Amazing team - especially when it comes to high end properties

Turnquist Partners has sold two separate properties for me. Michele Turnquist and Leslie Tilson were great to work with in all aspects of the transactions. The houses were shown many times and it was especially appreciated that the showings were for clients that were serious buyers. I appreciate their professionalism. Kathryn Scarborough was appointed to sell my familys West Lake home and represent me as a first time home buyer to help find me my first home. Being only 24 and being a first time home buyer I really trusted Kathryn but she was egregiously neglectful, lazy and really affected my life. I felt very rushed by her, I felt like Kathryn did not guide me or give me professional advice like a licensed real estate agent should with a client. I felt very alone and I felt like a bother to her because I was not a million dollar client. Kathryn Scarborough was NO help when it came to representing me as a buyer and helping me buy a home. Kelly Covington Hall helped us sell my parents home in the summer/fall of 2014. She was very easy to work with and was able to sell the house quickly. The first offer was made before the house was listed in the multiple listing. When that offer fell through, the house was listed in the multiple listing and we got a 2nd offer in just a short time. She made the whole selling process as easy as possible, despite the fact that we had to change executors mid-way through the closing process and the new executor lived out-of-town. Kelly was very down-to-earth, easy to get a hold of, easy-to-work with and helped us reach a fair deal with the buyers.

We were mid-negotiation with homeowner on a selling price and Jeff O and team blew us off mid-transaction for a new potential buyer on the same day.Our broker and my family inquired why we werent given the chance to counter and received a dismissive response with scant detail.Really disappointed with the experience - left us in a lurch with the bank, our rep, and my family.
