Joe and i agreed on a price for him to combine my house gutters to be done in spring and the garage gutters to be put on when I moved into my house in march 2020. He did great on the garage gutters with screens. Spring came and we set up a time to do the house. Had to reschedule due to weather. 2nd time came around and he didnt reach out to me. I had to contact him to find out why late. Came up with excuse. Rescheduled again and informed him need to discuss the price again due to work not completed as discussed and him having no communication skills. He guaranteed to get job done and would love to discount the price. Didnt show up to 3rd reschedule and stopped returning emails. Terrible customer service. Wouldnt recommend anyone to go to him. Very unprofessional for communication. Still have all emails for proof if noone believes me.
