Miranda in alterations is wonderful! From the moment we got there she made me and my mother feel like the only ones in the store. She listened to our needs and took the initiate to find a dress in a different size in order to accommodate our needs. She was a joy to work with and very professional. I highly recommend her!

I had such a wonderful experience shopping at Davids Bridal on Brodie Lane! Trophia was AMAZING!! She was helpful, attentive, patient, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. The store had an excellent selection of gowns and accessories, the staff were friendly and kind, and I was really appreciative of the Covid-19 safety measures that were in place. It was a perfect visit and I will definitely be back. Im so thankful for the excellent service!

I was actually quite surprised how cheaply made everything looked. Kind of shockingly so honestly. 10 years ago when I bought a bridesmaid dress at David’s Bridal the quality was really great and the dresses seemed very well constructed. All they had were super over the top “princess” wedding dresses, nothing modern or unique Not one person came over to me to ask if I needed help in the 30 minutes I was browsing. I would definitely not recommend this store.

I recommend this location 100% Everyone was so knowledgeable and friendly. Tessie the manager was amazing and very compassionate and caring of my situation and helped me find the PERFECT dress for my occasion!

I went to this David’s Bridal just over a month ago to get my wedding dress. Trophia and Leslie were so very friendly and helpful! At first I wasn’t feeling totally sure about the dresses I was trying on, but they made me feel more confident about my decision. They were great to talk to and to work with!

GO ANYWHERE ELSE!Called and made a reservation for one bridesmaid and myself, another bridesmaid. I gave color preference, sizes, and even fabric preference ahead of time so my bride could be set up to have a great time. After Leslie assigned our girl to help us, she assigned her to another bride only 5 MINUTES into our appointment. We were shown to our rooms and that was all the help we received after that. We pulled our own dresses and tried to navigate their stock as best as possible. The original girl came by to see if we were okay but she was clearly busy with the bride she was with. After 25 minutes Leslie came back to act as our consultant, with no emotion or interest in our appointment. My bride, who was clearly upset, not offered a chair, and just wanted to get out of there, was then asked all of the wedding info AGAIN.If I could leave zero stars I would.

Leslie Clark was so amazing! She helped me find the perfect look and pulled everything together so amazingly! Her suggestions were on point! She made this process flow so seamlessly . I’m thankful she was there when I said yes to the dress!

Nikita from the south Austin location was absolutely amazing! We were thrown on her last minute but she went completely out of her way to help me my bridesmaids and my flower girl find the perfect dresses for them to walk down the isle in. I would definitely recommend Nikita to any of my friends who are also brides and I will continue to shop with her as my stylist on the journey of finding my perfect dress! Highly recommend this location. I walked in to buy a special occasion dress super last minute. Anna helped me out and was so patient and kind.

Our stylist was horrible. She did NOTHING! She didnt ask any questions, she didnt have any suggestions, she didnt pull any dresses, she didnt help my daughter change. She didnt really speak to us at all, except when our time was almost over. Then she told us we had 18 minutes left. We pulled dresses and about 3/4 of the way through, I told the stylist that we would need some more to try on. She disappeared and I thought she was pulling dresses. Nope. She came back shortly after that and just stood and watched my daughter try on the dresses WE pulled for her. I mentioned again that she needed to try on some more dresses and again she disappeared. This time we saw her at the front chatting with her coworkers instead of pulling dresses. She was not friendly or helpful. It ruined the entire experience for us. Luckily our next stop was Melange Bridal where the experience was wonderful and everything it should have been! Unless youre really hurting for $, I would skip Davids Bridal.

Renee S. was wonderful helping me choose the perfect wedding dress. I thought it would take several visits, but within an hour I knew what I wanted to purchase because she gave so many helpful tips. She was so sweet and helpful. She also helped my bridesmaids choose the perfect dress for them. We are all so happy with our purchase.

My daughter and I went to pick out a wedding dress. So many options! A young lady named Madison was assigned to us and she was fantastic! She ask what we were looking for and she delivered! I would highly recommend her.

