Paid a 25% deposit last year and now Daniel from R&R will not reply to any of my calls or emails. I understand being closed due to COVID but you owe your clients with deposits at minimum a reply back. Now desperately searching for a new bus company for our wedding.

Over Labor Day weekend, I got a group of 20 to go float the San Marcos River at Texas State Tubes and used R&R Limousine and Bus to get us there and back safely. We got a 31-person executive mini bus and was more than impressed with the experience! First off, the driver was there 45 minutes early which was a sign of great things to come. It had more than enough room for us to spread out and store extra coolers in the back. The sound system was off the charts and got everyone in the mood for a fun float.The float ended up taking a bit longer than expected due to some people in our group stopping along the way which took us over the time limit that we had been allotted. I expected an angry driver, but I got the exact opposite. She was very patient and didnt complain once about having to wait longer. She extended our trip and got us home in good spirits.Id recommend R&R to anyone looking to get around Austin and the hill country! The process was easy, fun, and memorable.

Have made multiple attempts to contact R&R regarding our wedding rental, and cannot get ahold of anyone via phone or email. They are not operational but still trying to charge my card for services not rendered.

Well R&R Limo has not returned calls or emails. They have a deposit and no word from them at all. Oh where oh where have they gone with mine and other deposits as well. Buyer beware.

Great driver best ride I ever had

If I could give 0 stars I would!! I rented R&R Limo for my wedding which was supposed to take place on 4.11.20 but due to COVID we had to postpone. We moved our wedding to 9.5.20. R&R was very helpful in getting our date changed and very responsive to emails at this time. When August rolled around we learned that our venue was no longer operational so in a quick move we decided to just hold the wedding in our backyard. I contacted R&R let them know what happened and that I would no longer be needing their services. In the contract, if you give more than 14 days notice you are entitled to 75% of the cost back. On August 5, I requested my refund. It is now 10.8.20 and I have seen a refund. When I contact R&R, I am always told the owner is out of town and it may take a bit for him to get back to me but they are working on the request. It’s been over 2 months people! Today I tried to call their office and the phone number is no longer a working number. Their email responses are few and far between so trying to learn anything is impossible. DO NOT USES R&R LIMO!!!!! All you left with is a headache and lost money.

0 Stars if I could give it 0. They cancelled my transportation after they said Austin/Travis County had a ban of 10 or more people due to COVID. I asked for my deposit back (about $460) since THEY cancelled on us and another transportation company we found was able to accommodate our 50+ person bridal party. As soon as I asked for my deposit back all communication completely stopped. I emailed, left voice messages, had my mother-in-law reach out, and contacted Daniel Dietrick multiple times. I had my venue reach out because they were a preferred vendor. We kept getting back I will pass this along to the owner, not sure of an ETA, etc. etc. etc. I asked for the refund in mid-July, have been emailed by them multiple times, and I have yet to get a direct answer. When I call their phone number no-one picks up and no agents are available to answer the phone.

Hired 2 mini buses for wedding party transportation in and out of Austin. Service was impeccable. No problems or issues at all. Drivers were courteous and knew just where to go. They were a little less expensive than other companies in Austin but were the most responsive company I contacted. They kept me informed throughout the day as well. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Had an awesome time!!! Bus was one of a kinda and driver was da best!!! Also, I have been on other party buses but this one was amazing!! Even had a restroom which others lack! We hired R&R to take a group of 16 passengers that had multiple stops around Austin over the course of three days. The service was great and the pricing was fair and competitive.The driver, Ernestine, was really great – always very punctual, kind and communicative. We never had to worry about when she would arrive/pick us up – she was already ready to go!Daniel from R&R was amazing. He promptly replied to all the messages I sent him and he made the process just very easy!We definitely will use R&R for our next trip to Austin and I highly recommend them for any transport needs they have in the region!

We have just had a group of United Methodist Women who were going from the hotel to the capitol at 7am and returning at 12 and at 1. Two buses came by 6:45 to be loaded. The drivers were friendly and helped the women on and off the buses and with their walkers. They were on time and patiently waited as we made our way on and off . We really appreciated knowing that we could leave the driving and parking to them. Thanks to Ken and Samuel for a great experience.

