Came today to get my side mirror windows with F1 pinnacle. Price was great, service was amazing and took roughly 30mins. Love this place!

This is my 2nd time using Sunbusters and they, once again, have done a great job tinting my Tesla. No flaws whatsoever, it looks great and the interior is much cooler! I also had the paint protection film placed on the front clip and Rene did a fantastic job! I highly recommend these guys. They are friendly, prompt and professional and their prices are fair!

Excellent service and very customer friendly. I stopped in late in the afternoon to check my options and possibly schedule an appointment. The representative was excellent in telling me my options with an on site demonstration. Once I chose my option, I was surprised to find out that my service could be done that same day in about 30 - 45 minutes. I was in and out with my windows tinted in about an hour all together. Finally, it was good to know that my tint is backed with a guarantee as long as I own my vehicle. I highly recommend.

This was the third time I’ve used Sunbusters and it won’t be the last . Dave and Paul are very professional and the job their technicians do is second to none . I leveled up on my window tint quality this time to the formula 1 and it’s well worth the price, I’m so much cooler in the car now and it blocks the suns glare brilliantly . FYI they have a seated waiting room ( The seats have lumbar support 👌) with lots of plugs for phones and laptops and free WiFi . Yes I would absolutely recommend Sunbusters window Tinting

Edit: it’s been 2 months now since I got my windows tinted and they look amazing! The bubbling has all disappeared. I’m so glad I made the investment! Texas heat, my car is ready!Professional and fast service! This was my first time needing to add window tinting on a car and the team there was so helpful. Dave was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I liked that he didn’t try to make a hard sale to add on things that I didn’t need. Best part - they were so quick! My SUV was done in an hour and a half. I love how my car looks and it’ll be so much more comfortable in the Texas heat! The only thing I noticed is some slight air bubbles on the passenger side. My guess is these will work themselves out as the car is exposed to the sun. I’ll be keeping an eye on them and hope they disappear within the week. The other thing I noticed which seemed weird was that there was water lodged into one of my interior speakers. Hopefully no damage was done but they seem to be okay as of now.

This place was fantastic in my opinion, I showed up at the end of their workday and they were still able to squeeze me into their already right schedule, at the time telling I believe it was 45 minutes, I swear they were done in 20, the work is fantastic, looks great, Ill definitely be back very soon to have them do the other half of the job I had at the time opted to have done at a later date, ultimately I recommend them hands down, staff was warm and friendly and knowledgeable!!!

These guys were great. They didn’t do any hard pressure selling and were very informative when we asked questions. When it came time to apply the film, they did a top notch job disassembling the required parts, protecting electronics, and paying attention to details as they cut and positioned each piece of film. The final product was very well done and I would definitely return in the future and have already directed friends and neighbors to them. For Tesla Model 3’s, they currently schedule two a day to be tinted and they carry Pinnacle Grand Prix (this is the only type they carry in the side needed for the M3’s pano roof). We chose 30 for the driver and passenger windows and 15 for the rear side windows as well as the rear (that giant piece of glass) and the sunroof (the forward roof section) to match. The dark tint appears to help in the Texas sun and we can still see our the roof although at night it is quite dark.

Tinted windows look great after 8 years

Recently Added front transparent tint to my windshieldI showed up an hour earlier and they got me right in and right out.I have no complaints or a quality issues they did not leave a mess/water drips.Also I contacted my insurance company Geico and if the windshield needs replacement they will do a cash out policy on replacing the tint So you don’t have to eat the cost of retinting which is an additional nice feature.Must Have original receipt.

I had read such good things about Sunbusters but was hesitant to take in my Tesla Model 3 as I have heard it can be difficult to install tint on (not to mention it can get pretty pricey)I scheduled my appointment with Dave and he was very helpful advising me on the best tint application for my situation and the final result is pretty good, however, I did run into some issues.However, Jason, Paul, and Dave all helped remedy the issues I had. The tint job they performed is really good!

I spoke with Dave here who was able to answer any questions I had and give me a clear and simple price estimate over the phone. Dave urged me to come in to see all of the options they had available to make sure I was going to get the right result I was hoping for. All of my options, the benefits, and results were clearly and concisely explained and their heat demo made the choice very easy. We went with a 30% film on all windows with the Formula One Pinnacle which felt like the right balance between Cost and Performance.The install was completed very quickly for squeezing me in on a whim. This is not only, imo, the best choice for tinting, it is the ONLY choice.I had them tint the windows on my Ford F-350 in 2000. I returned last week to find out what it would take to get them re-tinted, because the old film had de-graded (as expected after 20 years).I was shocked when they told me Lifetime warranty. Just bring it in. No charge.Now I have brand new tinting, and they look fantastic. One of the best businesses Ive ever had the pleasure of working with.DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! These are pros.

