I have worked with Tori (Victoria)since 2019 and she has yet to present a job offer. She submits and sits and waits. You will not hear from her unless you call. Honestly I dont feel real efforts are made to find people employment. The first time you enroll and go to the office and interview and fill out their paperwork and test, they will seem insightful, but its all a rouse, art least were here it has been.

Not sure about the other reviews previously, but I had moved to Austin recently talked to Keith Sager and he was informative on the positions available and was able to find me a job immediately I now will start remote work this coming Monday!! So excited!! If I could give 10 stars I would.

Worse contract agency I have EVER worked at. They do not follow up and you have to bug them daily to even get some kind of answer. Do not apply there. There are much better agencies out there. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

No Follow Up, Not One Returned Phone Call...I went in for an interview with Keith Sager and he wasnt in, so I met with someone else, Thomas Brite. Thomas was professional and encouraging and my interview with him was great. He told me Keith would get back with me in a few days.When I didnt hear from him, I called and left a message and he didnt call me back. I did this three times and never received one call back. I also emailed him and surprise, no response.They also had me fill out all of this paperwork, got all of my most personal identification information. Why have me do that and then not even follow up with me? Are they selling my information? I have to wonder since I cant trust them to simply return a phone call.

The Austin location is very unprofessional. Still have yet to get paid when I submitted my pay roll on time . They cant give me a legit reason on why they havent approved it yet . Remind you I have submitted it the same way two times before never had issue. I ask for a manger or payroll Rachel tells me lets let them research first and she will call me back going on 3 days and still havent heard anything I have emailed ebony as well and also have screenshots . Be very aware they have the same assignment and take forever to respond or even get you started on assignment

They have the same jobs listed month after month, I think they are fake. I never hear back from anyone there when I try to contact them. I have applied and applied for supposed jobs that they have listed, fully qualified for each of them. I then do follow up calls, and e-mails. Still no one contacts me back. I had trouble many years ago with them. So must be their corporate mission statement to ignore applicants.

It has been a while since I used Apple but when I did, they were always really great about finding me a job that fit my skill set and that paid well above minimum wage. If you are in between jobs or looking for something new that could become permanent I would definitely give them a try.

The crew at Apple One here in Austin is the best. Always friendly and always looking to find the best placement for their clients and employees. Great customer service.

Went for an interview and was told someone would follow up with me specifically Xavier, it’s now been 2 weeks no call, text or email.

You have to reach out to them. I was offered a position that kept getting the start date pushed back and was clueless that the offer was retracted due to the company no longer using staffing agencies. I could have been looking for or accepted another position months ago. Very unprofessional. I should have been contacted as soon as things changed. I should not have to reach out to them to find this out. DO NOT USE!
