Without Corinne, there is no way I would have been able to do as well as I did in my M408L class. Corinne is great at simplifying difficult concepts and has a very deep understanding of calculus. She is also very patient and willing to go over topics as many times as you need. I would definitely recommend her to a friend!

I highly recommend Corinne to anyone taking calculus, especially at UT! With her help, I made an A in M408K, M408L, and M408D without having previously taken any calculus courses in high school. She is a joy to be around, conveys the content clearly, and will always bring a little shine to your week. She also teaches you ways to approach the different types of problems, which is great exam prep. She truly cares about her students and it shows in her work as well as her conversations. Being able to know someone who is so good at their job, as well as someone who cares about their students like Corinne, really does make Austin feel more like home to those far from home. I definitely recommend her to anyone, with or without having calculus in their background, taking calculus at UT. She is a great teacher and friend.

Corinne was an amazing tutor during my time at the University of Texas. She tutored me for Calculus 1 and 2 and she went above and beyond in preparing me for exams. She knew every trick and explained every step when teaching. She will also work with your schedule and will accommodate you if you need more sessions before exams or finals. I would highly recommend her for anybody studying at UT or taking advanced high school classes.

Corinne has tutored my high schooler through Geometry, Algebra II, Pre-Cal, and now Calculus. Her deep knowledge and patience has been so effective in helping him not only raise his grades significantly, but also increase his understanding of the material. I highly recommend Corinne and Mariposa Math Tutoring. She is capable of working miracles! Unfortunately, my godson received an F in his first semester of Calculus at UT Austin. We immediately engaged Mariposa Math Tutoring for support. The F was turned into an A upon repeat of the course thanks to Corrinnes excellent teaching skills and her interest and commitment to the success of her students. I could not recommend Corinne more enthusiastically. I decided to pursue a degree after working for years out of high school and due to her dedication and perseverance to student success I was able to make As in Calculus where as I had struggled to pass maths in high school. Having taught mathematics at University level for years, she excels at breaking down tough concepts, often explaining the material better and more succinctly than my professor had. Excellent tutor! I was struggling hard with calculus I because of online school and a bad professor, but thanks to Miss Corinne I was able to finish the class with an A-. I really enjoyed working with her and got a lot out of each tutoring session that we had. She is always willing to work extra sessions to ensure that you are prepared for tests and understand the material.

She was the best tutor I’ve ever had! I got an A in both M408C and M408D which are two of the hardest weed out mathematics courses for engineers. Without her guidance, I probably would have struggled to pass. She is the absolute sweetest, most helpful tutor I’ve had in my entire life. I could not recommend anyone more!! Please please don’t look further and tutor with her if you need help in any calculus course, I guarantee with her guidance you can succeed.

My son has been seeing Ms. Corinne for at least 3 years(2 in person and 1 virtually) and now one of the daughters gets her help virtually also.Ms. Corinne works well with all types of students. I was concerned about my daughter since she is very shy and wont ask for help in class but, with Ms. Corinne she feels like she knows what she is thinking/needing. She is a wonderful math tutor. I will would drive 30 minutes one way to get her help for my kids. I am a teacher for elementary kids and Ms. Corinne teaches my kids bette than their own math teachers for high school.

Corinne really helped turn things around for our daughter as she was having difficulties with Geometry PreAP. Her weekly test grades started improving right away and it really made a difference in her overall semester grade. Our daughter felt comfortable with Corinne as she is very easy to talk to, she works through the problems thoroughly so that understanding actually takes place so the full cycle of learning the concept is complete.There are lots of other tutors and agencies out there, but Corinne has college-level experience and thats one of the reasons we chose her over others.We have already committed to using Corinne for mid-summer tutoring to help our daughter get prepared for next year! Corinne is the best! She is an absolute calculus wizard. More importantly, she is very good at explaining things. On top of that, she is very kind and patient with her students. My GPA would be significantly worse if I didnt have her help for Calc 2. 10/10 would recommend.

Corinne was a full-time math teacher at UT Austin for 28 years! Shes now running a private math tutoring practice for kids and adults who need extra help with math. She can work with elementary kids all the way up through differential and integral calculus. I would highly recommend her!
