DPT is a SCAM. After 20+ calls to get an update on property tax appeal, I went to the their address and found a residential home w a blue car and obviously NO ONE ANSWERED THE DOOR.The owner is a crook and never follows up on your appeal. I have no idea what happened to my appeal at this point.I ‘d like to give this person a ZERO rating and a piece of my mind.

Terrible Billing department.Every year, and i meant every year, they dont know that they have received my payment. i always have to argued and proved that i have paid the invoice theyve sent. What a waste of my time...

Company didnt return numerous phones calls or emails, no idea if they sent the correct items I sent them. No update on our status yet and their email is full so it bounces back. No trust in this company.

Discount has been handling the hassle of dealing with the tax adjusters for several years now, and always delivers. I have also saved a lot of parking fees and gasoline by having them do it. They get a portion of what they save you in taxes so you really have nothing to lose

We employed them in May, confirmed by email communication. In November, when we still hadnt heard anything, we emailed them twice. No response. Called them, and we were told they never sent the protest and that we never employed them! We have their email to prove that they agreed to file our protest back in May. Oh well, well go with someone else next time. You should too.

I employed this company to represent my home in 2016. I signed the documents as requested and e-mailed back and had it verified by Ms. Hunt. I had guarantees that the house would be represented after checking in with them on a monthly basis. When the time can and passed, I heard nothing and after sending multiple e-mails asking for the status I finally got received one stating the attempt unsuccessful. I asked for more information as to why, and was told many theyd send me the explanation and they gave me another offer to represent me next year (really?). Nothing has shown up either in e-mail or land mail. I decided to call TCAD and spoke with an administrator whom told me there was never even a case opened for my home in 2015/2016.I would never recommend a company that blatantly lies to its customers. Avoid this one...I wish I had-
