During the Feb 20 winter freeze, a cap blew off of a pipe in the middle of the night. Within an hour, I awoke to flooding throughout my entire house. I called more water mitigation companies than I can count and ended up on 12 waitlists. Once roads opened up, Total Restoration of Texas was the first company who had the means and the equipment to help. All the others were short-staffed and under-equipped to fill the enormous needs of our community. I got a 9:30 pm text from Kylie, the office manager. She apologized for the late contact and asked if I still need help. (Ummm... Yes, please!) Ryan was out the next day. He managed all of the water mitigation. From the inspection to the demo to the dry out, he was there. They all had to be working 80 hours/week, and they did it all with a smile. Then came insurance. Whew! We consider ourselves very lucky to have found Total Restoration of Texas the afternoon when we were alerted to a water disaster in my daughters condo. Water from a unit above our condo collapsed the ceiling and soaked the entire unit. After speaking by phone to Kylie, we felt confident they were the company to go with and Ryan came within the hour of being alerted to the damage. These folks are beyond responsive and they literally take the plunge and get it done. Ryan had his crew working immediately and effectively. Once the mitigation work was coming to completion, we were also lucky to work with Jason to get a detailed bid to put the entire place back together again as though it never happened. A few were in person, with the flooring and tile company they recommended and we found that to be a very efficient process. Right before my lake house was finished, there was a water leak that ruined most of the baseboards and door casing in the house. Total Restoration came out the day after I called them and met me. They were able to start the very next day to address the water damaged and deal with the mold issue. They were very professional and kept me updated on the progress. I had a water leak in the attic from a busted pipe connecting my two water heaters. My home was still under warranty so the home builder repaired the leak as well as did some dry wall work and painting to restore the walls accordingly. After completion, I was still concerned that there may be some unseen damage so I called Total Restoration of Texas to see if they could do an inspection. The customer service was outstanding as they dispatched someone over to my house within 2 hours. A thorough inspection of the attic and detailed inspection of the walls and ceiling below was conducted using an infrared thermal imager and digital moisture meter to detect moisture in wood and drywall. Everything checked out and confirmed that the builder did not cut any corners and executed the repairs to expectations. Ryan, who conducted the inspection, provided outstanding customer service and educated me how the equipment worked. The inspection was also free! I would definitely recommend Total Restoration to my family and friends!

I called to schedule an appointment on a Sunday and was able to get a tech out to my property the very next day. Ryan arrived at the house early and performed a moisture test. After completing the test, I was given the recommendation to seek a deep cleaner rather than pursue their remediation services. They most likely could have convinced me to use their services despite the lack of need but rather they suggested a course of action that did not benefit them but would be in my propertys best interests. There was literally a pond underneath the house! The guys with Total Restoration of Texas got to our property fast and got to work right away. Total Restoration of Texas came to the rescue when four rooms of our home, a hallway, and coat nook were flooded this week. Ryan arrived about 30 minutes after I had called to schedule an inspection. He was kind, polite, professional, and got right to work assessing the damage and pulling out wet carpet padding. He set up drying fans and promised his crew would be at our house the next day to finish the clean-up. They arrived as promised, preceded by a text message to let us know they were on their way. We were out most of the day and came back midnight to find 1.5” of water all around our 1st floor. It was really shocking to see the entire house flooded with water. A connector on the water supply line in our powder bath broke causing the water damage. We did not know what to do and started searching on Google. Found Total Restoration of Texas and they had great reviews. Called the number, Kylie picked up the phone and sent Ryan within 30 minutes to our house. Ryan spent next 4 hours removing hundreds of gallons of water using a pump in the van, long tubes and vacuum.Ryan left around 5 am and came back again around 11 am with a crew. They covered everything with plastic sheets, cut the dry walls open for 1 foot above the floor, cleaned all the debris, added fans & humidifiers to remove all the moisture. Fans ran for next 3 days and it was very hard to see the entire house being cut open with a lot of dust everywhere. But Ryan made it easy for us. We started the construction 10 days before COVID-19 started, but Total Restoration of Texas was able to finish all the work in 2 months as originally planned. Construction during COVID was not easy, but Jason handled it really well and made sure there were no delays.Jason brought awesome crews for drywall repair, kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, painting and flooring. All of them were very professional and quality of the work was exemplary. Even though this was not planned and going through water damage is a hassle, we got a beautiful and modern house at the end. Total Restoration was referred to us through our insurance company. After a poor quote of the damage by our insurance adjuster, Jason (Total Restoration) quickly realized the damage was much more severe. I had just put in new hard wood floors 4 months prior and as I walked around on my new floors seeing the damage and was just sick. 60-75% of my floor was covered in water. He had called his guys and they were on the way with wet vacs and fans to extract the water and start the drying process.Through the next few weeks, Jason perfectly orchestrated the clean up project and I didnt have to really do anything but pick paint colors. He was in touch nearly every day. The sub-contractors that he used were prompt, trustworthy and could do just about anything from painting to removing and installing wood floors and even replacing toilets.From a pricing perspective, TR worked with my insurance company and everything they did fell within the insurance company allowances. Even when they needed to do a little more than what the insurance company had bid for, they didnt charge me more. I had them do a little extra work while they were here (like paint a few extra walls) and the pricing was exactly in line with the amount the insurance company would have allowed.I did not shop around but I am 100% happy with the work that Jason, Kylie and the crew did (Special shout out to Daniel and his guys, too!). After calling my insurance company, I immediately started googling a company to help. I saw Texas Restorations great reviews and called them. They were at my home the next morning and by the end of the day, all the wet carpet, drywall, etc was removed and fans and dehumidifiers in place. They showed up the night before with their equipment in about 12 of water at midnight. They were on the job the next morning by 8:30 with a crew of about 9 guys and got everything torn out in a day. John and Jason are quality people.