Miranda in alterations did an amazing job with my wedding dress! Due to some shipping issues, my dress arrived much later than anticipated, but Miranda reassured me she’d have it done in time no problem and I knew I could trust her. I had a number of changes/additions I wanted made and she knocked them out of the park! She handstitched each individual bead on the bodice part, to create a similar design to the original. She gave great suggestions along the way, which just added to the beauty of the dress.Attached are pics of the before (front had a similar look at the back) and after.

The service and care I received at Davids Bridal on Brodie lane was hands down some of the best retail service Ive ever received. From the customer service agent, Lindy to the sweet gal who took care of me, Rene it was a great experience. Every lady in the store conversed with me and made me feel very welcome. I will definitely be returning to them the next time I need a special occasion dress.

I went in to get sized and order a bridesmaids dress for my friends wedding in September. I did not have an appointment, but as soon as I walked in, I was helped immediately. One lady checked me in, and then Renee helped me with finding the dress and sizes I wanted to try. It was super quick and Renee was SO helpful in making sure I got exactly what I wanted. Ordered the dress to be shipped to the store 30 minutes later and left. Perfect visit, will be back!

Update so this is the first time for me having to order a dress as a first time brides maid. Got a text my dress was in came to pick it up. Was handed the dress and that was it. So I dont get to try it on see if what needs altering so I can make an appointment. Not what I expected from a place that tends to brides needs. What a disappointment I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.Super helpful management its my first time being a bridesmaid and short notice. I came in with a color I was needing the sales person did the rest. It was so easy just needed to pick out the dress I wanted. Unfortunately my first choice was sold out. However she made it rather easy for me to get in and out with exactly what I needed. Now I just need to wait for my order to come in.

I had called to get cleaning quotes, and was told cleanings were $60.00. When I went for an alteration fitting a week and a half ago, my invoice was completed and ready to sign. An older Asian lady came and took the clip board from my hand, started looking at my dress and talking to the lady who was helping me. She started pointing at things on my dress and adding additional prices to my form. I then mentioned getting my dress clean and the Asian lady said its going to be $100. I informed her of what I was told over the phone and she started arguing with me saying no I was given wrong information and they dont offer any cleanings for $60. Another employee jumped in and corrected her colleague and told her cleanings do start at $60.00. I ended up leaving without adding the cleaning service. I ended up deciding to just move forward with it and called the store to have the cleaning added. The lady I spoke too over the phone told me they offer complimentary cleanings for anyone who pays to have their dress altered with them. This was my SECOND alteration with them. She put me on hold then got back on and said Never-mind, its going to be $100. Again, misinformation provided to me. I told her thats fine. She then transferred me to Leslie, the store manager. Leslie stated that they cant offer or guarantee professional cleaning on my dress. I addressed the whole price difference with her from her employees and she offered no apology, but insisted that I take my dress to a dry cleaner because thats what she would personally do. If I had an option and knew I was going to get all this misleading information, I wouldve stuck to dealing strictly with Miranda. She was amazing during the process of my first alterations and came off as a very honest and trustable person.

I had a great experience at David’s Bridal thanks to all the ladies and Nikita last week! I went in with my sister and we took our children last minute and I was sooo close to giving up after my daughter was screaming a storm at the store! And then I tried more dresses on and found the one. The process after that was amazing! They have so many options on how to purchase your items and so many beautiful dresses!!! I left with everything after that night!!! Thank you ladies for all your help!!

In search of a dress for my daughters wedding. Yes, I procrastinated and was 4 weeks out. I went into David’s Bridal on a Saturday and without an appointment. Fortunately a lady was acknowledging guests and said she had a 3pm appointment and invited me to look around. I picked out several styles of dresses and was blessed to have Marissa be my stylist. Her approach was practical and VERY patient. She wanted to make sure that the dress I liked would arrive in time! Marissa was amazing! I did find my dress!