I purchased tint when I purchased my car brand new back in 1999 from these guys. I still own the car but the tint started to fail. They are replacing it now under warranty. I am truly a believer in these guys. Truly amazing customer service.

Greeted me as soon as walked in with great customer service. I told them I needed my windows tinted on my Altima and they did a excellent job in an hour.

Small bubble in the rear window, got most of it out myself. Not really worth taking it back since the tint otherwise is fine. The shop is nice but I put towels down on my seats(just bought my car that week) and the towels came back with some grease/dirt stains so I had to clean my car which was just detailed at the dealer a few days prior.

Obviously there are many reputable tint shops around town so its not always easy to pick the best place to get it done. What made the difference for me was their responsiveness to my questions before the sale (in comparison to all the other shops I contacted). Dave was very quick to provide custom pricing and the other information I needed to make my decision. Booked two appointments and everything came out exactly as we hoped on both my and my wifes vehicle. Very happy with the results, and Im amazed at how much cooler my truck is now in the sun. Cheers.

Sunbusters is easy to access right off of 183 frontage and parking is more then ample. I can’t say enough good things about this company. I’ve had a couple vehicles windows tinted here and an alarm installed. Heck, I’ve even had a warranty issues with a fancy two way remote issues that they they knocked out while I waited. I’ve been helped by Paul and Dave and could not imagine a more professional experience. This company knows theirs products and they take care of their customers. These guys are really helpful, friendly and do a great job. Im glad I found them via Google reviews (thanks, Google)! I called about a week ago and spoke to Paul, who was very personable and helpful. He even offered to fit us in the next day (last Saturday) but I declined. When I called back a few days later to book, they were just as knowledgable and friendly and booked us two slots for the following Saturday (my husband and I both had our windows tinted).Saturday we took both of our cars and were both very impressed. The cars look great and all staff members were really helpful and nice. The shopping center is kind of sketchy but theyve done a great job fixing up both their storefront and the interior of the shop. Its very clean and organized. We left our cars and came back but it wouldnt be a place Id mind having to wait for a bit.Each car was finished in roughly an hour and a half - they were fast. Tint looks great, Id highly recommend.

Had some paint protection film and front windows tinted on our 19 Jeep Rubicon. We were dealing with Rene. What an awesome young man. Very knowledgeable, professional and just all around pleasant to work with. And he is an absolute master with the paint protection film. Absolutely perfect, cannot recommend him highly enough.

I went there in 2014 to have the windows on my truck tinted. They did an excellent job then, so I brought my new truck to them again in 2017. Again they did a fantastic job. Super friendly, fast and quality work, and the ceramic tints look great and make a huge temperature difference on the black interior of my truck after sitting in the sun for several hours. Well worth the price. You wont be disappointed.

Okay first thing WOW! Man loved this place I called in the morning expecting to be getting charged 200+ just based off all the great reviews but no the price is very fair for the quality and customer service you experience here. These guys are amazing. They did a great job at the dealership 4 months ago. And last week I had one of my windows broken. They took me in right away and tinted the fixed window for free. Love this shop would recommend it to anyone. Also, ceramic tints that they put on are amazing quality.

My experience at Sunbusters has been fantastic. I brought in a Model 3 for a tint job on everything but the back window (but may come back to get that done as well). Really happy with the results thus far. The only minor gripe I have is that they said it would take 2-2.5 hours and ended up taking a little over 3, but that doesnt detract from the great job they did, just the amount of time I was waiting around. One of the workmen even offered to drive me to/from work while they were working on it. Id give 6 stars if I could!

Rene and Jason are OCD about detail and it shows! They did an awesome job and took care of my car with meticulous care. I could not be happier with the result of the Full Clip put on and the amazing tint job. No up sell and provided quality work. They work with high-end cars all the time and so you should have ABSOLUTELY no fear that they wont take care of you.

Excellent tint job using the cheaper of the high end formula 1 ceramic tints. Nearly flawless application. I made an appointment a couple of days in advance, and they got the job done a few minutes ahead of schedule. My car is a lot cooler in temperature and it takes less AC to keep it cool driving down the road. It isnt the cheapest job in town, but like with anything, you pay for a great job well done. In the end, over the total ownership of the car, it is worth every penny.

I had the windows on my company car (Chevy Impala) tinted here a little over a year ago. They did such a great job on it and it still looks great, so I decided to return when I picked up my new car last week. I picked up the new car (2013 Ford Taurus) on Monday and was hoping to get in that day. They were booked up, but I was offered an open slot when I was to return home from a work trip on Friday. I was greeted professionally and was given the options for the tinting I requested. These guys really know what theyre doing! I was in and out pretty quickly, especially for a Friday afternoon when the parking lot was packed. The car now looks GREAT, and its much cooler when I come out on a hot day! Thanks guys!