Just did the Austin Distillery Tour with some friends this past weekend and it was so much fun! Its nice that you have a guaranteed ride there and back so you can enjoy the beverages at these places and not have to worry about someone being a DD in your group. These stops are a ways outside of Austin so having a ride to take you was awesome for if you dont feel like driving out there yourself. Were local to Austin so it was cool to get to learn more about different distilleries here. Also the Torchys Tacos they grabbed for us were delicious! Highly recommend to anyone visiting or if youre looking for something fun to do if youre local to Austin.

They didnt disappoint us at all! The bus was clean, on time, and our chauffeur Carnell was professional and friendly. R&R communicated well with us and the price was very reasonable. This is the second time we have used them for a firm event. We will use again!

Man, I wish I had read the yelp and google reviews before booking this company to shuttle our guests to my daughters wedding! We scheduled 3 shuttles to take guests from a hotel in Austin to the wedding venue in Dripping Springs. I provided an extremely detailed schedule of when each shuttle was to leave so that all 3 shuttles didnt arrive at the same time and to prevent the ushers from having to seat nearly 100 people at once. Well, we didnt need to worry about that! The last shuttle was an hour late causing us to delay the wedding 30 minutes. I tried several times to reach dispatch but no one ever answered the phone.When I spoke to R&R the following Monday, I was told some story that lead me to believe that another wedding had hijacked our shuttles and were taking people to another venue on the same property we were on. I never did get a straight answer out of them but I would highly recommend anyone scheduling shuttles with any company to give strict instructions that no shuttle guest is allowed to override the provided schedule without the company calling you to confirm first!Within 30 minutes of speaking to someone at R&R, my credit card was charged for the remaining balance due and to my surprise I was charged significantly more than the quote I was given. There were additional service charges, gas charges and a 15% gratuity automatically added which I knew nothing about. Not one quote, or email between R&R and myself over the past 4 months indicated there would be additional charges. I was going to let things go after the timing fiasco since the wedding was beautiful but when I saw the additional charges, I started reading about how everyone else had similar stories so I had to warn people that you really dont want to use this company when it comes to a large event. The single rider reviews to the airport seem to be good, but when it comes to coordinating larger events they fall short!R&R came highly recommended by our wedding venue and I have let them know they need to see the reviews and recommending this company in the future is only going to hurt their reputation

Great service!!! we rented a limo for a bachelor party and had a great time not having to drive around and the best part was our limo driver Delishia. she was prompt and was super flexible with our schedule. would highly recommend to anyone who wants to feel special or ride in style. price is very modest and the staff was helpful all along the way. the limo was in tip top shape upon arrival and had complimentary water and coolers for all our beverages. Will be using them again.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.My Fiance and I have been planning our wedding thatll happen in November for about a year and have been working with a fantastic wedding planner.In February, we signed a formal contract & paid a deposit booking R&Rs shuttle service to drive our guests from the hotel to venue and from the venue back to the hotel, at the end of our wedding.3 Months away from our wedding, we receive a call from R&R cancelling their service because Formula 1 was happening the same weekend of our wedding. They would most likely generate more money from servicing other clients to Formula 1 than our wedding.Fortunately, we will get our deposit back however there was no penalty for R&R Canceling our contract. Were now scrambling to book a transportation service 3 months away from our wedding.Do not book R&R as theyre unreliable and their service depends on how financially beneficial your needs are to them. Our planner also made efforts to reach out to R&R and they told them the same reason for the cancellation. Needless to say, or planner was just as shocked as we were, as theyve worked with them multiple times in the past.

I would just like to say that I am currently on one of your buses en route to Colorado from San Antonio. I am part of a youth organization and we are on a time line. We were supposed to arrive at our destination at 9:00am this morning, and it is now 1:36pm. We still have another 2 hours of drive time. To say that we are behind schedule is an extreme understatement. This is due in part to our first leg driver. Not only did we stop every 2 hours, but had to endure a very uncertain and directionally challenged driver. My leaders had to stay up to not only provide him with directions, but also for fear that he would fall asleep at the wheel. This driver also offered very little assistance when loading the under carriage. In addition to the busted timeline, the motor coach was/is sub par to say the least. The outlets on the entire right side do not work, the DVD player is broken, each side of the front windshield has cracks in it, and the windshield wipers need to be replaced. When your drivers are being required to drive in precipitous conditions with a bus full on ancy teens, these inadequacies are unacceptable....especially for the rate at which we are being charged. Despite our second leg bus driver being extremely professional, positive, and an attentive driver, there is NO reason why I would recommend anyone use this company...EVER!

