I’ve been wanting to get my screens replaced on my home for some time now. With the pandemic and being home all the time, I wanted to more than ever! I called Well Done Screen Repair and John came out to give me a quote. It was incredibly simple! I told him I would have to wait a couple months to have the cash ready and within a week got a letter from my HOA that I had to fix my back door screen because it was ripping at the handle. John was able to come out and take my screen and repair it. But John REPAIRED it, more so than I ever imagined! New wheels, yay I can finally open/close the door without fighting it or it coming off the track! I got a new handle and rubber track as well, it looks brand new! The screen looks great too! I can’t wait to get the rest of my windows done! John even taught me a little with the wheels and how the screws can loosen up over time with vibration so if it starts coming off track again, I may be able to fix it myself! Thanks John, you’ll be hearing from me soon!!!

This was hands down the best experience Ive ever had with a home repair. I called and talked to John, texted over my info, and he came and picked up my ripped screen from my front porch the next day. He communicated the price (affordable), payment instructions (paypal), and time to repair/return (2 days). With literally 10 minutes total time investment on my side my screen was good as new!