I had the windows tinted last weekend on my 18 Hyundai Elantra - so far everything looks great! Coordinating the appointment was really easy and Dave was always quick to reply and had all the information I needed. Super clean shop and office, exactly what youd expect from a top notch tint shop. They offer a wide range of products, I went with their Formula One Pinnacle Ceramic tint and so far Im impressed - I think I paid a little more than I could have at other shops, but I believe it was worth it for the quality I got. Knowing that my little Elantra was getting worked on next to a 100k Corvette ZR1 put all worries to bed. If you want a top notch tint by a top notch crew, this is the place to go. Would highly recommend.

Rumors verified! This is THE place to get your car or truck tinted if: a) you live in the Austin area b) want the best installation with best product options and reasonable price! They were fast, very courteous and apparently exclusive to the Ferrari dealership in town. Nothing but high end vehicles rolling through this place.

Ive tinted 3 of my vehicles here. Not only is the workmanship top notch, I had occasion to test the true dedication to customer service of this business. On the 3rd car, I had an issue with the limo tint being installed over my third brake light. After emailing the owner, he called me at home to discuss the issue at length. We were able to come to an agreement and the issue was resolved quickly. Ill continue referring others here, and Ill be bringing my future vehicles here.

Absolutely amazing!! Had them do all the windows on my 2010 F150 and was so impressed with their service that I came back for an alarm system install.Its not hard to understand why people come from Dallas and San Antonio to get their windows done by Sunbusters. They had 4 installers working on my windows and I was in and out in a matter of about 30 minutes. The windows looked perfect!!Updated 12/22/2015Sunbusters continues to amaze me. Bought a new truck and immediately took it over to Paul at Sunbusters. The estimate for Pinnacle Ceramic tint was great so I had them apply. The truck looks amazing and the tint is top notch. The back wasnt as dark as I had wanted so they happily made it darker. These guys are amazing, and I have referred many friends/family to them.

I have always relied on Sunbusters for their assistance with Paint Protectant Film (PPF) for my cars - they have consistently done a fantastic job, they use nothing but the best materials, their pricing is fair and they get it done quickly.  This time around, however, the car that I purchased already had PPF on it, but it did come with a customized K40 radar and laser system that is somewhat complex and that I could not figure out, even after reading the  manual and scouring the web for instructions. I stopped by Sunbusters, explained my situation and Dave was kind enough to take the time to walk me through the entire menu and set up the car appropriately.  Dave was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, kind and most importantly, he spent time with me even though I didnt spend a dime with them.  They are a class act, and I recommend them highly and without reservation.

Great service and work. Had the windows tinted on our Accord to help keep the UV rays and heat off our newborn. I contacted them via email and got a quick reply from Dave with a ton of detail about my options, recommendations, and clear out-the-door costs. The work took a bit over 2 hours, but is top notch. The waiting room has WiFi so you can entertain yourself while you wait or Hubert C. Schroeter Neighborhood Park is just a short walk away. Very happy with the customer service and work done.

Sunbusters did a fantastic job tinting my new Ford Fusion. I opted for the ceramic tint, it costs a little more but the car is noticably cooler even after having sat in the hot sun all day.I highly recommend Sunbusters and I highly recommend the ceramic tint. Great guys, great job, great service.

I had a fantastic experience getting my car windows tinted here. I was looking for a shop in Austin that sold FormulaOne Pinnacle film, and came across Sunbusters. I sent an email, got a timely reply back, and scheduled an appointment. I brought my car in, and they started work on it almost immediately. I stuck around while they did the work. They told me it could take up to 2.5 hours to complete, but they were finished in an hour. The price I was quoted several weeks prior via email was the exact amount I paid. The tint looks absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend getting your car windows tinted here. If you need any further proof, there are a lot of high end cars in the lot so you know people trust the work done here!

I usually dont write reviews but this company is worth it. Got 4 of my windows done in less than two hours. Staff was all very helpful in helping me pick a good tint for my car. Apparently a lot of dealerships send their cars here to have windows tinted. Also not a bad sign when you see an Aston Martin getting work done here too.

The pricing is fair, but as a couple others have said, the customer service is lacking.Overall Im satisfied with the work done. Some ove the edges could have looked better but I believe that has a lot to do with the dried rubber gaskets around my windows.I may take some windshield ink and border them to hide the sunlight.Customer service : 3/5Quality of work : 5/5I would and will recommend Sunbusters to anyone.
