Michie and Kasey are in two words, amazing and efficient! They provide superior service and no detail is too small for them to manage. Not sure what I would do without them.

Very European company specializing in the small line in your contract to increase your bill. They will ask you to pay the rent the 8th of the month for the following month and charges late fees if you doesnt want to pay. In all lease payments in advance is a range from 28th to 30th for the following month. No line to cancel your contract, I am not sure if its legal??? supposed contract for 6 month but you have to pay for 6 months 1/2 and If you ask for something the manager told you he have no more power, and ask you to call the number 800 or send an email where you never receive an answer. Last thing 67 degrees inside the office in winter to avoid paying for heating. I think we can find other companies more serious and respectful with there customers.

Nice staff, clean offices and waiting area. Great for small businesses wanting an office in downtown Austin.

Great facility and location, but it is IMPOSSIBLE to speak with an actual human when calling customer service! Regus is an international company with offices all around the world, there is no excuse for not being able to reach a customer service agent.

Great building. Unfortunately the staff at this location dropped the overall rating as they were very unfriendly.
