Amazing. I purchased an Angies List Deal on Sunday and they responded within 24 hours with an email. Scheduling was incredibly easy, as they had an opening this week. They provided a time range for their arrival as between 9 and 10 am, then called when they were 30 minutes from arrival. They arrived at 9:20 am, within the original specified arrival time frame and exactly 30 minutes after they called. Upon arrival, they immediately set to work dismantling the hot tub and really worked hard, going above and beyond. At one point, their saw blade burned up and they had to go get another, but thats par for the course and completely reasonable given the task at hand. They were finished and gone by 12:30 (even with the brief equipment issue!). They were professional, courteous, extremely hard-working and left the area free from debris. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone. Not to mention the price! I had requested estimates from other junk haul places, and they were more than double what #1 Junk Removers wanted. Great price, excellent customer service and exceptional work and work ethic.

It went great! They showed up when scheduled and worked really hard. I cant believe they finished in one day! They were pleasant and professional. They were considerably less expensive that the competitors I checked with. I do not feel like I got bargain service. I got excellent service for the most reasonable price. I will not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and neighbors!I had a 8 by 20 metal shed that had blown completely off foundation and landed on top of my barbed wire fence and most of its contents that I needed removed. Also there was a pretty good sized two stall barn with large feed room, aisle and hay loft that was solidly framed in wood and sided with sheet metal. There was also a good amount of stuff in the barn that needed to be removed as well.

These guys are completely cool, i called them out and they came out and i saw them do a job that was outstanding. Their prices are very cheap compared to the other big junk removal companies located across the us. I would work any day with these guys they were pros at what they did!!

Wonderfully! Arrived on time and got right to work and did a super job cleaning up after themselves. The cost to remove an old sailboat was very reasonable. In fact they were a lot cheaper than two other junk removers that I got estimates from, I actually saved over a hundred dollars and couldnt be happier with the work they did.Description of work:

Same day service! Removed my hot tub and cleaned my garage out 1 shot. They also do garage doors. So they replaced my springs and rollers while they were out. Way cheaper than other garage door companies qoutes.

I would not recommend this company to any one for any reason whatsoever. I had contacted and arranged an appointment to have trash and things removed from my house on 7/24/13, and after some difficult discussion on dates when I would be available (the gentleman who took my call seemed unable to fathom times that were conducive to my schedule, or that I worked during the workday), we scheduled for a pickup on 7/29 in the early afternoon. As I arrive at my house and waited, I suddenly receive a call at the appointed time telling me I was out of luck, their truck was full. Flabbergasted, I asked if there was another truck they could have sent instead. I was informed then that this was ridiculous, there was only one truck and I should just deal with it. If I wanted to reschedule my appointment, I was going to have it done a week or so later. Do not use this company. Do not trust them to follow through with their promises. Try anyone else first before attempting to contact these very gruff and discourteous individuals.
