Nurse practitioner Celia Rosales was super kind and helpful. She heard and understood all of my concerns, she made me feel comfortable and overall was a great experience, thank you :)

My son was recently admitted in January 2020 and his car was stellar. They now have new management that actually does a great job at handling patients. I appreciated it as I was in Houston and my son was involuntarily admitted in Austin. He was delivered safely to me with the attentiveness of the social worker and staff. Thanks again.

Seems useless going here they keep wanting you to schedule more useless appointments so the just fill their pockets they want you to get more expensive tests and all the vaccines they can think of again to fill pockets are they helpful and knowledgable nope a 12 yr old could give same info. You have to follow up on everything to try to get what you need. They ask you to do blood work than just send letter stating normal they dont also send your numbers so can be helpful who even knows if they did anything. But they sure want you to make other appointments lining their pocket again so needs fixing terrible i could help people so much better - terrible health care.

Today, we have been waiting 1.5 hour with my pregnant wife for my little son. They just keep delaying and delaying. If you do not have any available time why did you give me today at that time just yesterday. They took $50 from me as well. i will use my all rights to get it back. They need to fix some stuff. if you are 10 min late they are telling you that you can not visit today. after one hour they offered me reschedule it. i have no idea do they have a boss or manager or not. I am a teacher and i do not have time to waste everyday at the hospital. i hope this message go and find somebody who is in charge of management.

The ladies in the front desk are so rude. I have been taking my dad there for about three months always disrespectful toward us and seems like they don’t enjoy their job. Every time I take my father I try to show his insurance card yet they always say it’s okay, they don’t need it. Recently went and finally was able to show insurance card, they got after us for not showing before since our insurance was different . Yet we have been trying to show for the past 2 1/2 months. Seriously !!bad customer service because now we are at fault for their mistakes. I felt so disrespected getting almost screamed at, eyes rolling and everything . Super rude. Hate having to deal with this, it’s uncomfortable .

The care I received from Trudy Clifton NP has been the best, she deserves 5 stars. Other than that the service is mediocre. Never ever try calling with a question etc because you will be on hold for 1+ hours if you can navigate which prompt to push. The doctors do seem overloaded and could use a lesson in human care as all seton ads suggest.

Dr. Molly Bhatti,Lousy doctor,VERY MONEY MOTIVATED.PAY ATTENTION PEOPLE.When you are sick with a headache and stomachache she makes you make two separate appointments NOT IN THE SAME DAY to see her in order to charge you and the insurance company twice. The staff is rude, nasty, and nurse Brandy refused to fax a referral so my son could see an eye doctor right a way for his badly infected swollen eye, so she can charge more money.DR. BHATTI PUTS YOUR CHILDRENS HEALTH AND LIFE AT RISKFOR THE MONEY.

I literally wish I could give a zero star. Went in today because I have been having some serious abdominal and pelvic pains along with abnormal periods, fatigue, and circulation problems that have been going on for a month now. I went to Samaritan Ministries (WONDERFUL SERVICE), but they could only do so much so after blood tests and trabsvaginal ultrasounds they sent me to Lonestar where I made an appointment with Dr. Billue. He was incompetent! He barely looked me in the face, only half-assed listened to me when I was telling him my symptoms and problems Ive been having, then shoved his fingers inside me with no warning or anything. He was HORRIBLE! He then tried to tell me that everything I have been dealing with for the past month, that is so bad I cant even work, is all tied to my period being irregular because of stress.I literally sat there and asked him about what I think it might be and what my options are and he said birth control. For freaking real? The first doctor could have told me that if that was the actual issue! I was so upset because I thought I was actually going to get some answers and I basically got blown off. I told him he literally wasted my time and money and the entire time he didnt even look like he cared in any way.I am literally disgusted. If you do go here, DO NOT see Dr. Billue!!!

Initially made my first appointment in the beginning of March to see a doctor regarding endometriosis, since this was one of the hospitals listed in our in-network practices for insurance. Saw Dr. Billue, who almost never made eye-contact as he was speaking with me and absolutely did not take the time to discuss the condition and options with me or take my particular situation into consideration with levels of pain, and his solution was my nurse will call you in a week to schedule surgery. Never got that call, until about a month later. By that time my husband and I found out we were expecting a child.Made the mistake of giving the place a second shot with a different doctor (Dr. Lawrence) for an OB appointment earlier this week after I fell extremely sick with morning sickness (unable to eat/drink, including water, was extremely dehydrated) and what I suspected to be a pretty gnarly sinus infection. My husband went with me this time just in case I received the same kind of half-ass care, which I did. We waited for over two hours for the doctor, who had forgotten about us and had to be reminded by a nurse to come in. The only thing they did was have me take a pregnancy test (I had already gotten a confirmation of pregnancy document from a different center, and was even told to bring it in with me, which I did) and he confirmed I was, in fact, pregnant (duh). And when I went on to tell him what I was suffering with, he neglected to even EXAMINE me. Didnt look in my nose, ears, throat, and told me to take BENADRYL as a solution to the extreme pain I was experiencing from it. Also did not seem to care I was not able to hold down liquids or stay hydrated which is extremely unhealthy especially during pregnancy. To top it off, he never discussed any of the things-to-know for a first-time mother, so my husband and I took it upon ourselves to ask questions. As we were, he was trying to WALK OUT OF THE DOOR while we were speaking with him (with my hubs dropping the big hint of we get youre busy but we have questions), and even had the audacity to ANSWER A PHONE CALL in the middle of speaking with us/trying to walk out on us.Today I went to a CVS Minute Clinic because I couldnt bare going another day in this condition, in which my practitioner was appalled that a doctor would even send me home in the condition I was in, suggesting Benadryl as a solution (with you guessed it, a sinus infection AND an ear infection). I received care that put Lonestar to shame from a N.P. inside of a CVS who prescribed me something that took an extra five minutes so my condition wouldnt worsen (Emily was so wonderful, thank goodness for her, already feeling relief). Which has led my husband and I to decide to leave a review on this horrific hospital and their doctors, as well as file a complaint with the hospital and our insurance company. They will absolutely never see me set foot inside of their facility again.AVOID THIS PLACE.

Customer Service is awful, never get a call back, never get records that are requested, and if you are not there right on time, they make you reschedule. But you can sit there for an hour......or two........waiting on them. Isnt that nice.
