I have been a venue manager for 8 years and hands down it makes the biggest difference on the wedding day when the rental company is professional and caring. That is everything about Monarch that I love! Knowing my couples are working with Monarch is a huge relief knowing there will be fully taken care of, especially if they use Monarch for rentals, florals, and everything else -- I love their all-inclusive option! Their inventory is fantastic and able to fit any brides vision, and I cannot say enough about their floral department. I have been blown away with how they operate day of creating stunning arrangements from big to small and have the best staff. You will want to be friends with them all by days end.

Flawless china, gorgeous gold flatware, and the softest blue velvet table clothes. The rentals used for our latest styled shoot at Shiraz Gardens were absolute perfection. We had a good experience with Monarch. They were really accommodating when I kept adding and changing things as our wedding vision changed. However, we had rented four long tables, and they delivered only one to our venue. The property managers received the rental and looked over the list they had brought, which wasnt our order list - it was just a list of the things they had brought with them, which the property managers didnt know, so they thought everything was OK. I looked at our invoice and it said four tables, but the list they brought only said one. Having to call them and set things right and wait for them to get back out there with the missing tables was one of the more stressful moments of the wedding weekend.

Had a great experience with Monarch Event Rentals. The linens were beautiful and the guys in the warehouse were ready to review my order and load up my car as soon as I arrived for pick-up early in the morning. My consultation also went well and the lady was very helpful. My biggest complaint is that when I arrived for my consultation, the lady was extremely late for my appointment and didnt even give me a heads up. She said that she was delivering linens to a bride who requested their services day of because her own vendor didnt show. I think that is amazing that they help out brides like that - but maybe give me heads up, please? Rather than have a potential customer sit in your parking lot for an hour. Overall, very pleased.

Wonderful service for a backyard wedding! Tent, chairs, tables etc. were delivered early so we had an extra day to get organized (we needed it!) and pick-up was smooth and done quickly. A last minute emergency call the day before for several more table linens was no problem. Linens were clean and ironed and ready to go within a couple hours. All in all, Monarch helped make for a stress free and enjoyable wedding experience.
My husband and I rented Monarch’s vineyard tables for our wedding and they were beautiful. I loved the wood vibes and that I didn’t have to cover them with the typical linens. They were delivered and set up on time and exactly how we requested and picked up right at the end of our event, which was nice. The only snafu was that they had multiple quotes for us and called us several times asking us to verify/pay for our tables when we already had. Eventually, it was all figured out and they deleted the duplicate quote. Overall, great tables and highly recommend them for a different look.

Well I’m giving them two stars for showing up earlier than expected.... changed to one star because I should be issued a refund and the management won’t even own up to their errors.Other than that everything was wrong. I ordered slate blue table clothes and what is pictured on their site as slate blue is not what came. I got sky blue which made my wedding look cheap! In addition, the guys dropping off started dropping off in the wrong place even though I had stated the chairs go on the lawn at sycamore point and everything else on the rooftop of the venue multiple times. They even had the audacity to poke fun at how many times I emailed the company making changes which I had to do because they kept not listening and not giving me what I asked for in the quote. Clearly because their directions still told them the wrong place. I had to talk to 3 different pleople before I got what I asked for in a quote. Telling 4 people total the exact same thing. I told the final girl the details verbally and through email where things go and they still got it wrong. I ordered gold chilvary chairs and wood ones are what showed up, which was fine I guess, but just another thing they got wrong. When they “corrected” themselves and brought the chairs to the lawn area, they still put them in the wrong area and my groom spent an hour moving chairs to the correct location. My wedding started 30 minutes late with things incomplete because of all the time correcting their incompetent.This company is TERRIBLERe2:. I should have gone with another company. I guess it’s also necessary to note that my fiancé did go in and verify the color so they did send the wrong color! Also, that I repeatedly told and emailed about the incorrect notation on the invoice before the day of to which I was told it would be adjusted. Never got that!

We celebrated our wedding in Austin, TX and used Monarch rentals for linens, flatware, napkins, some glassware (for the champagne tower of course!), and outdoor cooling options (fans, etc).
