I ordered a balloon arch for a party over the phone based on the photos on their website and it looked fantastic in-person and even ended up slightly larger than we were quoted (which was fine for us). I wasnt able to be on-site when it was delivered, but I was called when they arrived and it was delivered and picked up right on time. Additionally Israel, the manager, was really easy to work with. I couldnt have asked for better service.

This 1 start rating is not deserved. Whats the point of reserving a moonwalk if it’s going to be offered to other people anyways? I was speaking to a woman who didn’t know how to explain that they gave away the moonwalk I reserved, she then handed the phone over to a man to explain the same thing. I was not offered a discount or anything. Bad business!
