As a tenant, I made the mistake of dropping off a few recyclable bottles in the recycle bin before work and I was approached by an extremely rude maintenance guy. His demeanor was frantic and he offended me as I was not aware that tenants weren’t allowed to dispose of trash or recyclables outside of their suite. It was my mistake to begin with, however, I strongly believe there was a much better way this could have been handled.

First Ill begin with just how wonderful the ladies at the front desk are. Erin & Denise are always friendly, greet you with a smile and are extremely helpful!! Have been a virtual office tenant here since early 2014 and its awesome! Great way to have a business mailing address, have space to rent for client meetings, and to keep overhead down. The staff here are always friendly and helpful when it comes to booking space, selecting service options, and keeping track of mail. Highly recommend for any small business that doesnt need a full-time brick-and-mortar office.

This building is beautiful and high-tech. Its also very secure and has great views. Very clean inside. I almost didnt want to leave.

We rent their conference room on a regular basis. The facility is well equipped, spotless and lovely. The staff there are welcoming, helpful, and professional. I brought guests in the other day and they asked me Are they always this friendly? You bet!

I had a last minute appointment, and they were able to get me a room that was PERFECT. Every time I work with those ladies, they are so cheerful and pleasant to talk to. They make sure I have EVERYTHING I could need. They are the best!

**** If youre thinking of renting at Regus****TENANT BEWARE: they will charge you a ridiculously high Restoration Fee when you vacate, and if you dont give them 60 days notice that your lease is terminating they will strong arm you into requiring you to stay longer. Get this - There is also a business continuation fee too (thats right, theyve thought of everything folks): somehow they believe theyre justified in charging you hundreds of dollars to forward mail (isnt that just a $1.00 fee at the post office by filling out a change of address form?), and answer remaining calls, or something like that. Its just ridiculous!Just about every other review talks about their failure to return security deposits. Outside of their threats of collections for these fees there has been zero mention of our security deposit; we have not received it at all.Their offices served its purpose for us but their language in their lease was extremely vague, and when it came time to vacating, the language in the lease that sounded harmless ended up being predatory in my opinion. I would recommend you look elsewhere.
