We recently worked with one of the agents from All City Real Estate, and I was absolutely floored by the lack of ethics and morals from the agent.The selling agent conveyed multiple times that the sellers would be out, and anything left over that the agent would ensure would be taken care of. As soon as closing occurred, their response was good luck and never heard from again, leaving the house an almost complete mess.Personally, I will never work with this company again in the future.

Reached out about a listing marked as available on Zillow. I was sent an application to fill out and send back to them. The very NEXT day I reached out asking if they could do a virtual tour and had the application all filled out ready to send back. No response via email, so I texted and was told that the house was now leased. WHAT? Less than 24 hours, you send an application and ask to send over DL and income to someone new but meanwhile youre running someone else credit pending the final result?For that reason, I will not move forward with any other properties they own. Dont send out applications and ask for personal information just to come back the very next day and say the house is no longer available. When you have a pending application you should pause on taking anyone elses information or saying its available.

I called them and reported one of their properties looking pretty shabby and they suggested I call the previous owner or the HOA...I told them I knew the previous owner and that she released the property to them...poor poor customer service and all about making their money and showing no regard for the property...

Just closed on our home. George Johnson was great. He worked very hard at finding us the right home. We must have looked at 50 homes and I never heard him grumble. He is more interested in people finding their perfect home than making a fast sale. Once you decide on one, he is still working with you. He helped me with the mortgage process, he found me an excellent home inspector. He continued to push the process along so we could close as soon as possible. He was even with us at closing.Would I buy again with George? I sure would. He will be my future agent to be used again if needed. I will recommend him to family and friends. Me and my roommates worked with Jorge Calderon throughout our moving search. It was very stressful for us because we all work different schedules and had trouble communicating. Jorge made our experience so much easier simply by being kind, professional, communicating, and accommodating to our needs and our schedule. Working with 4 girls who all work different schedules can be complicated, but Jorge was so patient with us and helped us find the perfect house and jumped through hoops to get us in the right spot. I have met with a couple of agents through out our moving process, but I was most impressed with Jorge. He is a great agent and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy or rent a house.

Long story but, just a warning.I have never dealt with this company. But, want to warn about a realtor that works for this company. Laura Williams. She was to take our house when she was a realtor in Odessa. Our house was in Gardendale. NOTE. This was the FIRST time my husband and I ever put a house on the market. So we did NOT know the steps needed. Laura NEVER ran comps or anything. Just told us a price and we liked the price. Well. No showings so we told her to drop the price to $310,000.00. Odd how I would get texts for showings start to load our twins for her to message me. They canceled. Or I would get a request for a viewing. I would confirm then get a text. Canceled... until it came to LAURA’S buyers. They came in offered $305,000.00 as is. We agreed. There was never an inspection. We waited forever for an appraisal. Guy finally came. Took forever for him to get the appraisal report in. Finally got it in. Laura told me the report came back good and was appraised more than what we were selling for. Had a closing date set and everything. My husband asked Laura if the buyers would let us leave a load in the shop since we had to move 2.5 hours away. She informed the buyers said NO if we did not leave and have the house empty for walk through (which is a couple of days before closing) they were backing out. So we were trying to hurry and find a motel to stay in for a couple of nights with a uhual filled with our stuff. Luckily the seller at our new house let us store a Bunch in their shop. Well HUGE headache. All of a sudden buyers bank set a closing to never mind. They didn’t like the appraisal report? We were still waiting AFTER our closing day. So my husband asked Laura. How do the buyers feel? Since they said if we Aren’t out they were backing out. Hmmm story changed to. Oh they don’t mind. They are in Pennsylvania Packing. I am losing my patience at this point! So I informed Laura I don’t know who. But, I know I am being lied to by someone. Either her or the buyers are lying. A couple of my days last. Laura message informing the buyers bank just won’t loan. The buyers will stick with the house if we will go down to $265,000.00! I finally told her NO I am done! And we will get another realtor. That I am so fed up with all of this mess. Asked her when she could come and get our shop key out of the lock box and get her sign. She would not answer. I kept calling and messaging informing I needed to go get dinner fo my kids and us. She finally said I’m going out to dinner with my boyfriend. She never would give a time no matter how many times I asked. So I finally messaged. Since you won’t answer me. I am going to go get us dinner I will let you know when I get home. I put her sign in my house locked both locks and set the alarm. She showed up got the lock box and key. (We weren’t even gone 30 minutes) and proceeded to tell me I had to go to her office and bring her sign then give her the key. I laughed and said nope. I have proof of how YOU wouldn’t answer your phone to me. So bring me the key. Or we will just change the locks to our shop and your sign will be thrown away somewhere. She turned around not even 5 minutes with our key. She did nothing but, cause a HUGE headache and after hiring a different realtor. AMAZING what all steps she didn’t do! Also let me inform before the house was even on the market. She was not going to get pictures till the next week. She said she was going to bring her sign out And put the lock box when we were heading to Abilene to look at houses. I just said ok. I locked the top lock and set the alarm because well no reason for her to be in. She had the code to the bottom lock to get in. She called when we were in Abilene asking why we locked the door? She needed in there?.. that should have been the first sign to have ran.

