First of of these people are horrible at greeting. They have an attitude during conversation on phone. They do not have professional knowledge that customers conversations should be full of politeness and not with arrogance.I registered my child for oratacular competition before due date. I never received registration confirmation email. I called next day, and they said wait for 10 more days to confirm registration. This is ridiculous to wait for another 10 days just to confirm. After 10 days, they let me know verbally and confirmed registration on phone (no email confirmation yet) but my child already wasted 10 days of preparation. After registration, I asked for the materials that they provide for preparation and that eye level lady said we do not provide any materials. Student has to prepare his own speech. We provide only correction for grammatical errors and some other minor tips. After that, I received email 3 weeks later clearly mentioning that they provide materials and workshop for preparation. Email mentioned that we can go any of their 3 centers for materials and workshop regardless wherever I registered for competition. So I called cedar park center (which is closest from my home) for materials and workshop and another lady was very rude on phone making excuses that we already gave material and why I need workshop. And I argued that your email is mentioning about materials and workshop and why are you not letting me have either of it? Then she asked me that is my child eye level current student? And I said NO. Then her attitude completely changed because we were not enrolled in that program. She said its only for the students who enrolled with us. This was completely wrong because their email was not mentioning this. I stated that I am not happy with this and this is really ridiculous. Then very rudely, she said if I am not happy, why I am interested in participating? She said I should not even participate.Seriously???? Is this the way they suppose to deal their customers??? I was thinking that if my son will like this, I will enroll him into eye level from now. But no way. Neither I can enroll him nor I can let him participate.So nasty experience. I will never recommend this to anyone.

In a simple way i can say, kids improve and start focusing very quickly. I loved it. My daughter was scoring average marks in math before joining eye level but after that i saw her drastic improvement in 3 months. She scored her STAAR math as 98%. I am very much thankful to her tutor and the coordinator for their support.

Our both kids doing Math, Reading & Writing more than 4 years. Syllabus and circulumn design is awesome. Especially limited kids in the class room and critical thinking math, it helps in SAT and PSAT. No repetition too.
