ATX Watches made a 50 plus year old watch come back to life! Its not super expensive or a high-end brand but its priceless to me. They took the time and care with this watch to ensure it was back in working order. I now proudly wear my dads watch that hasnt been working since he passed in 1983. Thank you!

I took a very old clock in from the 1800’s in to get fixed. I was nervous about it as it has been in the family for a over a hundred years. I got it back sooner than expected and it works perfectly. It keeps time and is awesome. I love the clock and so glad I can actually use it. Thank You !!!

I had two vintage Omega watches sitting on another Austin jewelers bench for 4-5 years. One was a 50s bumper automatic, and the other was a 60s Seamaster. Another Omega had just died, and I saw that the Old Time Clock shop in my neighborhood had a new sign outside that said ATX Watches.I took my just died vintage Omega into ATX and was surprised that they were so confident it could be repaired. When they called three weeks later, I went by the other Austin jeweler and retrieved the Omegas that had been sitting there 4-5 years. I just picked up my second Omega repair in as many months from ATX.I am beyond ecstatic to not only have my favorite vintage watches to wear again; but also to have a relationship with Vlad and his watch shop that will conscientiously take care of me and my vintage watches.

Ive consistently been blown away by the customer service provided by Vlad and the new team at ATX Watches. Its clear that Vlad really values the relationships he builds with his customers. I bought a vintage watch here a few months ago and came in twice for minor repairs (a spring and a new watch band). Vlad didnt charge me for labor either time and gave me the new watch band for free! He even spent time explaining the history of the different watch mechanisms which was really cool to learn about. Its also clear that Vlad takes a lot of pride in his store and his inventory, which both look amazing since he took over. Needless to say, Im a huge fan of Vlad and of this shop and see no reason to shop elsewhere when it comes to watches and watch repair.

I went to several places including an authorized dealer before finding ATX Watches. Everyone said taking a permanent link out of my watch band was impossible. Vlad was able to do it in 5 minutes. Excellent service!

This place is under new ownership— you can see and feel the difference. While the clutter of the old shop had some charm to it, the new environment feels like the place where surgery is performed to put the time back in timepieces, and you trust the doctor. Vlad and Kirby were very helpful. Got a watch redialed- something you should generally avoid at all costs- but this one needed it. It was outstanding, especially for $130.

The owner’s knowledge is impressive as is his kind and helpful customer service. I am happy to find a good place to take my watch repairs.

Excellent experience! Went in for a repair to cracked crystal. But repair would be almost as expensive as watch because of shape and cut. I am really used to using/wearing a watch. Kirby was extremely helpful; I looked at several which were either not the right look or too expensive. She took my email to be able to send photos if she came across one that might work. As we waited in the parking lot ordering lunch, she came out to say she found one I might like and it was perfect for me. Great service! Very happy! They have a wonderful selection of watches they buy in lots and many older, vintage pieces. Will definitely return when ready to spend more on beautiful old timepiece!

I highly recommend them. The best service, fair prices, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I have an antique French marble clock that I took someplace else and they could not repair it. I took to ATX watches, Vlad was extremely knowledgeable, and helpful explaining the potential issues and revolved the issue. His prices were very reasonable. Any watch or clock repair in the future, I will be going them.

ATX Watches fixed the date on my Movado Zenith watch after it did not work for over 15 years. 3 other shops (1 in Florida and 2 in Texas) told me it was not possible. The owner was the first person to take the effort to identify the issue, locate the elusive part, and make it happen very quickly. I was ecstatic as it was originally my Grandfather’s watch.

They are so professional! I left my 25 year old watch for repair and not only did they find parts that the company no longer had, they custom made some tiny pins needed to hold the links in place without me asking them . I forgot to ask but they saw a problem and remedied it! I highly recommend them! Outstanding work and service. Very friendly staff!
