Horrible Company. Do not work with them. Kellan McGowan and Cynthia Sanchez gave us run around all day. I emailed 20+ times only one reply from Cynthia what we spoke over 30 min ago and we are still working on the situation. We suppose to deliver Friday 7am we waiting all day till 6pm and they said we will see what we can do after weekend. They have no respect for drivers and do not care if drivers have to stay over weekend and ruined their week pay because they fail to do their job for making delivery appointment. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL IGNORE YOU ALL DAY.

I work with a few different people here at Zengistics, but my main guy I am in contact with is Justin Exnicios. What an honest, great person to work with... He is always helping out and is very straight forward with all business matters which means everything to me. I would never be hesitant to send anyone his way that needs a great 3rd party logistics team to help out with their operations. Keep doing your thing man!! JR Carranco Is not honest and costed me thousands of dollars. Will never do business with this company again. We book a load together with a delivery for Thursday when we arrived Thursday we were told it will take 5 days to unload trailer. Broker JR Carranco Never answered phone calls but would ONLY text. His messages to me was that he’s sorry for the holiday backup at the receiver and that we will be paid $400 per day that the trailer is stuck.turns out he could only get 250 a day approved. Trailer sat over 5 days at this receiver without proper pay. Not cool. NO STARS***

I had the opportunity to work under a load guided by GIL today. Everything went so smoothly. Ive been in this business for 33 years and Ive seen and heard it all. From the moment this load was assigned to me GIL was polite, professional and in constant correspondence with me. I was 6 hours early on my arrival and GIL successfully made every effort to change my designate appointment time and get me unloaded early. Honesty and a mans word goes a long way. GIL is a man of his word and in this industry, thats by far better than what others in his same position have demonstrated. Keep up the good job GIL and I look forward to working with you in the near future. And for those whos job descriptions are equivalent to those of GILS, he would be a great role model for you to follow.

We blacklisted this broker because they clearly do not value the services we provide. We are not going to assign our trucks to a broker who cannot be bothered to put even the slightest effort into caring about their loads or carriers, especially when other brokers have far better conflict resolution. We were told We can just get another carrier. Good luck finding thousands of extra trucks each month with an attitude like that.

The rep we use to have was good but the communication was lacking when needing a load i had to go through couple of people in his office, I have worked with Ryan recently & he is the real MVP from getting good runs to resolving the issue. I would love to have him as my rep at Zengistics.

Been working with these guys for about a year now and they have quickly become one of my favorite brokerages to work with. Their rates are outstanding and always fair. The brokerage team is phenomenal and easy to communicate with, whether its changing apt times or dealing with a breakdown on my end, they are always understanding and accommodating. They booked me on a load Friday morning that had been posted since Wednesday, the load picked up at 4pm, driver arrived and took them about an hour to take care of him. They told the driver that this load had been picked up a week before. The temperature on the load was 34F and they offered me a load at -10F which my reefer could not do. They did not care much that it was Friday and they did their job incorrectly. Also did not pay TONU because i refused to do a different load at -10F. The broker laughed and did not care about this at all on Friday.

This company nickles and dimes you, even if they know they should eat up the cost 💯 0/0. I did a load for them and notified them ahead of time that I was not going to make the appointment. The company employee said it was ok, but at the end of the day they acted like they were helping me but they docked off $50 for a short run!

Unprofessional!Called on a load, nothing but bidding wars but I was desperate and played along with their games. I got a rate confirmation for the lowest rate that I booked, and they called me 2 mins later to tell me another carrier already picked this up. LIES! BIDDING WARS! UNPROFESSIONAL!

I was contacted by a recruiter and received confirmation for a phone interview with their head of operations. I prepared and coordinated my day so I could be free for their set time, once the interview was to take place, I was never contacted by anybody in their office. After following up with the recruiter I was notified that Zengistics had some kind of legal dispute with one of my previous employers listed on my resume in the past and due to this they would NEVER employ anyone that came from that company even after 2 years of having left that previous employer. This was never addressed nor was I notified that this was a factor towards not being an eligible candidate even after they had reviewed my resume. I consider this to be a sign of of being unprofessional, specially when recruiting for senior positions.

Got the load from broker JR, my driver waiting for 9,5 hours at the pickup they promise pay detention for loading.Now they just hang on me when i call and ignore me and my manager. Will never work with Zengistics. INC, broker lie all time, never change appt . People on this broker company not competent.

There is no point in keeping a good communication. They will do whatever they want to snuggle up to their clients and could care less if they are being fair play or not with the carrier.Bought a NJ alcohol permit especially for their load. Because the client was concerned that we wont make the pick-up appointment, which was 5 miles away, Zengistics cancelled us from the load 1 hour before the pick-up.Refused to pay TONU. So we tried getting back at least the permit money which was rendered useless after they cancelled.30 days after the invoice for the permit was submitted, an AP representative confirmed they will pay it. 2 weeks after, they changed their story. Another week after that we were informed the broker will be in touchDepends on how you want to get treated, but this kind of attitude is not professional in our books!Will definitely not work with them again.

This is one of the most unethical and disgraceful company in the brokerage business, period! It was on thursday, november 8th 2018, we have a load booked with them as it is in the industry. We had till 3 pm to be at the pick up facility in state of Michigan. Our driver was 45 min away between locations, they took me of the load 1pm! No documents to say why or confirmed it,no proper procedure whats however.Just phone call! Reason......?!There were 75 truck posted on the main portal for the lane and no loads offered! So,here is what comes to mind, they offered it to someone elseon much lower price and left us empty handed for no reason, even we offer compensation if we failed on the terms we signed with them.So all of you who try to work with them, have a piece of mind!They use multiple layers of fooling you, by showing fake attention and care about what is going on,but the real reason is GREED!Be careful all,dont fall in the trap.....AVOID THEM!Company doesnt deserve any stars as to rate!

This company is Like TQL spiked on PCP’s with Rick James behind the desk. They could care less what position they will put your fleet in. Had instances where trucks were sitting at deliveries or pickups for hours and would not get compensated for it.

One thing I can say for sure: its a great pleasure working with the guys from Zengistics. they are doing a really great job in communication, being honest and polite with the carriers they do business together (things that a lot of brokers lack of). Beware of Zengistics, the people working there are a bunch of thieves in disguise. On March 15th 2017 Transfreight Logistics booked a load from Wharton TX to Frisco TX and after the freight was delivered Zengistics cut $400 from the rates. They made the excuse that Transfreight Logistics was later for delivery when in fact Transfreight Logistics was on time-The receiver can confirm this statement. Stay away from their freight-This group of people are a bunch of crooks.

Really bad communication!! Their Manager Bobby is a liar ! They cancel the load on me without even bothering to tell me!! I hade to drive 100 miles cuz they are lazy to make a phone call and tell you! Stay away from them !!!!

Checked in on time for delivery, were not unloaded, PO numbers were not good, broker Kyle rescheduled appointment next day, promised to pay layover and to pay detention at the pick up (over 7 hours loading ). Once load finally was delivered - made up a story that we were late for delivery and just simply disregarded detention at the shipper . We lost one business day and were sitting 9 hours at the shipper and get nothing for that - not fair .