I was initially impressed with the quick response time. I requested an online quote on a Saturday night and received an email soon after asking for more info. There was some back and forth and I had a quote by the following morning. I emailed that I would like to proceed with the booking. I received a link for an online document. I provided my credit card info and made sure to read the terms and conditions, which stated I was aware that signing this document was a legally binding contract. Once signed, I was agreeing to the price and was not able to cancel. I was required to check the box stating I had read and agreed to these terms. No problem there. A couple of hours later I received a call from someone, who did not seem to completely speak English, stating that there had been a mistake on the price quoted and that it was actually higher (by almost $100 dollars). Basically, hi, courtesy call, an employee screwed up and we are going to charge you more. I told her I would not pay a higher price and she was silent for several moments then again gave me the higher price. This went on several times. I then stated that if the document I had signed was a legally binding document on my part that would also make it legally binding on their part. We went through another round of her saying the price is $X higher, me saying I wont agree to that and her being silent until I had to ask if she was still there. Finally she said she would talk to her supervisor and get back to me. I then replied back to my confirmation email that this company had received my signed agreement. I advised of the call I had received and asking if this was how they did business. Finally I was contacted and told the price I was quoted was the price I would be charged. On the day of the ride, which was a transfer from Austin to San Antonio everything went smoothly. Our driver, Delishia, was on time, very professional, and we had a great conversation on the trip.

We rented a limo from R&R for my sister-in-laws bachelorette party. The process from getting a quote, reserving, and billing were all seamless, straightforward, and fair. I set up a wine tour at Bell Springs Winery which is located outside the city, approx 45 min away. We needed transportation. We worked with Chuck at R&R for a shuttle to and from our wedding venue and hotel. It was a destination wedding for everyone, and many people did not have cars to get around. Everyone loved using the shuttle and thought everyone involved was timely and professional! The shuttle showed up exactly where it needed to be and when it needed to be there. Chuck was really easy to work with and was expeditious in email exchanges. We would recommend using R&R shuttle services because we basically just hired them and the job was done! Great for getting a large group of people around!

Delishia picked me up at the airport and drove me to my hotel. Not only was the car super clean and nice but Drlishia was professional and personable. She gave me some information on the city and was very friendly and kind. She was fantastic! Awesome driver!

R&R Limousine has decided to cancel our contract which was signed and the deposit paid back in February for my wedding. Like others have mentioned in this review section, it was due to not understanding the dates of F1 (which have been out for over half a year). We knew about these dates in January which is why we decided to book so early, but somehow this company failed to realize this until half a year later claiming they only received this information now. Daniel was the representative I spoke to who offered no alternative solution, no compensation, but just a cold call telling me that he was going to cancel our contract and that they had other clients they needed to take care of. If you are looking to book with R&R and want reassurance that your date will be secure or your party will be taken care of, forget about it. You will be stressed till the day of whether they will show up at all. Do yourself a favor and go with a different company at the very least for the ease of mind leading up to your day.

In less than 12 hours, I received a follow up email with a detailed, competitively priced quote that included all the information I needed for my booking. From the number of guests to time period and type of vehicle, they were spot on and courteous. Hands down, I will book with R&R for my upcoming event.

Requested a quote for the party bus and they quoted me $324 for three hours. When I went to book a month later they had “a recent price increase” which almost doubled the cost to $624.25. That’s just ridiculous. Sadly they couldn’t honor the original price that was quoted.

My fiancee originally booked these guys to pick her up from the airport this past Sunday, but ended up not needing the ride. She called to cancel a couple days in advance, and they assured her that she would not be charged. A couple days later, she noticed they had not only charged her card, but charged it twice. When she inquired about it yesterday, she was told that they made a mistake, and would refund the money. When she checked her account today, she noticed that they had not only neglected to refund the two previous charges, but they had actually charged her a THIRD time. I guess its time to dispute the charges with the bank, since these ass clowns are not going to be of any help.

On time, fair price. Great, flexible driver. Recommend.

THIS IS UNFAIR AND NOT TO MENTION DANGEROUS. THEIR DRIVERS ARE NOT QUALIFIED AND THE BUSINESS DOES NOT KEEP THEIR WORD. NEVER AGAIN.

Left 84 children stranded on the side of the road for 13 hours. Bus broke down three hours outside of Austin. Took 4 hours to dispatched a mechanic that could not fix the bus. Than took them over 8 hours to dispatch a new bus. By the time a new bus got to the children the first bus driver needed to take his break. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR PLANING. Children over 23 hours late to camp. DO NOT USE R&R if you need to arrive on time!

