My love one was in a home for 35+ years and in the last year D&S took over the home. The care under D&S was very, very poor. All the wonderful staff that had been working in that home for years left because of poor pay and they don’t take care of their staff. We had to pull my love one out of the home. They didn’t crush my love ones meds for the JG-tube. Had to take him to the hospital after picking him up for Clogged GJ-tube. Four days later and a medical procedure he came home. Such neglect! Heartbreaking!! My recommendation is do not use D&S!
