I found owner Bryan Gerhold of Clean Green Power Washing through an Internet search for environmentally conscious house cleaners. He and his company were extremely responsive from the very beginning. Office Manager Lindsey Snyder was quick to reply and courteous in all of our email correspondence. Bryan came out for a free initial assessment at which he explained everything that he and his helper Cody would do, including the products and processes that they would employ to be sure that my organic landscape would be minimally impacted while achieving the result we were seeking. I was hoping to find someone who is utilizing a battery powered washer (as opposed to gas), and though Bryan is not using such yet, he and his father, both engineers, are close to implementing such a generator for this purpose.We were completely satisfied with the result, as well as with the interaction we had with Bryan and Cody. The before and after pictures are truly amazing. I have absolutely no reservations about recommending this company for any power washing needs you may have.

We used Clean Green Power Washing on my parents’ house as we were getting ready to sell. The process of getting a quote was super easy — texted in photos of the house and got an online quote in hours. They weren’t pushy at all. I got in touch after a month to schedule the cleaning and it was done within a week. I never needed to be at the house, they just did it and billed me. Paying online was quick and easy and the house looks great! They did the house, deck, and driveway.

I used Clean Green Power Washing to wash and seal my driveway, and to wash some limestone lining my driveway. Every time Bryan has been to my house, he was on time and did good quality work. He really took the time to educate me on best practices for concrete and even advised me to wait on powerwashing my driveway again in order to preserve the sealant, even though he could have just taken my money. Also scheduling and paying is really easy! I will continue to use them for all my future power washing needs!

We have natural stone on the front of our house that had blackish-grey and green growth above the garage, around our bay window and along the entrance leading to the door. We were hesitant to have someone come treat it because we didnt want the stone to get damaged by carless pressure washing or chemicals...We found Clean Green Power Washing online and they provided amazing service! Clean Green Power Washing helped us out by cleaning up the garage of a house we are renting. The garage floor was quite stained as it’s an older home. The service provided was excellent. I wanted to get my limestone patio power washed before Thanksgiving. I tried calling a few places but everyone was booked for the holiday. I had called Clean Green but there was no answer and I did not leave a message. On the day before Thanksgiving Lindsey from Clean Green called me and said she had received a missed call from this number and asked if there was anything she could help with. Then apologized for not having answered the phone, but they had been away for a funeral.I was not expecting a call back as I had not left a message. I was really impressed with her for responding to missed calls! I then explained that I had wanted my patio power washed before Thanksgiving but since the holiday was the next day I felt this was not possible. Lindsey to the rescue.!! She said she would see if there was any way Bryan could squeeze me in before dark. She called moments later and said he would be there by 4 pm! I was thrilled. Bryan did such a thorough job that I had him come back to seal my limestone patio (one of my dogs is incontinent and Bryan suggested this would help preserve the limestone) and I also had him power wash my house. Bryan cleaned our roof to restore it to the day it was originally laid. Our spanish tile roof was almost black with dirt and growth. Upon completion of the service, 100% of the dirt and growth was removed. We did not actually realize what color roof we had until the clean was completed! We got our fence and front stone pressure washed and it looked amazing!! The fence legit looked like a brand new fence!!! I was shocked with the difference! Also we paid someone else to pressure wash the stone at the front and they said they couldn’t get the dirt off. But he did! It looked amazing! Very impressed and well worth it! If your fence looks old/dated and you don’t want to replace the entire fence this will make it look like a new fence! Highly recommend especially before selling a house, I think it made such a difference on the quality of our yard!

I built a fire pit out of brick and mortar and it started to get very chalky once it dried. I called Clean Green Power Washing to see if there was any fixes. Bryan explained the haze was efflorescence and that he can definitely help me clean it up. Not only did he restore my pit back to the original color but he also applied a color enhancing, fire resistant sealer to make it pop. What a difference!
