I would be very cautious in using this company. They cancelled my confirmed tent rental 1 day before their scheduled setup. The excuse was their 1 crew of 2 people were sick with COVID. I expected they had some backup solution and they had none. I know if my business was dependent on 2 setup people, first I would make sure they were vaccinated with 30% of state fully vaccinated and I would have a backup crew that I could contract. Polite and apologetic, but didn’t provide.

We went back and forth if we needed a tent for a wedding because it was a 50% chance of rain. We called them the day of the event (Saturday) and they had a tent out for us setup within hours. Wonderful customer service, very reasonably priced, this is the only tent company I would call in Austin.
