They are easy to work with and have always been very helpful.

They charge for consultations, first time meeting, etc!!!So basically they will charge you to meet with someone to go over what needs to be completed with your taxes, and they don’t care about building relationships moving forward... it’s all about the money with these people. This day and age ... NO! I find this to be very unprofessional. Especially if I plan to use you on a continuing bases for years to come as long as you do everything correctly.
