I refinanced my property recently only to find out in the process that the new lender has imposed a flood insurance requirement on the property. Ive owned this property for nearly 20 years and never has this come up. A government funded organization called Corelogic has suddenly determined that my property is in a flood zone thereby forcing me to buy government provided flood insurance. My property is over 300 feet above sea level. How can this possibly be? Its nuts! This is clearly some sort of misinformed government backed scheme to generate more taxes. Wish me luck as I attempt to penetrate the massive bureaucratic steel wall protecting government from facing their gross inefficiencies. In the meantime, I must pay insurance premiums of nearly $5,000.00 yearly. This is crazy!Moral of the story, think twice before you refinance your property.

The security is very nice. When I came in austin on the first day, I drove car out via google map, but I lost my way and my cellphone is out of battery. I dont know where it is and where to buy a charge cable. I asked for help from core logic security. He gave me the charge cable and ask me to charge my phone. Actually he saved my life!!! Very appreciate.

They charge $37.00 dollars per report from the renter and do NOT release the report to the buyer/renter. This is the first company Ive come across that withholds the report from the purchaser...WHAT? Only the landlord gets to see the report (I have no idea why). This is very petty and or lazy system. Especially when youre the one paying to have the report done. Costomer service lacks quite a bit in regards to answering questions about this lopsided policy. I found out they are government funded had I known that I would have expected this experience. If your trying to get the most out of your renter/leasing experience you should take your money somewhere more convenient, experienced and considerate.

CoreLogic Flood Services recently performed a flood zone determination for a house I am building. They did an incredibly sloppy, lazy job that could cost us lots of money.I have a 3 acre lot. Part of that lot is in Zone AE. Part of the lot is in Zone X, which is plateau that sits 12-15 feet above Zone AE. I am building my house on that plateau in Zone X, not the Zone AE part of the lot, yet they determined the house to be in Zone AE anyway.I dont know how CoreLogic came up with that absurd determination, but the how doesnt really matter. Im an engineer, myself (electrical controls, not civil), and I would be embarrassed to perform work that was this pathetic level of quality. They should be embarrassed. I would give them zero stars if I could, but this rating system forces you to give at least one star, so they get one star.