Tavia and Leslie saved my bridesmaid emergency of mixing up the days I had to pick up my original dress from the tailor and then her being out of town until after the wedding. They quickly got me in a dress that was the perfect color, fit, and a cute style. Serious props to them for easing my anxiety.

The store opened on time, it was clean, the ladies were ready to help everyone that walked in as soon as the doors opened and the Manager Leslie was extremely helpful to me.

Just had the best experience here. There were so many pretty dresses. The manager Leslie was really nice and all the other employees I talked to were sweet. First off, I used their website to schedule my bridesmaid alteration dress appointment online. The ease use of their platform made the process quick and efficient. I was able to get an alteration appointment with a week or so of booking.Once I entered the store, it was clean the staff at the front were friendly and attentive. My alteration specialist came to the front of the shop to greet me.I was really concerned because the dress I purchased (pre-COVID) was 2 sizes too big and entirely too long. Monica was AMAZING! She was so knowledgeable, made me feel comfortable and assured me that this was something she would be able to fix.She helped the dress perfectly to me and was even able to take the bodice of the hem up some to give me more shape. She worked quickly and with care ensuring the dress was even all around.Her humor, kindness and intelligence made me feel incredibly confident with the staff.Thank you for making this process less stressful!!

Nikita was very helpful with finding dresses that fit in my budget, style preference, and maternity friendly. She was so patient with helping us find different accessories, shoes, all the things. I had a great experience with finding my dress!

The staff at Davids Bridal Brodie Lane went out of their way to help me and my niece get dresses for her graduation. They special ordered us dresses, recommended dresses, expedited alterations and even let us get the alterations without an appointment because we were on a time crunch. They were helpful, welcoming and efficient. They went above and beyond to accommodate us.

This is the third time Ive been to this location to find a dress for my daughter or a friend for graduation. Every time we have been, everyone has been extremely nice and helpful. Today Nikki (Nikita) helped us. She made my daughters feel very at ease, and she is very personable. I gave her a basic rundown of the requirements, and let her do her thing. Chantell was my stylist and she was so supportive. I didnt have anyone dress shopping with me because of COVID, but she helped so much. She was honest about what flattered me. And I was surprised that a very form-fitting sheath dress was my ultimate pick! I came in to try on ball gowns and A-line. 🤷🏻‍♀️Note, I went around the holidays (before NYE) and its quite busy. I might wait til later in January if you want a less busy experience. The store manager was also so sweet.

I had a great time with Jessica finding the perfect dress for prom, even though she was busy with some clients at the same time, she managed to help us all. She really had the best attitude towards me and my mom and after about 11 dresses she picked out for me, by sorting them out with my preferences in mind I was able to find the perfect one! A really fun experience and nice dresses that make you feel like a princess.

I had the pleasure of working with Rene while shopping for my bridal gown. She was so helpful and paid great attention to detail. Not to mention, she was very quick to bring the appropriate selections after hearing my feedback. I originally said yes to a dress that I no longer like on me so I went back to try on more dresses and she took really good care of me. I don’t usually write reviews....but my first experience here was awful the girl helping me didn’t seem like she wanted to be at work wasn’t very helpful BUT Miranda you walked past and was SUPER sweet and helpful. If she hadn’t walked over I would have left and never returned. Miranda is amazing!!! She listened to exactly what I wanted while sharing her thoughts as well. The day I went to get my alterations she was still super helpful and made my day extra easy and fun. So if you need alterations done she’s your girl!!!

I had a great time at my first bridal appointment! Leslie, the store manager, was extremely helpful, kind, and all-around wonderful to work with. I had a late-in-the-day appointment, tried on 6 dresses + veils, and stayed past closing, and she was nothing but patient. I appreciated her input throughout the process, especially about alternations given her own skills, and look forward to my next visit!