Jason is the best human being on the planet! He showed up immediately after our house got flooded, single handedly did a bunch of damage control, then put on his cape and flew away! 😊 He took care of every little detail, and was more responsive than my spouse. Merry Christmas to us... came home Dec 26th to find our entire downstairs covered in water. Something broke on the back of our toilet and ran for we have no idea how long. Could have been 3 days! We called Total Restoration of Texas and they had Max and Jason at our house in 30 minutes. They worked to get all the water vacuumed up and pulled out all the wet carpet and pad. They even put our furniture up on blocks so that it wasnt sitting in water. We now have dehumidifiers and fans drying out our house and getting it on its way to being back to normal. Wasnt the Christmas we had planned, but we really appreciate Total Restoration coming so quickly and helping us deal with this disaster.

Arrived home from being on vacation with my family to a soaked stinky house. NIGHTMARE!!!!, After a quick online search I found Total. From the moment they picked up the phone I knew they were good. Max arrived at my house within 25 minutes. DID I MENTION IT WAS A SUNDAY MORNING AROUND 12:30 A.M.? A few minutes later 2 more vans pulled up and these guys were full steam ahead. Since it was so late I decided to take my Family to a hotel. The next morning I went to the house to check the progress of work. To my disbelief the every piece of furniture was blocked all wet material was torn out and the house already feeling dryer. AMAZING!!! TURNS OUT THEY WORKED ALL NIGHT !!! SIX HOURS STRAIGHT! My Insurance company worked directly with these guys and all was covered. My home is currently being rebuilt but there work was extraordinary.Hopefully this never happens again but if it does I would call them in a heartbeat. DONT HESITATE!!!

We had them address some damage left after a backed up washer drain. Jason and team came in and took care of it quickly. He was professional and polite. As for the work done, it was like the damage was never there.

I called Total Restoration of Texas at 4 in the morning when we woke up to find a burst pipe had flooded the entire first floor of my house. They were there within 45 minutes. Thanks to their fast response, our disaster was a lot less awful than it could have been.They worked so hard, fixed the problem, and worked with us every step of the way in billing our insurance company. They were the nicest people in my time of crisis and saved my house.I give them my highest recommendation. Hopefully, I wont need them again but I would call them again instantly. You can trust them.

All the stellar reviews are spot-on. The process was very smooth with TRT. When you have water damage, its going to be stressful...no getting around that. But TRT made an unpleasant situation MUCH easier to deal with. I dont like having to deal with multiple contractors, I want ONE person to be the point man and run the show. That is exactly what I got with Jason at TRT. I dont want a bid and then come to find out that the job is going to cost more. TRT sent in a very competitive bid and stuck with it...iron clad all the way. I dont usually give reviews because honestly I find most businesses average at best. TRT has warranted my best possible recommendation.Also, as a sidenote, Dustin with TRT was absolutely amazing with his work ethic and excellent customer service attitude...went WAY above the call of duty, IMHO.You will be in good hands with TRT... I guarantee it!

I called these guys after a pipe broke in my kitchen under the sink water was everywhere, and they came out fixed the problem the price was great they were very professional I was very happy with the work they are first on my list if I ever have another problem.

We had a leak that turned into a much bigger issue than we knew it would. But Ryan was so quick to respond, very good at communicating with us the whole time, walking us through the damages and what could wait and what couldnt. He made a really tough situation easier to handle. Would recommend this company to anyone!
