I met Brett Abbott at a Pool Show and contracted him to renovate our outdated site. He appeared to know what he was doing and I trusted him. He told me the site would be done over the winter prior to January 1st and come February it was still not complete. By mid February he gave me a half done site that was completely a mess. I had broken links, changed URLs and huge incompatibility issues. He sent an email admitting what a mess it was and saying he would try to fix it. The problem is it took him months to get to the horrible website product. Obviously it would take him even longer to start over and we were already suffering due to missed work. He clearly does not know what he is doing or hires people that dont. He has cost my company a ton of money and headache. The worst part is I hired a new firm to fix his mess and he refuses to send a refund. I would not recommend them to anyone.