This company needs to teach their agents etiquette. She had the audacity of posting a derogatory review on our company! I’ve been in business for 32 years and we work with top rated real estate agents!Our reviews reflect 32 years of excellence and we don’t have any unsatisfied clients.I even called and wrote her to apologize and she refuses to remove her nasty comments!In my opinion, I would not recommend this agent to anyone!

Borderline scams, do not do business with these people

Jeremy Martin will ruin your life!!!! I used this realtor to purchase my home on 08/04/2017. Throughout the process he repeatedly dropped the ball. On July 8, 2017, he submitted an amendment to get a list of things fixed from the inspection report. He never followed through with ensuring that any of the items were fixed. He informed me that he models and is a work out instructor. So I am guessing he just did not have time for my real estate deal. On August 2, 2017, we went to complete the walk through. Nothing was done. The inspection report noted leaking windows, ceiling damage above the water heater, a broken damper, double tapped wires in the electrical box, etc. I asked him why he didnt check on the home to ensure that the repairs were completed. He stated that the walk through is what reveals that. I was closing on 08/04/2017. In just 2 days. I have detailed text messages going over everything, emails and paperwork. He saw everything but never really pushed to get anything completed. On 08/03/2017, is when I finally was advised, by him, that the seller didnt agree to complete most of the repairs. I never knew that. I knew there was some pushback but I didnt know that they refused to repair things. He also informed me that he negotiated a $500.00 home warranty instead. I signed the amendment for the warranty but didnt know that was in lieu of completing the repairs. He also promised that the warranty would be brought to closing. After I closed, I realized I had no home warranty. The real estate agents associate contacted the title company and they stated that there wasnt one brought to closing by my realtor. He has lied and put me in a horrible situation. I havent been in the home a week and the windows are still leaking and I just had to have a plumber come clean my drains. Jeremy is a self absorbed, careless and heartless agent. RUN!

I recently relocated to Austin, TX for work and had started my search for an apartment about 2 months prior to making the actual move. I found it to be pretty difficult to accomplish anything remotely, as can be expected. At the suggestion of a realtor friend of mine in another city I looked for a locator agent to assist me and I am very happy that I did. I had a quick email exchange with Wesley Price from All City Real Estate where I shared my requirements/wishlist and scheduled some time to meet. I met him at a coffee shop in the neighborhood I was most interested in the next morning, he came well prepared with a list of the best options available in the area, he had called them all that morning to confirm specials and deals for each, and was able to give me a virtual tour of each one as we discussed in more detail what I was looking for.We created a short list of about 5-6 options that met my criteria and headed off to take tours in person. Very friendly exchange and his preparation and professionalism set me at ease with the process as I have never used a locator before.Once at the various properties he would introduce me to the leasing agents with a brief overview of what I was looking for and then took a step back, letting me interact with the agents individually which I really appreciated. As we viewed the actual units he mentioned the specials to the agents and asked about hidden stuff like water/pest/etc when price points were brought up, again really appreciated as I found it easy to be caught up with the sales pitches. After each tour Wesley would share his thoughts with me, it was really nice having someone there to discuss the various places. His input was very useful but at no point did he make me feel pushed, he seemed genuinely invested in finding me a place to live and offered objective opinions rather than steering me to one over another.Overall I had a fantastic experience and was able to find a great place with Wesleys expert help. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone moving to Austin without question. 10/10.

As a real estate professional I expect for brokerages to be responsive! It is virtually impossible to get Amber to return any calls, emails or texts regarding accounting. Even if you show up at the office and ask for a print out they come up with an excuse. If you are looking for a 100% commission brokerage for a nominal fee then expect 100% lackluster support.
