Plum has been great every step of the way, from the onboarding process, to the building of our website (which looks fantastic by the way) and the results weve been getting!!! Weve been getting calls for most of the services we offer and are steadily working toward a few more. Yes you have a ton of choices on which direction to take your business but my husband and I couldnt be happier with the one weve made.

At first, the salesman was really nice and showed us a little review of what our options would look like. However, once we had decided to stick with the company that weve had for years, he became very rude and highly unprofessional. He basically stated to the owner of our company that we werent handling our business right if we wanted to stay with another company. Just very unprofessional.

After trying multiple types of marketing companies I had a really bad taste in my mouth. I had been promised the world and never saw anything but money out. Plum direct marketing was the first company to ever deliver on their promises. I signed up for their Website, SEO and review management services. After giving them a shot I look back and tell myself I finally made a good decision to go with a marketing company. This team has kept me informed of my progress and worked with me month in and month out to improve my performance. I highly recommend their services to any small business owner who is looking to promote their business.

I have to say, Ive sat down for a lot of presentations from these Google experts who claim they can get me on the front page, theyre the best, well make you all this money, bla bla bla etc. And I didnt really even realize how full of it most of them were until I sat down with a representative from Plum. Most companies Ive talked to just say theyre going to get me there and when I asked them how, they gave me fluffy answers and things like oh just trust us we know what were doing. But these guys took the time to actually walk me through HOW they were going to get the job done. I was very impressed with the patience they had with me (Im not the best with computers), and I was very impressed with their overall all professionalism on the call. Unfortunately the timing wasnt best because of a family member falling ill and me needing to put my focus there, so when I explained to the representative that I couldnt move forward at the moment due to financial constraints, they were still willing to walk me through their product and how it works simply to educate me and make sure other companies wouldnt take advantage of my lack of knowledge on the industry in the future. Ive had companies tell me they can do it for $100 bucks a month or guaranteed me this or that for 200 bucks a month and I just realized how full of bologna they all were when they explained to me the time and amount of work that goes into SEO. Ive had to hang up on people in the past because of how pushy they were, but my experience with Plum has been the complete opposite. I think they have a good thing going there. Given that the company is family owned, I feel like their intentions are in the right place. Highly recommend!

Great customer service!

After 2 months of contracted work, we did not have a website as promised. We only had a landing page. We moved our service from another SEO company to Plum based on their sales pitch. In the 2 months we were with Plum, our online ranking significantly dropped due to the lack of SEO as promised. Our landing page was down for over a week due to an update to the server on their end without any notice or resolution. In the end, we had to take control of our domain and move it to another SEO company as our website was still down, from which we had been receiving multiple leads from daily prior to switching to Plum. The lack of communication and the lack of customer service with Plum is the worst I have ever encountered in a professional setting. It was non existent. Multiple phone calls (even with Capital One in an attempt to resolve the Deceptive Trade charges) and documented emails were made in an attempt to resolve these issues with no result. Not even a phone call or email reply back. They were happy to take our money and refused a refund even though they did not product the product/service as promised. This is considered Deceptive Trade. I highly recommend staying as far away from Plum as possible.

It has been a pleasure getting my website set up with the plum crew! I love the way my site looks and overall very pleased with the customer service.

Bottom line is I found a new marketing company for two reasons. One, it is more affordable and two, it meets the needs of my small companies. I had success with one domain being transferred but for some reason, Olly Olly is not working with me on transferring my second company. After being told my domain transfer had been initiated it still hasnt happened. There is absolutely nothing to see on our end. This has been going on by phone call and email for weeks with various employees of Olly Olly. Im not sure what the purpose of hanging on to my domain would be. Its hurting my business and now hurting Olly Olly when anyone reads my review. Olly Olly, please release my domain.