The reservation process was great overall. At first they had the wrong hotels, so thankfully I double checked the contract and got it fixed, which was very easy to do. The staff on the phone were all very friendly and easy to deal with. Only hiccup was that our guests had to be dropped off on the road instead of inside of the venue. I feel that if some effort had been made to look up the venue and ensure the driver was very familiar with it, this may have been able to be prevented. The driver missed the first and only turn in that was possible for the bus to get in, and once the driver passed it, it was very difficult to turn around to get back and definitely couldnt get the bus in from the other direction because of the angled driveway. Overall, the bus got our guests from their hotels to the venue and back, but it wasnt as smooth as planned. Nothing in life is perfect, so none of us can expect perfection, but overall we were happy with the service and the price was very competitive.

I paid this company in advance to provide a shuttle for my sons wedding. The agreement was for the shuttle to make two runs taking people to the wedding and then make runs continuously throughout the wedding and reception to take people back to the motels whenever they wanted to go. The driver made one run before the wedding and then got out of the shuttle walking around talking to people trying to find out what he was going to do later in the evening. Finally the wedding coordinator told him to get back on the shuttle to go back and get the rest of the guests. By that point most of the people had realized he wasnt coming back and drove their own cars which defeated the purpose of having the shuttle to begin with. There was one couple left at the motel and he picked them up and then just sat waiting to see if anyone else came out. They had to delay the wedding waiting on him and then finally went ahead and did the wedding late but before he came back because he took so long, so one couple who had traveled over 300 miles for the wedding missed it. Around 9:15 my brother, who is an elderly man, asked the shuttle driver to take him back to the motel and he told him no, that he was only going to make two runs taking people back and that he would have to wait until he did a run at 10:00. I called him and he was rude to me and told me I would have to take it up with the wedding coordinator, that she told him to only do two runs. I asked her and she said that he told her he would only do two and so she told him what she thought the best times to do them would be. My son hired him and I paid him and I told him that the contract said it was supposed to be continuous and he said he wasnt going to do it. Then when the wedding was over and he was going to make his second run, two women got on the shuttle and told him their husbands were on their way if he could wait just a minute and he said no, they could find their own ride. As he was driving away they came running waving their arms and he did let them on. Our whole purpose of having the shuttle was because the wedding was out on the highway and we didnt want people drinking and driving. Needless to say, that didnt happen. Half the people had to drive their own cars because he was walking around talking to people instead of doing his job. One couple missed the wedding because of him. He was rude to me when I tried to talk to him. I have called the company probably ten times trying to talk to someone about the problem. On my first call, the manager said he would talk to the driver and call me back. He never did. I have called many times and left him messages. He does not return my calls. When I call, they say he is in a meeting or not there and will call me back. He does not call back. Not only did I not get the service I was promised, but they included a tip for the driver in my bill that I paid in advance. He was rude and did not do his job and did not deserve a tip at all. They should have refunded my money or at least a big part of it because I did not get the services that I paid for. Worst company I have ever dealt with!!!!! Do yourself a favor and find a company that does their job. I will give one star only so people dont think I just forgot to put a rating. We also hired a car to drive the bride and groom and that driver was fine. He was on time and polite. Im sure we just got a bad shuttle driver, but the management doesnt seem to care.

I reservered 300 limo white but received a tan/beige one. It was for a wedding so that was important. Mgr offered a discount next time we use their services for the inconvience. Our limo driver was Harvey he was really great and was at least 15 min early. He doubled check the address of the 2 other stops we were making before we got started. The venue was in Kyle so Harvey asked if we could take an alternate route so we wouldnt get stuck on the tracks which I said was fine he did his homework before hand! Overall great experience! I would use their servies again.

Complete disappointment. We hired this company to provide airport shuttles for an arriving and departing group of approximately 40 people. On arrival day, we had a group left at the airport. The response from the dispatcher was Take a taxi, I thought the 4:45 was the same as the 5:45 group. On departure day, our first vehicle to arrive was an SUV, despite booking a 15 passenger van. We found ourselves scrambling to call taxis again to avoid missing flights. Our invoices did not reflect our credit card charges and no one could explain the different. The company has refused to issue refunds for the errors made and additional taxi expenses incurred. All of this occurred despite multiple phone calls to confirm reservations, sending spreadsheets with exact details of arrival and departure information, etc. Find a different company and save yourself the tremendous frustration.
