So I arranged for a phone interview today at 10 am CST and it is now 30 minutes past, no phone call. Also I received a separate email from them to take assessments for an engineering technician position, never received those either. Honestly don’t bother wasting your time with this company if they can’t even stick to a simple interview, shows how organized they really are.

I’m taking them to court, reporting them to the better business bureau, workers comp and corporate, they have been getting away with this for to long, but they got the right one for sure, they are crooks and thieves and it’s getting handled. It’s against the law to work for a company and not get paid or communicate what’s going on . You got the Right one

Alyssa got me a job but you never hear back from her. I call, leave messages and even send emails that state, please respond so that I know you got this email; NOTHING! They make you feel like your not important. I would definitely not recommend.Update: After I lost my job because of a major car accident, she never called to even see how I was doing. Then when I was ready to go back to work after I recovered, NOTHING! Didnt return my call or email. How does she have a job?!

The state of this office is just crazy, Ive never encountered such a bumbling, unprofessional mess. I temped through Adecco in another city on and off for several years and it was perfectly fine, so when I moved to Austin I chose them as the first staffing agency I signed up with. Its been nothing but a nightmare since. They have no idea what theyre doing, everyone Ive interacted with there is completely unprofessional, they lose applications, LIE about job offers, and mess up your wages to the point where you end up spending thirteen days trying to get them to pay you one days earnings that they owe you. Seriously, anywhere is better than this. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This placed got me hired for 3 different jobs, only to get fired the same week for reasons unknown. I was unsure of what I was doing wrong, simply because those were weeks of training, so there was no real way to determined if I had the proper skill set for the position, however I was told later that I was labeled as someone with poor attitude, and that my jobs were sabotaged by the agency to actually get me fired. Is this some kind of sick joke? Well apparently, this staff agency finds it hilarious.And now, Im trying to obtain a paycheck thats over a month old, and they refuse to pay me even though they promised pay (I did work, after all). So even if you work under this agency, youre not guaranteed pay. This is insane!UPDATE on 1/21:Gave them another chance, and screwed me over the exact same way. Im an idiot to think they changed. At this point, its my fault for trusting a company thats known for scamming people.

This is the worst employment agency. If you are a seasoned professional, please do not waste your time dealing with this office. The recruiter I dealt with was very unprofessional, never followed up on anything pertaining to me without my having to send multiple emails (at least three or more) on any given issue. The final straw was after my assignment ended, the recruiter had the audacity to leave a voicemail message that was anything BUT appropriate on my home phone. When I called the office to address her lack of professionalism, she answered the phone and as I soon as I stated my name she immediately began trying to speak over me as if she were street trash trying to pick a fight. I simply told her she was rude, immature, and extremely unprofessional. The location of this office (The Arboretum) is proof that even in the best parts of town, one still finds TRASH.

Adecco says they will help with interview prep when applying for an internal position but all I got was a good luck. Many people Ive worked with this year got a permanent job somewhere else and when they put in their 2 wreks they were fired on the spot. The reps at the companies talk about the contractors on the floor on front of anyone. Also, during the first orientation Adecco said theyd give notice of some kind if the contract was ended sooner than expected, not long after a rep told me the contract could end at anytime even if you are a great performer.So, adecco is an ok foot on the door but dont expect anything from them, including assistance, advice or any further prep they say theyll do.Best of luck.

If I could give zero stars I would. I worked for them doing an event and they screwed up my check. They lied and told me I would have it Yesterday then they lied and said today by the end of business then back tracked at the end of the business day and said payroll said it would have it done in 24 hours. When I asked them why they lied to me they took no responsibility for there actions and blamed everything on payroll. I called them serveral times about my check today and they lied to me all day saying it would be done today. The manager lied and said I called and yelled at her staff all day which was false I had been very calm especially considering they are playing with my money. Then when I got upset for them lying to me all day the manager started yelling at me and hung up in my face terrible company I never want to work for them again I just want my money which it looks like I will have to call the state and get them involved because they keep lying to me.

If you enjoy not being paid on time or at all and enjoy speaking to unprofessional and distasteful people, this is the place for you :-)

Ive only just gone to these people a few days ago, and already I have a foul taste in my mouth. I was not accurately prepared by my recruiter on the fact that I had to dress professional just for PAPERWORK, and although I was given all kinds of information about a job, I never got any information from this office until I called today to ask them why. They said I was looked over and someone else was chosen. Where was my phone call or email to let me know? Zero stars, horrible service.

Such an unprofessional company to work for, they get mad and bully you if something doesn’t work out with a job and god forbid you contact them regarding anything after you’ve quit working for them, they either won’t call you back or will be so rude and give you all kinds of attitude. Grow up and quit being passive and beating around the bush. You people give adecco a bad name.

Was fired for filing a complaint that my manager was literally making fun of me behind my back to other employees at apple where they turnover drones lol when fired they told me I might have to pay back some of the money I had earned needless to say crushed office manager rachel for lying and calling me a time thief in an unemployment hearing both times they tried to appeal the decision BE AWARE of them playing favorites at adecco and apple

Horrible experience. The employers they choose to staff you with could not care less about you. I was hired for a job and was in training when they said they were downsizing the company so they had to let me go. Then I find out they hire new people for the same position a month later. They will place you in any job even if its not what youre looking for, with businesses that have no consideration to their employees.

Lies. That is the only thing they do all day long. I was with them on an apple assignment. Called me in the middle of the day before my shift starts one day and tell me that they have decided to let me go and I can call the office and get reassigned. No advanced notice. I asked them why, they told me all lies. Anyways, I called the office the same day and they told me they didnt have any assignment. I called them the day after they tell me that there is One job and I have to see the description and reply. I tell them, look I need a job. I am ok with it, I dont need to see the description, set me up. They are like no, we need to talk to the company first, then they will call me back. No call and no email. A bunch of liers. Do not go with them...
