and rarely write reviews but this service was just appalling.

Zac was fantastic to work with. He made the entire process simple and efficient from the first time we entered the store and until our home renovations were finished. I would absolutely use them again.

Had a great experience with floor king. Very prompt with coming out for a quote and the price was lower than I expected. The workers came right at the tail end of their scheduled arrival window and cranked out the job of removing old vinyl tiles in our bathroom and replacing it with a single laminate sheet in under 3 hours. Great work all around!

Earlier this year my husband and I decided to redo our floors. We have 4 dogs, so definitely needed something durable. We checked out home depot and lowes. Both have poor quality flooring. We also went lumber liquidators, who had good quality and pricing, but not a lot of options. After not finding anything that we really loved, we decided to check out floor king. There were tons of options! Not to mention Rick, the gentleman that helped us, was really helpful! We went with the Morlea vinyl floors, by Firmfit. We couldnt be happier! The floors were easy to install, look stunning, and are incredibly durable!

I had a phenomenal experience with Floor King. They replaced my upstairs carpet with luxury vinyl plank - the stuff that looks like real wood. Their installers did a meticulous job, and it looks like an original part of the house. I also enjoyed working with their representative, Philip. He visited my home and took accurate measurements, and he drew up five different scenarios to help me come to a decision. He was a clear communicator and patient advisor throughout the process, always available for questions. I ended up with a beautiful floor that Im proud to own, and that Im going to love for years. I highly recommend Floor King, and Ill definitely be using them in the future.

My wife and I decided we needed to replace our existing downstairs floors due to pets wear and tear. I had heard good things about Floor King and met with Troy, salesman, to discuss our options. At no point did Troy try to sell me on anything more than I wanted. We knew we wanted a laminated wood floor that would last and we had a budget in mind. Troy suggested a few options, told me to take the samples home, and come back when I was ready. We liked one of the samples immediately and wanted to get the process going quickly. Turns out Troy was leaving for an extended vacation the next week, but he never rushed us to make a decision. We returned the next day to talk through the process and to secure the down payment. Once again, Troy never pushed us on upgrades, he simply talked us through the options we had and the differences. Allowing us to decide for ourselves and at our speed. Troy came by our home to do an exact measurement and noticed that we would need new floorboards. Basically, our floorboards were not going to work with the new floors, due to the floated floors we were installing. Troy quickly gave us options to replace and a price to match. He provided a checklist of what we needed to do prior to the installation and what his team would be responsible for, super handy. At this point, we were convinced and proceeded to set up a schedule for the installation.Steve, the installer, showed up on time and was ready to rock. He was the lone installer, so the job did take longer than expected (3.5 days instead of 2.5), but he did an awesome job. He was very thorough in his communication of next steps and goals per day. He even took into consideration that we had to have our sink and toilet for our downstairs bathroom reinstalled, therefore he made sure that area was completed once the plumbers arrived. He was very clean and made sure to not leave our garage or downstairs area in shambles at the end of the day. He even helped me move a few things around after he was finished. Steve was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with.In the end, this entire process was as smooth as we could have ever imagined. And our floors are absolutely fantastic! I can not recommend Floor King + Troy enough!

We had such a great experience here, highly recommend! Phil helped us and was just lovely to work with. We had to replace all the floors in our house shortly after I gave birth to twins, and Floor King helped the process be as easy as possible during an already stressful time. We were able to do it without moving out, and we have beeeeautiful floors that we are always complimented on. Cant recommend Floor King enough.

Rick and the folks at Floor King are fantastic. We used them for our kitchen flooring and recently purchased our bathroom tile through them. I couldn’t be happier. The product is great and they are friendly and SO easy to work with. Having timely communication was of very high importance during both remodels for me and they always got back to me same day. Editing to include that Rick sent a very nice thank you treat for being a customer - I definitely didnt expect this and think that its very thoughtful. Rick patiently worked with me as I explored flooring options as a first time home owner. He was straightforward and didnt try to up-sell me on anything. I was so unbelievably impressed by the professionalism and courtesy of the men at this location. It was the cherry on top to my perfect floors. I chose to go with one of the porcelain tile options, and it is by far the best tile job I have ever seen. I recommend Philip and his men to everyone.

This review is for the South Floor King & their representative Rick.I actually had Floor King install carpet all throughout my home without me being there or ever stepping foot inside of a Floor King store.Rick did a terrific job explaining the process, emailing back and forth, giving prices, and several options. He was patient, honest, and eager to do a great job.Days after agreeing and purchasing via online payment, the carpet was installed. I visited my home in Austin after installation and it looked pristine. The installers used stretches and a knee kicker and properly installed all carpet and floor tacks.After completion, Rick contacted me to ensure success and sent us a nice thank you package compliments of Floor King.I highly recommend them and would use again.

My visit was not at all a welcoming one to say the least!Im not going to bore you with all the I say, HE say. But if you want sarcasm then Floor King South is where you should go! By the way R . . K, it was you that gave me the information that was written on the paper that I handed you. I went back and listened to my voicemail that you left. So stop blaming Phil, and make yourself better notes.

I had the pleasure of working with Troy Price. My house had a leak, my carpet was ruined, and I had a sick little girl that needed to be in her room several days after a procedure. Every other place could only offer apartment grade carpet with only a weeks notice and to get it installed, but when I called Troy he made it happen. He set reasonable expectations, did everything over email easy, and followed up with me all throughout the process. After an extensive remodel on my home and being in the real estate business close to 15 years, Ive met my fair share of bad sales people but this guy was a gem.

We have always had a wonderful experience with the people at floor king. They always treat us great and have never had an issue with people sticking their noses in the air on us.... I personally think reviews are worthless but when you see a 1 star review on a place because someone was maybe not treated like a gob really annoys me so I am here to stick up for Floor King who is always helpful and ready to answer any questions we might have! We come in with a 1 1/2 year old who is in to everything and they are always welcoming. :)

BE AWARE THE WARRANTY IS A JOKE. If you have any issue with their products they will ask you to contact the manufacturer, and good luck with that, you will never get anywhere. I dont recommend them at all.