The salesperson was very attentive and she listened to what I said I was looking for and what I liked and didn’t like. She would go get dressed that she thought I would like to try on. Coming to this store was no mistake! My friend had called in advance to let them know about a bad experience she had at another David’s bridal and the woman who answered the phone was really welcoming and assured her that if she would come in today that she would be given the best stylist that they had. Chantel (sorry if its misspelled) was the stylist that helped us, and she was just so wonderful! The soon to be bride and us the bridesmaids were not disappointed at all with her great customer service and willingness to help. At some point the manager, Leslie came over and helped us out as well. Both ladies did the best they could to best accommodate my friend picking her dream dress. If I lived in Austin I would defiantly come here for any occasion.

I was needing a bridesmaid dress VERY short-notice (about 8 weeks!), and they were very helpful with finding a dress in the right size and color. The ladies in the alterations department are also the most wonderful, friendly, and welcoming folks you’ll meet! (Sometimes, when you go to dress shopping and fitting, it can be uncomfortable or intimidating, but the team at David’s Bridal here makes the atmosphere uplifting, positive, and fun!)Also, the wedding I was in was literally the Saturday of the same week of the giant Texas snowstorm. I was unable to pick up my dress until the Friday before the wedding, I called, and they were open and able to quickly allow me to pick up my dress on my way out of town. They’ll definitely go above and beyond, and even when you’re in a time crunch, they’ll do their best to help you get what you need.

And I wasnt even the bride! They made what could have been a very stressful experience seem seamless and actually enjoyable for her and I as well, as her support system. 5 stars for them and I highly recommend this location!

Friendly staff and very accommodating! I had a very tight timeline for my wedding and they worked quickly to get me in for appointments and help me find the right dress. I then got discouraged when I found a sample dress online like my dress at a discount. The manager worked with me to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Overall they helped make a very stressful situation a lot better! I highly recommend this staff and location!

I specifically asked the lady the day before we drove over did they have my daughters size and in formal dresses for a prom not wedding. She said yes. I clarified by asking if they had more than one dress to try on for her in her size and she said yes. They had ONE!!! ONE dress!!! Horrible. Very disappointed!! Back to square one

Customer service was great, which is why I give it 3 stars. However they were seriously lacking in options for those on a tight budget; all the dresses in my price range were less than satisfactory. Found some gorgeous wedding dresses perfectly in my price range online (different companies) so Ill be taking my business there.

By far the best bridal experience I have had. I have had to change my venue multiple times due to the COVID pandemic and the salon has been more than helpful and understanding when I had to change my dress. Through all of the questions and uncertainty they were helpful and knowledgeable and I now have my dream dress and all of my bridesmaid have the dresses they want including custom alterations. I cannot tell you how wonderful the staff are here and I highly recommend using them for any event.

If I could give the staff at this store 10 stars I would! Not only were they patient and welcoming when I went 3 times to find the perfect dress, but their alterations team took such great care of me in more ways than one! Recently being diagnosed as anemic, they were extremely patient as I had to take breaks to sit and offered me water and crackers to help me feel better. Amazing staff all around!!

I was really nervous about having an in person appointment but I needed to try on the dress to check fit. There was a bigger group ahead and behind me in line to get in for my appointment. The Manager (Leslie) was fantastic about getting me my stylist (she was wonderful too) and putting me in a room away from all the other groups. I let them know what I wanted and that I wanted to get in and out of this appointment as fast as possible. They met and exceeded my expectations because I was walking out with my dress ordered and my alterations appointment made in 23 minutes from walking in the door. Thank you so much for making me feel a little safer and understanding my desire to complete this appointment as quickly as humanly possible.

When I was first looking into dresses and didnt know exactly what I wanted, she could put into words what I was trying to say and pulled a dress exactly of what I was thinking. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and celebrated. I also really appreciated the store manager working with me and my number of bridesmaids wanting to be present during the COVID pandemic. Thank you ladies!

This was my first time getting a bridesmaid dress and they made it so easy! From setting up an appointment over the phone to the day of! I had the help of Leslie, their store’s manager, and she was so helpful and kind! She did leave to help a customer but made sure I was taken care of by another stylist of theirs. Such a great experience and kind team!
